I've realized the fact that unfortunately I can't have a 100% refund. Only a 50% one or 50% reshipment.

Therefore I've just sent the Seller a message in which I describe the 2 products I would like to have delivered for good this time.

I've spent BTC0.0045 for nothing so far.
I've just requested THEGREENTEAM (seller) for 2 items that cost together BTC.0.0022.
Which is less then the 50% refund or reshipment I'm entitled to.
I've requested them to send it out to me ASAP.
I've been waiting too long.

Escrow Swisse replied to me in private message but before anything was done tgt resent me the order in full.

Did they refund you? What eventually happened? My seller is also MIA and I’m trying to get a refund.

I would for about the 4th time request a refund from DAAN for an undelivered order.
He also pursued me on the wall painting me up as a scammer and police informant. He also identified my rating on the main wall and got it removed???????

What's the point Escrow don't get back to your messages
