A little about me

I've been cultivating marijuana for over a decade. My girls get the very best care and attention their whole lives. I thoroughly enjoy it and the challenges that each grow brings. I only ever grow 6-8 plants at any one time, so each one gets the care and attention it needs to thrive.

How I grow

I grow hydroponically. Either DWC or Coco, but please, rest assured that i do NOT pump my plants full of unnecessary nutrients or use any illegal or harmful chemicals. My nutrient regime is very simple and i always feed light, i avoid over feeding at all costs, and my girls are healthy right the way to harvest. My primary concern is quality.

How I harvest

I determine when to harvest by inspecting the trichomes with a microscope. Sativa dominant strains, I aim for mostly milky trichomes come harvest. Indica I aim for slightly more amber trichomes, and anywhere in the middle for hybrids.

How I cure

Once harvested, I trim, wash and slow dry buds for 7 days ideally. After which time buds are placed in glass jars for curing and kept in complete darkness in a cool environment, maintained at 62% RH. For the first week, jars are burped once a day. And after that once a week.

All of my buds are cured for at least 4 weeks before they are offered. Some of the weed I offer is over 9 months cured.

Stealth and shipping

I offer free 1st class shipping on everything.

All parcels regardless of size are packaged the same way:

Bud is double sealed in a heat-sealed mylar pouch.
Packaged in a padded envelope/box.
Addressed and sent.

I go to great lengths to conceal smell and keep parcels discreet. I also do not vacuum seal, to ensure the buds are not compressed.

Typically 3.5 and 7 will be sent in a padded envelope. Everything else a box.

If it will fit in a box that will fit through the letter box, I'll use that. Otherwise a slightly bigger box will be used.

Effects:

Really nice strong sleepy stone from this wedding cake. Only managed one bowl from my Mighty... happy chills, smiles and laughter > dribbling > asleep on the couch! Enough said.

Looks, smell & taste:

Another big cola from BudB. Smells and tastes kinda early 2000s skunky. Delicious.

Value:

Really good value for the price.

Stealth:

Standard high quality stealth.

Hey all

So I recently got an 8/10 with some feedback around stealth. Thanks so much for your feedback and apologies that the stealth was less than Ideal. I pride myself on service and stealth so I’m mortified that I potentially put anyone at risk. I only recently started to stick the stickers to the inner Mylar packed. But I will do a couple of things to correct this going forward:

1. I will not stick the sticker to the packet, instead will include it inside the Mylar packet so you can stick them to your jars - or whatever you like for that matter :)
2. I will use slightly bigger and darker coloured envelopes for smaller amounts.

Whoever it was who left it, please do message me so I can apologise to you and thank you personally 😁

I thought about that actually and was going to bop you a message about the sticker. However, after it successfully penetrated and exited the network, it was really helpful for cooking and keeping track of CBD and THC cookies. Reaction to feedback : Spot on, though.

Me too, and I agree completely. It was extremely shortsighted of me. I should have stopped and thought about it once I started with the labels.

It's actually even better this way. The labels I use are easy remove labels, so they can be easily removed from glass. I use them for my own jars, so it actually makes sense to provide them unused :)

My intention was to always just give that little something extra, but certainly not at the expense of stealth. Problem solved though :) and we have the best of both worlds. That being said, again, whoever you are please do message me, I owe you one.

I think you just need another layer to avoid being able to feel the erb in the jiffy bag, and to cover the potential torn package problem. Another jiffy inside the outer one, with the erb in the mylar inside is standard. Also, Id be weary of adding "24% THC" to the label without having the strength tested. I very much enjoyed the wedding cake...but it definitely sits nearer 18% than 24. 24% would be the top end you can get from the strain. Just noted because if someone were to make edibles...this would not be an accurate gauge for their strength.

I'm working on the double envelope wrapping, just waiting for the packing materials to arrive then we should be problem solved on that one :) I've stopped sticking the sticker for now though, just in case.

Not sure I agree with the 18% though - I find this stuff pretty strong. Admittedly this is just the seed bank stats. The Blue Kush was supposedly 18% and I find this stuff far stronger than that. Again, it could be the Blue Kush was less than 18% so same problem.

