My first dive into homegrown but I really get the hype now. Gonna have to stop myself from writing paragraphs on this so the tldr;
Absolutely top folk over at LD had great comms and recommended me their own produce that was in stock and fresh. It was like having a goddamn weed sommelier.
I got a mix of the goods but focusing on the Skittles since that's what the order was for.
Honestly it's an 11/10 for flavour, super strong but super clear bud that's hitting different to anything else I've had on this site. Hell, it's better than nearly every weed I've ever tried! Musky yet fruity, and a goddamn sneaky ninja knockout punch that has you on the couch without even realizing it haha.
Compact nugs, weight on point (plus an extra gram for good measure ty people 🙏)
If you're like me and looking at the price of the products thinking that's too much compared to everyone else - find out what the hype is about for yourself. Right I think I'm going crazy. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction...
I've been delving into the world of concentrates, getting myself a Yocan Orbit to dab at home with the idea that it's a better alternative to carts.
I got recommendations for products from super certified vendors - got myself some shatter and badder - but they don't seem to hit. I'd expect these to hit harder than standard flower but I got the opposite.
Fairly certain this is down to missing the entourage effect, but with the extracts market the way it is, there seems to be way more of an emphasis on high THC extracts, which makes me feel like I'm the only one with this opinion(?)

Sounds like you’re not crazy at all — a lot of people have the same experience when switching from flower to pure concentrates.
Flower usually has a wider range of cannabinoids and terpenes, which work together in that “entourage effect” you mentioned. Most shatter and badder on the market are very THC-heavy but stripped of many of those extra compounds during processing. The result is something that can feel strong in theory (high THC %) but sometimes hits in a more one-dimensional way compared to a well-rounded flower high.
Some people’s bodies seem to respond much more to that full-spectrum profile, so if you’re one of them, even a sky-high THC concentrate might feel oddly flat.
If you want a stronger, more “flower-like” hit from dabs, you might want to:
• Look for live resin or live rosin instead of shatter/badder — they’re often made to preserve terpenes and minor cannabinoids.
• Try blends or products specifically labelled as full spectrum.
• Experiment with different terpene profiles — some terps can drastically change how the high feels.

When they have it in stock Diamond Extracts Budder is nice, normally only 1oz jars though. Their crumble was decent too. Their budder was the nicest concentrate I've had from here. Not tried rosin yet, can't push the button.
Like I said before, I've tried good quality shatter and badder but no cigar. Just ordered some hash rosin to try out and will likely try the terp sauce next time!

Rosin is the answer due to the very little processing involved but it's incredibly expensive, here in the UK anyway. If you do want the real thing from a genuine Legend on here use the link above.
You're never going to get the whole spectrum with the usual extracts unless you go RSO which isn't advisable to dab.
You could always purchase some CBD distillate and put a little of both in each time.

From someone who's invested in a lot of different portable dab pens save the money and disappointment and invest in something with a sealed ceramic or quartz chamber.
And ideally a variable temperature function for the best flavour and results.
All the cheaper ones with the exposed coils are just burning your extracts rather than vaporising them.

For home I've got a puffco peak and for out and about I've got a little yocan orbit. The puffco pivot would be a great choice too as it's a smaller more portable unit. Yes they are expensive but you get what you pay for in this life. I'm sure you'll find that with the extracts too.

Ello fellow biggaz, another query for you guys - does anyone have a bubbler?
I've recently gotten an attachment for my volcano so I can pass the smoke from the balloon through my bong for water filtration. I'd like something similar for my carts
A bubbler attachment would be great as I have a decent 510 pen, but I've seen the Hamilton KR1 which looks awesome as a single piece solution

I use the whip from my mighty + to attach my coil king and vapes to various bubblers (I get cheap glass from dhgate) some need the relevant male or female adaptors. :)
I'm happy with my bong solution for the volcano, but the 510 carts are a bit rough on me. I just need a tiny bubbler I can take with me on the go :)

For on the go I considered the KR1 myself, as I found the carts I was using harsh on my throat, it just looked a bit fragile in the end for me. Does look like it's probs your best bet or..
My solution was I just changed the carts I was using, no more distillate or carts with loads of added tarps. (I started making my own which I've mentioned to you before..).

