Just a warning to others to share my experience.
I bought 14g of Super Lemon Haze back in August which never turned up. I found out later this was due to the fact hootan didn't pay the sufficiant postage for the first shipments of the super lemon. I saw others on LB had some turn up very after several weeks. Mine did not.
After discussing with hootan he was very helpful and reassuring and said to keep an eye on his page and he would send a replacement at my request. Mid October I contacted to get a replacement of 7g of Purple Sunset, I didn't make a big deal about the weight as it was about the same price I paid for the super lemon.
Several weeks later again and still no delivery. I contacted hootan but have had no responses and I believe I'm getting ignored.
I saw another buyer leave a rating on hootans page that they were in the same boat as me and after requesting a replacement nothing turned up, followed by the silent treatment as well.
I can understand it is always a risk we take when ordering on LB that things get lost.
But because it was the fault of the vendor with the underpaid post, I believe I was entitled a replacement.
I would rather know upfront that I was not getting a replacement and take the loss. I would not be happy but it is something I would accept as we all know the risks. Instead I feel that I have been completely messed around in the communications since this started back in August.
I've ordered from hootan a few times and the bud and service has always been very good. But it says a lot about the vendors character with this sort of behaviour in dealing with this situation. Quite frankly immature. It is a shame but I won't be back again to order.