To get it properly tested is quite expensive and requires shipping a sample off to a lab, hence why I just stick the seed bank stats on there. I’ll add in a little a disclaimer though stating that to be the case. You’re right, I’m taking the seed banks word for it and if their flowering time is anything to go by, it should be taken with a pinch of salt 😂

Yeah i completely understand your reasoning. And I agree the WC was stronger than the BK, but ive had strains 22% + which are extremely heavy hitting. With this being a GSC hybrid, the strength would be suggested to be 20+% ....But like you highlighted...The harvest time and strength are just a general gauge. No offence meant. I just do not think this batch reached over 20% its still a good effort nonetheless! No criticism here! ♡

I can barely make it through a joint of it, honestly 😂 My tolerance admittedly isn’t very high 😂 but it does hit me pretty hard. You’re probably right though, even a couple of % can make a difference, and the fact it’s very indica dominant. It just kicks my ass 😂 I’d love to have your tolerance to be able to fully appreciate strength and be able to compare them - one day - I best keep smoking 😁

Hey everyone

This evening, I went through the remaining Wedding Cake and pulled out all of the best stuff. The rest I will use for edibles.

My aim is to get rid of this in the next week before I go on my surprise holiday. There isn’t much left so I don’t expect it will take long. Then i'll be closing the shop until later in the year a little earlier than expected.

This was a surprise holiday from my nearest and dearest due to burning the candle at both ends a bit lately.

For those of you who use the Cheese CBD for medicinal reasons, I have a reserve just for you guys, so just message me if/when you need more. But I'll post again before I do close.

I've dropped the price of the Wedding Cake a little as most of the larger buds are gone now. The remaining buds are nice tasty medium-small sized crystal covered nuggets. I've also removed any excess foliage (thanks for the feedback on this).

Well I don't know where to start . If like me you were new to this amazing place and you like real well grown weed then please come see the budbotanist. Super friendly and just a genuinely nice dude. I smoke quite strong so wasnt sure about the CBD but its actually unreal and ive a changed man lol. The blue Kush aswell ...if you know then you know. Its nice when people enjoy what they do, this definitely shows in the quality

Thought I`d show some love for budbotanist and the cheese strain, been smoking cbd bud for a couple of years or so, but tbh not really found a strain what even comes close to the taste of Thc strains, This combo strain from budbotanist seems to hit the nail on the head, now don`t get me wrong i have been smoking cbd bud for the past week so my thc tolerance levels are on the lower side, but could feel the thc in this strain pretty much instant after a pipe, the taste was there too and that fresh smell of cheese brings back memories...the buds are a bit airy but flavour smell and effects are all there, so anyone looking for a combo strain this could be right up your street.

Had the opportunity to try out both the CBD and Blue Kush, 1g of each. Both came in their own discreet airtight baggies which I found really nice, both buds weren't squashed or ruined so they held their own once they came out of the packaging (something that's getting quite more uncommon recently).

Delivery was relatively quick, took 2 days to arrive, so not bad on that front.

In terms of the bud now, the smell on the pair were absolutely delicious. They both have their own distinct aroma which immediately hit me when I first opened them up, dank stank ! I was really surprised with the whiff the Cheese gave me, I never expected CBD to smell that good. Bud was a bit fluffy but looked super organic and fuzzy as hell, well grown stuff here.

Now in terms of the smoke itself, I tried them in a pipe and in a roll up together as I like how the CBD makes it a bit less intense which is my preference. It was honestly a really really clean smoke, no harshness whatsoever. The high was very melancholic and relaxing, it's a deep hard Indica so be prepared to be Indacouch for this one, don't smoke this as a wake and bake or you'll be sent back to bed lol.

Overall I'm really impressed by this new vendor and the bud, the price is reasonable for the quality you get and I've not really any complaints. 8.8/10 for me.

Thought I'd try out this new vendor. I messaged BudBotanist before to check stealth and with a quick response I was confident to try them out. I ordered 3.5g of Blue Kush with registered post. Promo offer for a review: product $5 + registered post $8 - paid using some referral coins as I thought it would be a good way to try a new vendor. It came the next day. Stealth was great - the buds were not compressed :-) Smells lovely - berries and pine - tastes the same as she smells. Smooth, no chemical taste. Really nice hybrid effects from this.. bit of a creeper. Looking at his full prices I would say it is where it needs to be. Effects:

This Blue Kush is lovely. It’s almost the perfect smoke for my tastes and I have to say I was really pleasantly surprised. It’s the perfect balance between sativa and indica. The indica influence got me stupid and smiley whilst the sativa made sure I stayed awake long enough to enjoy it. I’m normally asleep after one vape when I smoke Kush… but I managed 3 before it got the better of me with this Blue Kush last night. It just wrapped me in a warm hug and let me totally chill out and enjoy it. It’s pretty strong too and the stone lasts a decent length. A really nice treat after getting some Haze the day before that was a bit disappointing! This is one of my favourite smokes I’ve had from LB. Such a nice stone.