I've just been dabbling with concentrates trying to find which ones I'm into. I think live resin is the one for me, shatter was also good but not distillate.
I'm very tempted by the idea of getting a proper dab pen, I'm guessing that would allow me to just bung any concentrates in there that I want without worrying about it?

Grab a coil king as a starter, it doesn't have a quartz bowl so you'll need slightly more maintenance with cleaning the coils in iso but its very cheap, paired with the whip from the mighty+ and run through a little cup bubbler, is hands down the most effective/potent method I've found in consuming the devils lettuce.

I've got various, but I use the little cup bubblers from Dhgate (my McDonalds cup is my go to atm) as I don't like to pass vapour through too much water.

ALL the concentrates from myconauts are banging, no preference on type, more on strain which varies depending upon what they've got in stock (gods green crack and guava where the latest stand outs).

It’s pretty hard to do a mobile pocket bubbler, especially for 510 carts. You can’t really just use an adapter because for best results, you need to be able to screw down the 510 into the device. The very best device for this is the AceCup With the bubbler glass. The hits are terrific and much smoother than with a straight battery. I’ll find a picture of mine to show you.
All the good kit comes with a price tag. Most people buy the AceCup for extracts not realising you can screw a 510 thread cart straight into it and it works great. In fact when it comes to carts I'm not sure it can be beaten. Just thought I'd let you know amigo...

I've got the PS1 which is the same thing but with 2 510 connectors, and I honestly wouldn't recommend it. It was pretty hit and miss while it was still working, and stopped working altogether in under 10 sessions. It started self firing and then just died. It's also annoying as hell to clean
I'm not surprised tbh with all the similar reviews online. More tempted towards a universal addon bubbler that I could stick to the end of my current pen but I'm not finding anything reliable

Do biggas here generally have a way of checking what batches of stuff are good/fresh?
I've had both cases, with the worst being a really long standing cheap flower posting (ik I should have expected this but it was a trial order)
Should I just be going off the top of vendors' pages for the freshest stuff? Or are entries labeled 'high end' consistent?

Order from the home growers, at the moment Franz has some nice BBS and a new vendor has some haze listed. There are others who list stuff they grow, but off the top of my head these come to mind. Some of thw nicest buds on here are sold by the people who grow it themselves. Keep it Green, Druids Magic, British Bulldog 2.0 when they have it are good.

I've tried some really nice vapes and carts over the last few years that my mate has gotten me off dark web and they've been great - namely the Canadian imports ones being particularly good
Since joining lb I've tried some carts that have been 50/50 shatter that were good but didn't quite hit the same. I suspect the ones I had were pure live resin but I'm not sure

Or try making your own, very easy (and mucho cheaper) with the right tools, HowtoWeed on YouTube goes through the steps.
I get extracts from myconauts and decarb in a domestic oven, transfer into metal syringes and then into carts.
Beats the pants of anything I've bought on LB.
You can get the latest tanks imported from California via Budtank or I'd recommend the fc37 carts, as it's very thick resin (I do add about 5% terpene after decarbonisation just to help with the flow).

Great tip! I was considering this but wanted to experiment with different types of liquid before committing. So live resin seems like the best way forward?

Get yourself an infrared thermometer too, I set the oven to just over 100c, slightly longer decarb time but preserves the terpenes.

That being said save me one of those live resin diamond vapes if you get any in, the reviews for it are insane!
If you need stealth get a cart with botanical terps from someone like canadian imports. I can reccomend unicorn piss and sour apple biscotti.
Not so much stealth but more about effect. I've been doing some research that suggested that while distillate is a higher percentage THC, it doesn't have a full spectrum effect that you only get from live resin despite it being weaker. Idk how true that is

Only THC survives the extraction process. (Pure rosin is an exception becuse it is extracted using heat and pressure but its too thick to vape and needs dilutants so it all comes down to what those dilutants are). Terpenes need to be added back in that have been lost and these can be good (natural, expensive), bad (synthetic) or ugly (artificial flavourings).

