They guarantee a response about the inital KYC request within 5 minutes at all times. Their marketing slogan is "It just takes 15 minutes for new users to complete a transaction with credit card".

Online consensus on Paybis:
After trawling through forums and review sites, I can't see anyone saying that they screwed them ever. Their rates for certain payment methods are a little high, but the wide array of possible methods as well as the customer support and speed they process is well received. They have a good 4.7 score on TrustPilot, and they send the TrustPilot review link to every customer.

Overall:
I was impressed with Paybis and I'm surprised they aren't mentioned more often in discussions of good exchanges. They are transparent, fast, professional, and trustworthy, even if their rates for some payment methods aren't number 1.

1 - stay away from major exchanges like coinbase, they share the most data with the most other people
2 - an exchange outside your country is better than an exchange in your country.
3 - peer to peer exchanges are better than centralized exchanges but data saved by the exchange is within the reach of government authorities.
4 - bitcoin atms often only require a telephone number

So whenever I want to buy something on here I use Moonpay. I enter the amount I need to send and then just buy the btc directly into the wallet provided by transaxe.
Could I perhaps be saving money by using a different method.
Any advice on saving money on fees will be much appreciated.

Its my first time buying on here and dealing with btc. I have bought the amount of btc i need on revolut too purchase my order, can i send it straight from there to the sellers wallet ? And it asks if its my wallet or someone else’s which would i choose as if i choose someone else’s it asks for full name. Any help is appreciated

hello all, is there anyway to ask the site owners to implement a lighting wallet, now that strike is available in the uk its a perfect way to get low to 0 fees for btc use, simple to load up from your bank and foolproof to use without using exchanges. any lighting wallet really, wallet of satoshi is a good option too. its instant,almost free and more anon than on chain utxo...any thoughts?

One says unpaid

I have sent both orders to the same transaxe payee

How do i rectify this please

My bank saved the payee details

Coinvase shows both payments have been sent

So the unpaid one has been paid on a order already sent but seller?

Have anyone else had issues transferring btc from their revolut acc to there btc wallet?
I've just tried to send btc and its telling me that the address is disabled.