Looks, smell & taste:

I got one massive uncompressed cola, covered in trichomes. Weed doesn’t need to be super dense ‘cali’ to be really good and this is a case in point. To me it smells really gassy out of the bag and gives a nice muted Kush taste when vaped.

Value:

Really sensibly priced, especially for the quality of the smoke. I’d buy this all day long.

Stealth:

Good. Double heat sealed and boxed.

Vendor & comms:

BudBotanist seems like a really nice honest guy. As he’s a new vendor (and I’m quite fussy!), I messaged him quite a lot with all sorts of questions. His comms were great, on par with some of the best on here, and he seems to know his stuff. I hope he sticks around and does well. I'd definitely use him again.

The odds of a pack getting stopped by royal mail in the uk is rare. Any good vendor will get your pack to you no problem.

Some sellers, once the parcel is opened, you're faced with the product looking at you through a see through bit of heat sealed plastic, sometimes even with the specific product pouch thrown in just to make sure you're not mistaken.
A couple sellers once parcel is opened you think you're looking at something very different indeed. And finally you have British Bulldog level when you receive the parcel you yourself have no clue what it is or even where it came from lol.
To vendors: don't put the product pack inside the parcel for all to see, i don't need an empty product pack.
And wipe down with IPA or the like, i read a review of a very beloved seller here that says product could be smelled through parcel.
Guess what i'm never gonna buy from them again, you think a review stating smell was coming through is cool?
They should have jumped all over that and explained, but no they left it and now see how business does.

In postie circles .... if a packet get sussed it will ‘go missing’ 100% they know there’s no grounds for a complaint or come back ! However.... special delivery someone is responsible for that packet at every stop, they absolutely fly through the system and they get serious investigation when they go missing ( post police IB - yes they have their own police).
I’ve been told ‘ they just don’t go missing’ . Apparently people send huge amounts of CASH via special and the posties are fully aware of what’s in it just nothing they can do to ‘pinch’ it or it go missing . So if the stealth is on point which it sounds like everyone is and it goes special then it’s got an overwhelming chance of arrival ;)

ah top stealth, so many commends! But seriously no good vendor does without decent stealth. My stealth standards are no smell and after opening still can't immediately tell what it is.

Saw some in the thread that I'd pick like Gentleman Dealers; Ace stuff and some not bad deals, honestly couldn't tell at first cos it was so wrapped up and when I unwrapped the whole thing the items were still basically stink proof. Plus the longest it ever seems to take is 2 days.
GreenTech; Stuff was nice and reasonably priced. Their stealth was decent too and well wrapped. Again seemed to take no more than 2 days.
MadDabber; Good shit, tripped ma nuts off but took ages to arrive (nearly a month but not all the vendors fault), should probably use NDD or private courier. Stealth was good, couldn't tell at first and although mushies aint pungent they have like a musty, earthy smell that can sometimes give them away and I couldn't smell them until I opened the sealed bag so not bad.

Be interested to see what this British Bulldog stealth is about though. So what does it come in like a random toy box or something? Sounds mega cryptic which is what you want.

Anyway that turned into more of a vendor review but most vendors i've tried do at least stink proof stealth so i've never been too disappointed personally.

Thought I'd see what people's thoughts were on why most strains take 9 weeks to flower properly yet the seed company's state 8 weeks??

I find that extra week does good for over all taste, smell and weight.

Never had an Indica show a decent amount of amber trichs before week 10.

I always ignore the guidance from the seedbank. People should just get a decent jewelers loupe and look for themselves.

The problem comes when some of the plants in the tent are maturing faster than others, even from the same strain. So you get a staggered harvest. Bit of a ball ache to remember which is which in the drying rack but not the end of the world.

Some plants just grow slower under the exact same environment. See little lady in the left above.

But yeah, probably 50 grows so far, I've never pulled a plant after 8 weeks flower, and I run DWC.