Generally you want to avoid cheap chemical extraction which is what cheap distillate is. Distillate is also often made from the very dregs of mixed batch weed.

I recently bought a half oz off a well known vendor on here and it ended up being a really bad batch. I messaged the vendor and he acknowledged the quality issues, and asked to make it up to me by sending me the new batch as an apology.

I've recently gotten a volcano for health reasons and honestly can't say I look back.
The new issue now is - upon discovering this site there's way too much good stuff out there to choose from!

Volcano classic owner here. Congratulations on your life changing purchase. I do use it with keif, rosin, static, etc and it definitely works.....BUT I have recently decided to invest in a dab pen, just because I've concluded that hotter temperatures are needed to get the best out of these things.
For weed though, it kicks like a mule. Nothing I like better than a few balloons of some sort of kush before bed.

Haha I'm getting on that hype brother. Mainly getting second opinions as I'm getting mixed reviews online - half are saying that you shouldn't use concentrates in a volcano as it can mess it up, the other half saying the volcano is perfectly made for it.

I don't currently have the concentrate pads but it seems like a worthwhile investment. I'm guessing the sandwich method wouldn't work for gooey concentrates as they might drip down into the mechanism - that's my main worry as volcanos ain't cheap!
Cotton Bacon from Amazon will prevent any leakage and works particularly well in a dosing capsule. That said I always tend to roll gooey concentrates with some weed to make a nice pie. Works brilliantly.

I go to Lanzarote every January, and usually visit the club in Playa Blanca…Never had any issues taking away a little something with me to consume at my villa
Barcelona, without a doubt. Have a hunt on socials, plenty of clubs about, give them a shout beforehand.

Another fan of Lanzarote here. Its quiet and friendly. The food is generally of a decent standard most places. The weed scene is very, very easy to integrate into. Some places are pricey. Outdoor weed is good there, they can do 3 grows a year! The best thing about the canaries is its proximity to morocco. Lanzarote is awash with good clean hashes from lovely polms to oily hassans. All hashes are available and are cheap. Ive only ever seen locals smoke hash. Never weed. Some clubs are overpriced. Stay off the strips/proms. Enjoy

Don't know any for under £100 but arizers cheapest desktop vape (v tower) is pretty close, think its £120ish. I wouldn't buy a Chinese brand or an unknown unproven brand when it comes to weed vaping, they always turn out to be shit or brake in 3 months.
If you decide to spend more I can personally recommend the tinymight 2 or the arizer xq2. Or anything by storz and bickle, i dont own any of the s&b vapes but friends do and ive been impressed by most of them, bar the venty which i haven't tried yet.

100% Agreed .... If you get the chance when they put out UK Mids for Lemonnati ....Try it and you will not be disappointed and Reaaalllly one of the best Sativas I have had this year
THC23 their Mids is Actually quiet a High range in comparison to most mids/High End I have tried on this site. Thats reflected in the price, High & Experience. Funnily enough some of their UK-Mids have beaten their own high end stuff at times.

Currently they have no mids. The top shelf UK is mostly organic and far better than most of the stuff I've tried here. No had any of the hash and don't think I will coz it doesn't last long at all. The buds I've had don't even compare to most on here tbh....I'd say you can get tasty flavours from anyone on here but most don't have the crystal profile that THC buds come with....not seen bud like it since i used to get local homegrown.

Don't know how long this has been up, but I've just placed an order with MKK2020 for some OG Kush, looking forward to trying it. 05/08/25. KIG is back in 4/5 weeks as of today, Druids sometime in August. TheGreenMan has some haze listed as does A1 Hash. BB hasn't been on for a while, disappeared whilst moving house from the looks of it. As nice as the thought is, I don't think you're ever going to be capable of curing your tinnitus using any form of weed.
Judging by your other posts, this is a long standing issue. I assume it's down to noise exposure or some kind of ear trauma?
Either way, the ringing is from the damage which can't be fixed from weed. I've heard from my mate that wearing earplugs to bed can help a bit and taking melatonin helps but there's no easy fix I'm afraid hombre

