In retrospect I was too hard on my review (1/10) as Hootan did try to solve the situation. This was my 2nd order with Hootan. I placed the order, destination "Croatia" and the system provided him the address with "HR" (the country code of Croatia) which he accidentally interpreted as Hungary. By the time we knew something was wrong my option for raising a dispute was a day away, so I raised it. The borg refunded my %90 and I was left disappointed and angrily left a 1/10 review. I should have calmed down first. That's too harsh. We're all humans and we make mistakes and I can see how the system automatically changed the country to a country code can be confusing. I think buying from Hootan is OK. If something goes wrong he is willing to make it right.

Note: With every purchase henceforth, specify the exact country you are in during the purchase process if your country code is not obvious.