I very rarely found seeds to finish on the time stated, it's always over 1,2,3 weeks maybe. if it's grown in 100% optimal conditions and you don't have any problems maybe it's possible

That's because seed plants generally aren't sexually mature when first put into flower...so the initial switch to bloom can take 2 weeks plus!
If you ran from clones/mature plants then the trigger to flower is normally quicker,giving you a better chance of a true 8 weeker

I use the storz-bickel orange plastic grinder, can be found on eBay or amazon. Best I’ve ever used. Better than all those hefty metal ones and cheap plastic things.

Wow, just checked this out. looks mad! I recently splashed out of the Herb Ripper (Stainless steel instead of aluminium). Thoroughly recommend the herb ripper, my go to grinder and is a beast. I didnt think id need another one until i saw the Høj Klip, now i have it lol

I was concerned with the blades clogging but they work great and so easy to clean, really wasn't a problem at all.

Collection section, brilliant size, plenty of space and a good kief catcher (gauze not to small that it clogs and becomes redundant)

Each section been magnetic no clogged threads!!! Not had an issue of coming apart but always make sure it's on a flat surface (I just use Cork base) to klip.

Also got a pipe, smooth 😎 not going back or looking back a very happy experience all round!

I own these three. The orange headchef one is useless. Lovely design and ceramic coating but the mesh isn't fine enough and it collects way too much plant matter. The green headchef one is a kief collecting beast and I use this most of the time however the small, cheap, plastic, black raw one grinds the best I think and I reach for that if I'm in a rush.

I've been using the StoneAge grinder set from Amazon and it's great. £18.99 and still works like new (except the matte finish has mostly rubbed off) is good capacity (2g I reckon although I'm too poor to fill my grinder up and will smoke it all if it's in there lol). Comes with smell proof 20 bags, stickers and a brush. Highly recommend.

I use this stoneage one I got off Amazon, grinds up beautifully but I can’t comment on the longevity because I haven’t had it long enough. I will say it generally feels high quality except for the matte finish which can bubble but that doesn’t affect its effectiveness.

Ive got a mini head chef grinder which is awesome but just a tad too small. Ive had a couple of really good cheapo acrylics but by far the best grinder I use at the moment is a brand called Justin Hale.
Nice big teeth, perfect pollen catcher and comes with a little scraper thing to make sure you dont miss any of that valuable pollen! It also grinds anything and everything really quickly and perfectly fluffs up even the stickiest weed.
Little bit pricey but well worth it. Mine is the one without a storage door.

Look for Indicas, mostly hybrids available with sativa genetics too so look for a high percentage of Indica genetics sometimes described as "Indica dominant". So Kush and its varieties are a good start. Indica gives a stronger body effect, I use them for pain and inflamation, I do have migraines occasional and it works for that too. Also varieties - Pink Zombie, Honey Cream, Purple Kush, Star Dawg and many others.

I prefer outdoor organic sun grown herb rather than Hydroponic indoor, so I'm using ChronusBuds ( seller - link above) at the moment, very helpful & friendly guy, small amounts possible. His herb does not have that "plumped up" hydro look so it puts some people off- but the effects are very good.

It might be worth having a read through the many studies and guides for microdosing with LSD, I started microdosing about a year ago to see if it would reduce my Fibro pain, it didnt. But what it did do was enable me to get restful sleep for the first time in years, I take 0.1g of dried mushroom(psilocybe cubensis) twice a week. PGR -ghastly chemicals that are obviously used in many of the grows that end up being sold here. Very dense, large buds,with very numerous long pistils and other effects. The aim = profit ofc. So many buyers on here think that plumped up and huge buds are "fire", it's madness!

I do not want to consume such hormones or hormone pathway enhancers. I refuse it in our food as much as possible and have done so for many decades, growing our own organically - so there is no way I want the damn stuff in my herb.

We've just had a rating in :-

1/10 **WHITE DAWG - (FREE RM 1ST CLASS DISPATCH)**
The order never arrived...The vendor chose to ignore ALL messages from me regarding missing order, Then had to go through Escrow to get a refund NO thanks to the vendor, I would never deal with these people again.

The above is complete fallacy. No one has ever contacted us and been ignored. Our customers know any problems are addressed almost immediately and any issues with product not arriving is rectified. The person who left this review hasn't dropped us a message or anything and escrow has never been in touch about any refund. All this points to someone playing funny beggers for whatever reason. We've contacted escrow to enquire about this apparent refund as as far as we are aware no customer has ever used escrow because weve not done our job as a vendor and rectified mistakes.

