You likely made the first order without being signed in.

Some vendors refuse orders from new accounts, perhaps the name “newbiggy” is also a bit of a red flag for the wary vendor. Send the vendor you wanna order from a quick message before hand and you likely won’t have any issues… or a least the worst you’ll get is a straight no 👍

First vendor I ordered from was Pistach I probably sent a quick intro message but can’t remember exactly.

I never had an issue ever when ordering when new, but if you do then try sending the vendors a polite message telling them you're new and interested in something and ask if they mind if you order from them. I doubt any will refuse if you do this.

Goto “chats” then “compose” and type in ‘transaxe support’.. it should auto fill.

Then send a messaging explaining your situation and include the BTC address used to pay and the transaction ID..

Also if you have the order number include that..

They will sort it out don’t worry as long as you didn’t make a mistake sending the btc to vendors escrow account.

Send any and all details/information avaliable to you that is relevant for the order. Nothing else you can do other then cross your fingers and wait if not. Have you reached out to the vendor/ mentioned who it is as that might offer more insight. Stuff doesnt work out/flow perfect always so hold tight.
