A mate bought me a Yocan Evolve. 20 quid from eBay. Came with a spare element. I clean it regularly in isopropyl alcohol and it’s lasted a few months so far. It’s kind of a one hit wonder but it’s a good hit.

Remember the strongest hash will always be stronger than the strongest weed;)

I used to prefer bud and hate hash when I was younger. But then I realised weed mongs me out a bit too much whereas hash is a lot more chill and I can still get a lot of things done without being unproductive unlike with weed which also stinks up everywhere. Now hash is by far my preference over weed. Just to add to that, check out my page 👀

It’s best to view hash as a concentrate which has traditionally been much stronger than weed. These days with the race for strength you can actually get weed that is stronger than some hash 😵‍💫

Like all concentrates it’s only as good as it’s core ingredient but there is much debate amongst cannaseurs about filtration methods that deliver the finest and strongest hash. Triple filtered hash is worked through ultra fine meshes to remove the resin and is priced accordingly.

So good hash is a fine thing indeed but you may have to kiss a few frogs along the way to find it. There are also quite a confusing number of variants- bubble, kief, pollen etc

There appears to be a glut of hash in the UK at the moment, reflected by the amount on LB. Moroccan and Lebanese hash are traditionally amongst the best, both delivering a distinctive but very different high. They possibly suffer the same issue as Cali weed in that false claims are made!

You can vape hash but you need high temperatures so a butane vape like the Dynavap or Vapman are best. Alternatively you can crumble hash in with your weed- whether you are vaping or smoking. Some ‘sandwich’ combos are completely delicious.

Taste is much different and imo can have a long lasting constant effect.

There’s a few hashes I’ve had full of flavour, particularly like green thumbs amnesia variant.

I just roll in joints, also makes a killer wombo combo joint with a fine weed

I’ve generallly found myself leaning towards hash, perhaps labouring under the misapprehension that it is less strong than weed.

I love Afghan, Indian charas and Lebanese red hash.

Of late I’ve really enjoyed some blonde leb hash, it’s been a kind of mellow all round, more typically sativa, any time hash.

But I guess good hash is good hash.

As for smoking you can’t beat a fattyboombatty or vape. I think my hot knife, bong or bucket days are well behind me.

Always been a weed man.. hash just finishes my energy levels, i would yawn 24/7 on hash and not feel like doing anything. But weed on the other hand.. creativity levels shoot through the roof, always in a chill mood and i can do anything without feeling exhausted.
However maybe as i get older hash might have to be an option.

Different products I equally love but since I grew older, and maybe due to the new strains available, I find that some weeds tend to give some weedover the day after. I smoke on a daily basis different hash (polm, filtered, dey sift) and I agree that I’m more productive after a hash J than with weed. The best way to consume it is, to me, with a joint or a bong when I wanna remember my teenage years. Anyway, you can find real nice products here and I hope to be able to order from Hashashin one day which apparently have the best landrace hash here

Hi, I am back taking shrooms, first time for over 30 years. Start small just to check your tolerance. 5 to 1g is where I have held my consumption so far, but I am not looking for a full brown trip, just relaxation really.
Cutting and mixing with citrus will process the conversion prior to ingesting, so will bring on the affects quite rapidly. I would suggest golden teachers or liberty caps first, they seem to be a little more gentle than the new varieties

Break/cut them up into small pieces, then put them in fresh orange juice and drink them, the quicker you do it the more it will taste like orange juice

+1 for this Caeba, especially nicely dried and ground shrooms work great with OJ and its a nice way to get all that goodness into you at once, without hating it..lol..

I micro-dose them when i'm in the mood, around 0.2g or so maybe a bit more.
Have some weed at hand when shrooming is my advice. I always like to have shrooms around, a couple grams lasts me ages.👍

If I have an inclination to bake, I ground up my shrooms 6g, mix in 2g hash, and make a 10 square chocolate bar. Good for microdosing or high stepping. Hash takes away nausea and adds to the effects of the shrooms.

