apparently we sell CBD Products
We currently have a new user, who placed his very first order on this site with us and purchased our Premium Drysift.

After the order was shipped, he contacted us expressing concern and asking us to confirm that we had not sent him any CBD hash. We assured him that we do not sell or ship CBD products and that the item sent was our regular premium drysift.

Now that the package has arrived, he is claiming that the product is โ€œCBD hash with no effectsโ€ and that it has a bad taste and smell.

This claim does not align with reality. The batch was personally tested by us and does not taste unpleasant, does not smell bad, and is certainly not CBD.

We are doing our best to provide high-quality products and professional customer service, but situations like this put us in a difficult position when complaints are clearly inconsistent with the actual product.

What are we expected to do about this? Anyone that bought the premium drysift from us can confirm that its "shit tasting, with no effects"?

At this point I'm just laughing when I get a message saying it's not weed or cbd - rarely happens anymore. Just stand your ground if you trust your product there will be plenty biggas to back you up.