If anyone reading this has had dealings with escrow could you please fill us in on the process. Would we be contacted in regards to this apparent escrow claim raised. I would have thought this would have been the case but I'm not sure as we've never had to deal with them.

Anyone who has any doubt about how we operate on here just read through all our reviews and posts on our page about it. We can be 100% trusted so please don't let this put you off.

Your 100% right. There should be things in place to protect customers from dodgy vendors etc which there is but it swings both ways. As you've said, vendors pay a fee to sell on here so we should have something too I'd of thought. Especially when its a provable lie!

I thought the only way you could make a review was to place an order and for you guys to then send it and update the order allowing us to then rate the service.
If they are hacking the code to place an order into their orders so they can add a fake review this is concerning and lb should ban their IP and shut down their account and remove all posts or reviews they have made asap.

I used to think it was other vendors but it doesn't happen to everyone who starts on here and is successful so I'm now thinking it's one or two unscrupulous members with too much time on their hands and a few screws loose upstairs.

Although some people seem convinced otherwise, I don't think the big vendors on here give a toss what smaller sellers are doing. If you look at the sheer volume of sales an outfit like RB does, smaller sellers don't make a dent in their business.

Another way of looking at it is think about when you are looking to buy, say, headphones and you read one crappy review about AKG headphones amongst 100's of positive reviews. I can personally attest to the speed of communication and to the levels of service ULC deliver. I can also personally attest to how they have gone WAY above and beyond what they needed to to make sure I got my herb. Apart from one time they were on holiday, I have used them without fail for a number of months now. You can check my custom orders on the review feed. This 1/10 sounds as bent as a 9 bob note.

I've seen numerous accounts in my time here that blatantly act solely to shill other vendors. This can be posting on a vendors page that another vendor has it cheaper or better, or repeatedly stating how good another vendor is etc.

While outwardly they are not linked to that vendor, a normal person doesn't behave in this way, so it's pretty obviously an agenda. Reviews I expect have to deal with the same.

When I see a 1/10 review, it doesn't tell me the vendor fucked up. It tells me the reviewer is angry, and that could be their own fault entirely.

I doubt very much given your sales, reviews and good standing, that one angry review will make any difference to you, though I get it must suck. Keep up the good work and forget the noise, it doesn't matter.

I’ll just add my pennyworth of thought and say I’ve never had any trouble with any vendor I’ve used. Urban leaf has always delivered and found all items to be top notch. Maybe I’ve been lucky - but I always do a bit of research before buying (especially if a new vendor).
Probably as safe as anywhere to buy from and I like the fact there is an active community.

As a seller I always vacuum pack my product before securing it in a layer of bubblewrap and a plain polythene shipping bag. The packaging looks like a million-and-one other items sent daily on eBay, Amazon and other retail sites. Discretion is assured. The only real hurdles are making sure the correct postage fee has been applied so as to ensure delivery, and that your postie isn't incompetent and/or untrustworthy.

All serious vendors make packages pretty hard to be detected.
Most of the time it is vacuum sealed or even double vacuum sealed, so smell proof. And if done all precautions it cannot be detected even by the dogs. Vacuum yo.
Some use aluminium, so scanners won't reveal whats inside, i suppose.

I think it is pretty safe, unless it is a random check or package was damaged.

Communication with the vendor and patience are the keys i guess.

Have a look here - there are many reputable vendors who i am sure will get you your package quick and safe.

My aunty got stage 4 a couple of years ago and they gave her till that Christmas.
Now she's in the clear and she's been taking FSO/RSO oil every day.
She didn't like getting stoned so we made suppositories for her.
Worth getting hold of that if you can afford the prices, if not buy some trim of someone and do it yourself if you have a safe space to do it.

With regards to the cbd from my own experience with messing about with vape temperatures for my own pain im not convinced cbd really helps that much, sorted my adhd out but i focused in on the pain more so felt counterproductive for me!

You can buy CBD weed here, which is to all intents illegal, but you can buy products containing CBD legally so everywhere.
Budbotanist grows lovely CBD flower.
Many are here for Rick Simpson Oil (RSO) for oral consumption and report good pain relief results, but thats generally made with regular bud.

Afternoon, Biggaz!

I am a little late dropping this review on you, but here I am to give you my own little run down of what I thought of the Wedding Cake that I received from BudBotanist last week!

