Your Canadian Connect Here in the UKNext week from the 2nd-7th we'll be testing out a new cut off time as we have had nothing but issues with Royal Mail since the new year and when we spoke to a couple of RM staff it was pointed out our orders may benefit from being the first orders to reach the sorting office rather then the last everyday, we will be monitoring all orders for the next week and if the NDD rate improves we may make the change permanent, we know this won't be as popular as our previous cut off time but if it combats shipping delays its a worthy compromise :) (we'll be trialling this for a further week but it does seem like this will be the new cut off going forward)

We are online 7 days a week always here to answer any questions we ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Orders from Mon-Fri must be processed before 11am and on Sat 9am or they will be held until the next shipping day.

DO NOT USE WITHOUT READING IN FULL THESE VAPES REQUIRE TO BE MANUALLY PREHEATED!
We have some thicker distillate that requires preheating before using but we didn't realise this before filling them into the Flexi Pro which has no preheat so customers are required to heat the vape up in their hands for around 15 minutes we found to be the sweet spot, we know this is a pain to do each time before using when the other models have a 10 second pre heat thats why these now have heavy reduction in price but you cannot use them without heating it up you will burn the coil!
We have found if you heat it in your hands each time you can smoke it without any issues, most customers have had no issues although a small number of customers have reported that the vape would not work for them we can only assume they did not warm it up for the full 15 minutes as we can do it with 10 different pens each time and the customers that did not have issues have been very happy or at least satisfied, so if you are not 100% happy with anything we have described please just purchase one of our other products these are very cheap for a reason is all we can say :)