Mulled spice mixed with shrooms in a cheese cloth t bag idea dunked in boiling water for 15/20 seconds, remove and enjoy your cuppa

Can be reused with a longer soak but found that tasted alot more earthy

I was under impression boiling water kills/reduce psilocybin and its best to wait a bit for temp to drop when brewing, unless I'm mistaken?

Considering the experience of myself and many others on long brewed high doses of liberty caps this is complete bollocks. Bring it to the boil initially, then simmer. We brewed the 150+ dried mushrooms per person into tea for a good 15-20 minutes or so on the hob until it was a foul looking mixture. Got you ridiculously high for 6-8 hours. Only recently did I find out the recommended dosages, and whatever we did was the highest possible level as I once spent 3-4 hours just trying to roll a joint while observing and thinking. Never done any shrooms in anything other than tea until my recent chocolate bar experience, and always worked way too well.

I only use B+ positive strain for dosing (micro is a different story)

I chuck my mushrooms in my smoothie maker with orange juice, blueberries, strawberries, some frozen mango and a tiny bit of vanilla syrup then BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Drink the lovely smoothie and wait half an hour or less.

No mushroom taste, get your five a day, no waiting around for tea for to brew or whatever.

Also seems to totally avoid nausea.

I wouldn't worry that much about throwing up.
I can assure you, it will be the most enjoyable, Paisley hued puke you've ever done!
There's nothing quite like throwing up all over your mates shoes while laughing your tits off!

I just crush them and down them with something sweet lol. brewing a tea with them is the best way in terms of getting the most from the fruit but its very hard to stomach the taste. i would say smoothie or adding them to chocolate is the tastiest way (no nasty taste or dust clouds in your mouth). whichever way you do them be safe and have a wicked time!

For me the taste and smell of mushrooms isn't overpoweringly bad but it does linger in the background and no matter which ROA I use there is usually some degree of nausea.

Ginger/lemon/tea/orange juice/riding it out just doesn't work but there is good news. Weed. I really don't know where you could buy some from (ahem) but a small hit really works for me either prior to ingestion or during the come up if nausea creeps in. I don't like to get completely blazed during my trips but a little doesn't affect the trip too much, if that would be a concern.

Roughly ground up in a flavoured yoghurt (for those in the US, don't be confused, I mean yogurt...) helps to mask the aroma/taste.

Reading the blender comment has me thinking the finer consistency may help because when I use a grinder and add to OJ, it just floats to the top and gets in my teeth! Will have to try that.

As others have said making tea is one of the better ways, it’s not like you need a full cup of water either. Can make it quite concentrated so it’s easier to get down in one.

Only simmer them after the initial boil though. I found adding citrus does make it hit quicker but it lasts less time.
Eating some dark chocolate on an empty stomach then having the tea always helps reduce nausea for me anyways.

If you’re going anywhere near albino penis envies for your first be very careful with dosage. Libs are definitely a more gentle ride.

I had some McKennas and Penis Envy recently. I literally just eat them neat then wash the mouth with a drink. Not sure if that makes me weird 🤷‍♂️

Philip k dick- many are inspired and involve these themes try Ubik or “the three stigmata of Palmer eldritch” but the best writer of the suggestions you have received so far is Tom Wolfe- the story of Ken Kesey writer and 60s iconoclast- “the electric kool aid acid test”- a classic

the best of all time is the teachings of don Juan by carlos casteneda. It is amazing. and dont care about people saying its not real, its real, its just written in a fictional way to make it seem like legitimate research. its one of the best novels ever written.

Inherent Vice by Thomas Pynchon contains an awesome acid sequence about 100 pages in. The Illuminatus trilogy by Robert Anton Wilson also has many mind bending episodes.

Your post reminded me of - not fiction - but those horrible stories abut project MkUltra.

According to wikipedia Ken Kesey himself first encountered LSD in an MkUltra funded trial.

I remember the book passage where he described a squirrel dropping an acorn sounding blue.

What I meant by horrible stories is those stories of them keeping people on acid for days on end.

Not sure if it's true.

That being said there is a well known and hilarious youtube clip of the Bristish Army undergoing the same kind of military research regimen in 1964 I think.