First up, the bud was flippin' HUGE! A monster nug! One, giant, fat 7+ gram, greenie meanie! It has a lovely mid density, bouncing back when you give it a squeeze. Plenty of resinous crystals. As seen in the pics above, the plant was cultivated when the trichomes were around 20% amber. Perhaps a little early for that real couch lock feel, but its very balanced high is delightful.

It definitely carries the flavours I would normally be looking for with GSC strains. The biscuity dominance is there for sure. Earthy notes are also present. Thats the influence of the kush right there! Sadly, with wedding cake, the only one of the 3 genes that isn't ever present, is the Cherry Pie. But that isn't anything on BudBotanists behalf. Thats just the strain in general. I'm just trying to point out (in a long winded way) that the flavours are as expected haha. Tastes good, smokes good 👍

The high is nice and mellow. I have been enjoying this over the last few days. Nothing that will blow your head off, but a nice, balanced high that has been very good at helping with my insomnia. It hasn't been making me sleepy. But it has been a soothing smoke. I haven't noticed any need for munchies creeping up on me, either. It's probably a very good day time smoke for most!

Overall, I am very pleased with the Wedding Cake from BudBotanist! It's a good example of a nice strain :)

Fully agree with mostly said. I know everyone's different but Jesus christ how you found this a mellow day time smoke is beyond me. I mainly only smoke Indicas and usually strong indiacs like Zkittles Cake and Skywalker OG etc. 2 joints of this and I'm on my arse and my eyes are heavy as fudge!

And for years, when I get a strong smoke I end up sweating only from my forehead and I can confirm I feel like I've just been in the shower

Sigh…if only that were true young Rabb1t…in fact the Enterprise has been destroyed literally dozen of times (18 times in just the 1992 episode “Cause & Effect” although this was due to being caught in a time-loop). In terms of overload:

Quick delivery, good stealth, nice clean smoke!

Just thought I'd give the biggas a quick update on a new seller, title says it all really! Order came quicker than expected (landed next day) and was double heat sealed in a box as seller describes.

The bud itself is not as dense as you often see now but it doesn't take anything away from the smoke at all and as pic shows they're still big fully formed buds! It's not crazy strong but gives you a really nice high that settles heavier after a while - a good one for chilled out relaxing daytime smokes with balanced effects and a good all-rounder if you need something to medicate during the day with that wont completely wipe you out (although it is getting heavier a few bongs in ;)).

Smoke is incredibly smooth, no harshness to it at all, white ash for those wondering.

Smell was a bit muted out the pack but the blueberry dominates and it smells stronger as you break it up, taste wise again I get more of the berries but then a bit of the kush on the exhale. Got a little bit of an old school vibe to it for the bigges in to that :)

All in all can definitely recommend giving this seller a go! Thanks a lot the Botinist will look forward to your future listings :)

You know what dude I’ve never persevered with it. I used it twice and wasn’t massively impressed but I think I just need to suck it up (excuse the pun) and try again a lot of people rate them. Just want to stop tobacco I don’t smoke cigarettes but can’t smoke pure joints as just don’t enjoy

I wasn’t overly impressed with mine either mate but I persevered and discovered for me it worked best by vaping during the day and smoking on a night. I just smoke bongs on a night though and just green. Gave up the cigs about 5 years ago after 20 years of smoking. I personally find bongs better as it’s a quick smoke and it’s done with. Having tried a few different non tobacco mixes I just found straight was best after all.

Cant beat a clean wake and bake with some Blue Kush ❤️💙 I must say I’ve missed this strain, I sold too much of the last batch and ran out of my own stash. I’m very happy to be stocked up again. Of all of the sativa dominant hybrid strains I’ve grown, this is the stand out day time smoke for me 👌🏽

Im a little sad that this batch will be the last batch of it for a while. At least until Dinafem opens up it’s doors again.

I’ll be researching strains to start when I start my cycle back up later in the year. So far I think I’ll be doing Critical Mass CBD in place
of the Cheese I have at the moment. And still haven’t decided on the 2 THC rich strains - so I’m open to suggestions.

Been flowering a couple of weeks now but I have a problem. The humidity in the tent is constantly above 80. I've tried a fan, disposable dehumidifiers and watering them a bit less. Still too high. I have an outtake fan and carbon filter, the temperature is also down to about 22°c.

What else can I do? Just leave it and see how it turns out?

A compact second hand dehumidifier should only cost you about £20-40 so it's a no brainer. If you keep running that level RH you'll inevitably get bud rot late in flower.

