There's a rule about how often vendors can post on the wall otherwise it's considered spam. You were posting up quite a few giveaway posts, perhaps you've fallen foul of that

Click on Settings, then Visibility. Are you excluded from the walls?

There's nothing at all in that message to trigger that as, as far as I'm aware, it's just a scanning reaction to keywords usually.

It's been happening to us all day mate. Even trying to message the borgs and it comes up. Our manifesto has been hidden as well and we've got that error message. There's nothing changed in the manifesto so not sure why it's happening to be honest.

The whole system is slow as they have had unwelcome visitors trying to spread external links so CB has stepped to stop it from going off site.

Look at the account Tyson it has been terminated as it was a vendor troll account set up to spread problems.

If you copy and paste tracking details and try to transfer you will get the message as it is an outside source code.

I've the same problem, it won't save my address, although my details all used to be saved. Did you get it fixed? I'm on android using duckduckgo

It was intentional and done by the admin. Alot of accounts got compromised few months back with phishing links so the admin removed all saved addresses to minimise the information obtained by the bad actors. Dunno if they plan on adding the option back but wouldnt suprise me if they dont for safety reasons.

I've had this exact thing happen to me a few days back ...I have to message transaxle about it. There was no record at all and I sent the bitcoin and its gone . And on top of this now I've ran out of weed ...fun times lol

In my case, seller received order and had sent it out. Likely the same in your case but still worth contacting seller to see if they received your order

I don't think so, was just a simple copy and paste that i've done many times. Not sure what it could have been tbh

Contact the vendor to see if he got any records or contact transaxe support and provide them the Order number or Btc addresses used.

Yeah, the btc is gone, payment went through fairly quickly. I've contacted vendor, don't have an order number since the order doesn't exist but I have all of the crypto proof if i have to contact transaxe support, hopefully gets sorted soon. Appreciate it

Turns out the order was sent since it just arrived, I just have no confirmation of the order and no order history on LB.

I managed to get it sorted in the end mate. After a few messages to different borgs, clean up borg sorted it out for me. Any one in this position id suggest trying them to resolve the issue

So am not exactly sure how we ended up getting excluded from the walls. Maybe it's inactivity cos we were on holiday. But I finally got thru to someone to sort it in the form of cleanup bot. I explained myself situation and they got me straight back on to be fair. They mentioned me being away on holiday, which is why i mentioned it as a possible reason in the first place but I have no other idea as we have good ratings and reviews an stick to all the rules 🙏

So I commented and the topic vanished from the wall. This has been happening when I've commented on topics for the last week or so. It would be very coincidental if this wasn't the reason, wouldn't it?

Yeah man it's obviously a bug. No vendor is going to see the amount of buys we both have and think I'm disputing every single order and you've done half of yours. Pretty sure we would be blacklisted long before now!

I've wondered about this , I had a nightmare with a vendor a few months ago so obviously had to open a dispute and I rightfully won. I know of at least 2 other people who had the same issues and won disputes.. the vendor still has 0% disputes so the system is obviously not accurate or vendors have a way round it.... Mine is also at 50% was previously 2%

There is a banned word in your message.

It's probably an external apps name or the word "Transfer" etc

Just keep rephrasing it until it lets you send.

I’ve had the very same issue. I’ve made two orders today and while the btc has cleared the biggy orders still say unpaid?!
It’s been 16 hrs…..

transaxe support, don't worry the beauty of bitcoin is you can see where the money is yourself, it's not like a bank telling you.

All that we need is another tab added to the top of the items page along with “hot <$50” etc. that contains the full items page. I’m not into coding but search bars have notoriously been entry points for vulnerabilities!

I assume they reduced the amount of listings to increase performance with this update however having the option of a slow page that shows all items is definitely worthwhile as you said! 🙏🤖

The "Hot" is now the normal items page and shows all vendors, as far as we can tell 👍

It's not that they've reduced them or removed items from the wall. If you scroll down everything is still there but it's like some kind of lazy loader has been implemented. Like you say, this is most likely to increase performance but it removes the only work around that stops things being a bot a jumble sale. Hope there's a fix 🙏

Completely agree. It's now very difficult to find specific things, even though the design looks much slicker. Unfortunately it's not much use when things are harder to find. I swear I'm seeing less vendors too, and I'm not sure which tab (if any) has all of the items in it?

Plus, this is irritating too: previously if you scrolled the wall and clicked on an item that interested you, when you clicked back you'd go back to that item's place on the wall and you could continue scrolling down. Now when you click on an item and click back it reloads the wall and brings you to the top again. That is possibly even worse with regards to searching and, most importantly, buying, as it makes it a bit of a chore and very off-putting. Hoping for a fix too!

There was a hack at weekend that LB responded to swiftly but did have to lock some accounts down. As I understand they are getting unlocked. Not sure how long rhe process takes but they're on it and handled it.

I'm glad it's not just me that has found it to be a problem. It means it's more likely to get fixed.

Be specific please and make sure you say what your device and browser is.

Goto “chats” then “compose” and type in ‘transaxe support’.. it should auto fill.

Then send a messaging explaining your situation and include the BTC address used to pay and the transaction ID..

Also if you have the order number include that..

They will sort it out don’t worry as long as you didn’t make a mistake sending the btc to vendors escrow account.

Transaxe support might take 24hrs+ to reply

Send any and all details/information avaliable to you that is relevant for the order. Nothing else you can do other then cross your fingers and wait if not. Have you reached out to the vendor/ mentioned who it is as that might offer more insight. Stuff doesnt work out/flow perfect always so hold tight.

Have you double checked you have selected the postage option at the very top?

Usually says that error if the message has a URL from a different site or words that describe another site.

Are you using the private message or chat option mate? Chat should work, just go to new chat and enter the name of the auto settlement borg and it should autofill for you.
