I've had a few where you have to take some deep ass puffs to get it going, even after preheating.
Is it easy to suck air through? If so its probably not a clogged cart.
If there is still oil in the tank, its charged and you can suck air through it then it sounds like it could be a coil issue but this is rare af. At least in my experience.