You can try a defol and lollypopping to get some plant matter out of the grow space but I doubt that'll get you where you need to be, which in late flower wants to be about half the RH you have at the moment.

Link above to a cheap compact dehumidifier on ebay, I'd strongly reccomend you get one. Ideally one even bigger and better. I run two 10ltr Delonghi dehumidifiers which you can also attach garden hoses to so you don't have to empty the tanks. They were only about £80-100 I think and well worth the money.

I have those dehumidifiers with the tiny balls that soak up moisture. Put 4 in and didn't pick up anything lol. Maybe the digital meter thing is inaccurate?

The tent is filled with basically a big leafy bush as I was worried about pruning stuff, maybe that doesn't help. I'll try the socks thing though.

As mentioned, I'd go for an Indica dominant strain, specifically a Kush which tend to have good medicinal and pain relieving effects.

If you go to the items wall, and use your 'find in page' option on your browser (usually an option in the top right of your device) you can do a search of all the items using a keyword like 'kush'.

I've linked you to Super Han's Cookies Kush which I've grown myself and can say is a good strong Kush. He's a well respected vendor with a good reputation.

I'd say that Indica doms in general will tend to make you more sleepy and sativa is more geared towards daytime smoking when you can still function. So you're probably best off with a 50/50 (or thereabouts) hybrid so you still get the strength and pain relief of an Indica, but something that doesn't knock you out completely.

Maybe try and find something like a White Widow. She's a strong hybrid but is also known for being a more lively stone rather than a couch lock knockout. Strong but not sleepy.

Hi , I’ve similar going on too , tbh I’ve found this site a lifeline since I found it a year ago , I’ve sampled many strains for pain relief , mental health as well as I just want that stoned feeling to help get thru days sometimes , not be up against pain 24/7.

I swap about a lot as I can’t settle on one consistent strain (prob need a tolerance break but can’t deal with it just now lol ;)
Just now what’s helping me is
Chronus bud honey cream and
Talk to Franks Cinderella - both are very smooth effects & accurate listings , help with pain, chill, inspire and help me meditate to help with pain and get in the reiki zone too .
Also look out for British bulldog too .

Dawgs for me are great for all round well being they lift the mind and hug the body. You'll probably have already had stardawg no doubt but if not give it a try because even though some people get snobby about it it's a very dependable and consistent strain in my experience! - RB's stardawg is my go to but there's loads of dawgs on lb to experiment with! :)

I would say White Dawg for pain and relaxation. A nice sativa for the daytime. If you are a bi-polar bear, I would suggest balancing your Indicas and Sativas accordingly. Depression can sometimes create more sleeplessness than the 'ups', if you're that sort of bear. Personally speaking, White Dawg / Purple Dawg for pain / relaxation and Mimosa / Haze / Ammo strains for depression, motivation and exercise (which will help the depression even more). Hope this helps!

Thanks very much for the advice. Unfortunately due to my ME/CFS even light exercise can cause me extreme pain and illness. It's a cruel thing but the advice for coping with ME/CFS is often the opposite of the advice for coping with depression.

I suffer from the same sort or problems. Any strain that is indica or Indica dominant will work really well for the above. Sativa strains cant deliver that relief that melt away the pain like a good old sadative Indica. If the seller dosent specify what the indica/sativa ratio is then i search the web for (FLOWER NAME- strain review) Sites like Leafy and allbud will give details on the indica/sativa ratio and the effects, ie pain relief.

I hear you there, shame our medical proffesionals are wrongly educated on our beloved medicenal plant cannabis. But are willing to hand out highly addictive opiates which kill more people than they help, they dont relief pain as good as cannabis and mess you right up. you can try a sativa for they day time like monwohmon suggested but you sound like your in as much pain as I am and they dont touch the pain for me.

I am currently in a very bad place physically but I don’t smoke, so would ideally need edibles/carts (I have a vape pen) that can help reduce the pain and associated anxiety.

I am a regular buyer of MJ Concentrates wellness oils and have been using these for some time, but I am always keen to hear other suggestions, particularly as my condition has recently worsened significantly.

Can I ask how your fibromyalgia was ultimately diagnosed please? I’m going via the NHS at the moment and it’s a real challenge to get an official diagnosis. I have been shunted off for physio as my blood tests didn’t show signs of inflammation etc, when actually stretching and bending is too painful due to the stiffness in my spine/joints. I’ve been in discomfort for over 30 years now!

