So NC249 and customers, future buyers, this is the complete story without leaving out the details.

When I made the purchase on December 23rd, I was buying 10g of Premium Drysift OGKush 3x Filtered and everything was fine. Two days later, I decided to do what I normally do when buying on the black market, and I searched for the photo that was in the product listing.

The same photo appeared on at least 4 or 5 CBD sales websites. I contacted the seller to question that it wasn't good practice to take photos from websites and use them as if they were of the product being sold. He expressed surprise and told me that the websites were the ones that took the photos from him (Okay...Right?)

Not only was the photo identical, but even the product description was similar. This message was sent when the package hadn't yet been left with the carrier; the seller had only transmitted the information (as the seller stated on their page, DHL was simply rejecting shipments due to the holiday season).

I continue to state that this is not the product advertised and for which I paid. The hash is hard, tastes and smells bad, when it burns the smoke is black, I am sure it is synthetic or infused with some kind of crap, it is far, far from what was advertised.

This post says, "The batch was personally tested by us and does not taste unpleasant, does not smell bad, and is certainly not CBD." But in a final message exchange, he says, "This hash was purchased from our own retailer, so I'm just stating the facts on the listing that he gave me. Why should I not?"

So the question is: Do you trust or test?

It just makes things more confusing!

Which leads me to think that he either didn't like being confronted and decided to be a selective scammer like so many others on the black market, because looking at the reviews (although some are a bit forced) he seems to be a good seller with good products, or he simply trusted his supplier, didn't test, and now says the opposite.

It's very easy, being a new buyer here, and him being a seller with a history, to deceive newcomers and not be penalized.

I'll attach a video of what he sent me burning; to me, it looks like I'm burning plastic.

Now I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, which I don't have. Let's see if they keep their word and send weed as a replacement. I'm curious to try it, as I also grow it.

I know it's a long text, but there was a lot to explain.

I want to clarify the situation factually and without personal accusations.

The product was shipped on 29.12 after DHL delays during the holiday period. The buyer contacted us before receiving the parcel with concerns about product images found online. We explained that product photos are often reused by third-party shops and that this does not indicate the nature of the physical batch.

We explicitly assured the buyer that no CBD product was sent. The batch was supplied through a long-standing retailer and was tested by us prior to listing. Other customers received the same batch and have reported no comparable issues.

Despite this, we immediately offered a free reshipment with an alternative product. This offer remains valid.

Publicly accusing us of intentionally sending synthetic or fake products is not supported by any evidence and directly damages our reputation. We have never engaged in selective scamming and have a consistent history of fulfilled orders across multiple platforms.

We will not continue public disputes. The solution is simple:
– accept the free reshipment, or
– decline it.

We stand by our offer and will resolve the matter professionally.

I had variety of hashes from TNC on Xmas and all was nice. I had this Frozen as top-up from them as present to my order, i also dabbed it in my Dabber Black device and was high as kite. Definitely not CBD lol

You'll get used to it over time. There's 1 in 100 biggas like that. They will tell you that black is white no matter what you're saying.
At this point I'm just laughing when I get a message saying it's not weed or cbd - rarely happens anymore. Just stand your ground if you trust your product there will be plenty biggas to back you up.