I was diagnosed some years ago with cervical spondylosis and also had a lumbar spinal fusion. Clearly my back is fucked, and I’ll just have to rely on edibles for a pain outlet. Seems traditional medicine doesn’t help me.

Any advice/insight you can offer on fibromyalgia I’d be very grateful.

Hi, I almost ashamed to admit that for me the diagnosis was really easy. I told my doctor my symptoms and was diagnosed job done. Maybe try another doctor.

I'm on Gabapentin and that has taken the edges off the pain, I also have 30mg Co-Codamol for the worst days. These combined with vaping weed keep me comfortable for at least most of the day. For me personally the fatigue has been the most debilitating and treatment resistant symptom.

There's a lot of alternative medicine snake oil salesmen ready to sell you expensive placeboes when it comes to any chronic conditions. But for me Gabapentin + weed+ occasional co-codamol seems the best option.

I'm in the same boat (apart from fibromyalgia) and what I do is get distillate and mix in the terpenes for either Bubba Kush or Grand Daddy Purp (both heavy indicas) and that really helps me, especially with keeping the PTSD night terrors away. Obviously ymmv, though it's always worth a shot! Those two strains are my all time favourites because they help me out medicinally so well!

I'm sure he doesn't need my support, but for what it's worth I think this is a genuine person selling top grade weed.

Good Morning, Biggaz!

Yesterday morning I received 3.5g of Blue Kush from budbotanist and I wanted to leave a little review for you :)

The postage was pretty fast! Sent Thursday night, and received Saturday Morning! Can't fault it. The packaging was good, too. Concealed and smell proof.

The deal itself, is large. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount I received. The buds are big and bright acid green. Lots of pistol hairs and trimmed with care. Its pretty to look at :)

The buds are a little drier than I would personally like them to be, but that isnt really an issue. They are also a little airy, which is why the deal comes so big. But again...not really a problem. Just an observation.

The smell of this smoke is really nice. Fruity and earthy. Not too pungent, but pleasant! The taste however, is great! So easily recognised as Blue Kush! Nice strong kushy earthy undertones with that cheeky blueberry flavour over the top. I really can taste both sides of the hybrid. Its truly a tasty smoke! The best way i can describe it, is "cheeky" haha. Definitely has that tasty oldskool flavour of blewbz :D

The high is moderate. Not melting my face off, but not leaving me wanting more, either. A nice and balanced smoke :) Creeping up in strength as you smoke. Clearly grown with a lot of care.

Overall, as a first time customer of budbotanist, I would say that I am very happy with the transaction. From discussing the order, to receiving and smoking it, I've gor no complaints at all :) I would reccomend this seller to anyone who is on the fence. It's been a good experience.

The cannabis definitely rates quite high for me, a solid 8/10 for sure!

+1 for ChronusBuds. UK organic, outdoor. No nasty artificial nutrients or the even more nasty PGRs, is also very knowledgable and generous hearted, very fast too.

The reason I put this post up is because I've bought a few times over the past year, trying to pick the right strain etc, but I haven't always been that pleased with what I've got.

I still have a 1/4 of Alien Dawg and another indica I bought that will just sit in a jar for emergencies and probably never get smoked, just because they aren't that great and I didn't enjoy smoking them, mainly poor curing in my opinion. Same with a batch of Mimosa I bought late last year.

I used to think I just picked the wrong strain, but what I'm starting to realise is that it's the grow and cure that's more important.

Case in point: I bought some Cookies Kush from BB this week. I probably wouldn't choose that strain normally, but I know BB grows and cures really well... and it's great, such a stable lovely relaxing high.

At the moment I've just finished off BB's last batch of OG Ammo (which was one of my favourite smokes ever, with I'd bought more) and so I'm looking for a really well grown and cured Haze / Lemon / Ammo... but I haven't found one yet.

i'd bookmark Bonneville's page if i were you, tried their Runtz and the Dosi and it's that PROPER good shit, i know those strains are modern genetics but the way it's been grown and cured just takes me right down memory lane, back when most weed was super stinky and sticky, this stuff is so stinky i can smell it upstairs even though it's in airtight containers in a draw downstairs :)

absolutely no doubt it's the best UK weed i've had off LB since i've been here, unfortunately i think everyone else also figured this out thats why he maybe sold out so quickly lol