Ah I see - if it's stress based then have you considered edibles at a lower dose? Slower burning and a more mellow high might be what you're after
Psychedelics are entirely dependent on how you react. I'd stick to smaller doses of stuff you know, ie maybe shroom micro doses if you wanna go down that route

Commenting as a friend of mine had a recent development - he'd had tinnitus for years and recently went to the doctor, who advised that a lot of the pain and ringing stemmed from an awkwardly bunged up ear canal (with ear wax)

I know these always seem biased or pointless but after losing heart with some of the stuff I’ve bought from here, I thought it was appropriate to give credit to Lazydaze. I’ve ordered 4 times within the last month or so and never had a single issue. It’s usually posted same day and arrives the next well packaged. I’ve tried various strains and they’ve all been up there with the best I’ve had from LB. He doesn’t try to sell you the world with bull descriptions of non existent flavours. The rainbow sherbet has been my favourite so far, it’s a tasty clean smoke with a nice stone. For the money it really is up there and would recommend anyone to try it.

I think I’d make an ideal candidate as I’ve bin in to cannabis for over 20 years. It’s helped me through some ruff times and lots of good. I’ve just started experimenting in extracts as I’m a bit old school and I’m finding the variety exceptionally interesting from different textures and variations of terps and loads of different things you can do with them from just straight dabbing or decarbing to eat or pop in a vape. I just wanted to make a post addressing something which is pretty important to me. Today I've noticed a couple of not-so-great reviews on the previous crop of gorilla cookies, and for a start I want to apologise to those who haven't had a good experience. It's never my intention to put out something that I don't believe is worthwhile and it's absolutely not my intention to rip off or deceive anyone. I'm mostly a dry herb vaper now and I often have breaks, so my tolerance is never the same week by week. I've been vaping/bonging the shake from the gorilla cookies for a while now and I don't have any complaints personally about the strength or taste, but there were a couple of issues while growing the plants and they were chopped slightly earlier due to time constraints, so the buds absolutely were not as good as they could've been.
All of that being said, I'm consistently striving to improve, and I'm just starting to try and bring a consistent and reliable range of products to LB. My ultimate goal is to provide the best quality at the fairest prices that I possibly can, with as much transparency as possible, and obviously putting out subpar product doesn't align with that objective. So, if you're one of the customers who wasn't happy with your purchase, or if you're EVER not happy with a purchase from me, please reach out and send a message. I'll do my best to put it right. With that in mind, I still expect you to leave an honest review of your experience because, if nothing else, it helps to point other biggas in the right direction.
I also want to mention that new LimeTree Reserve hash should be available tomorrow (Friday 22/08) or the day after.
Final thing, I wanted to ask people's opinion... I want to list some new products but I'm torn on which direction to go. Would you guys prefer some top shelf organic buds (relatively high price but FIRE) or a good, clean commercial hash (great prices and bang for your buck)? Whichever gets the most backing is what I'll do!

Would you guys prefer some top shelf organic buds (relatively high price but FIRE) or a good, clean commercial hash (great prices and bang for your buck)? Whichever gets the most backing is what I'll do!

You are right on that one man... Both markets are pretty saturated at the min. The thing is, I don't wanna start listing more "niche" things yet because I feel like most stoners know (and stick to) bud and hash, so I kinda wanna build things up with those and then start bringing in some different products. The bud would be around $60 an 8th (give or take $5) to start off with, but would come down over time as I'm able to get bigger amounts. And when I say it's top shelf, I really do mean it
Personally for me that would be a no go; I’m too cheap to consider a $60 eighth of bud! that’s not the same for all obv, but I would think it automatically reduces your target market.

Yeah, of course. Quality > quantity any day. I'd be able to produce dawg/haze rosin for a pretty good price, and that would be a high quality rosin, but I'm sure a lot of people are sick to death of those terps, so I'd rather do a smaller batch of something more exciting provided the returns were worthwhile

I'm not too sure if you mean the desert melt (sorry if not), but honestly it's pretty decent. It's not what I thought it'd be and the idea is getting scrapped, but it's good for putting in a spliff or edibles. I've actually messed up a bit of it (put it in the coffee grinder to make capsules but it's too clumpy, and now I have a loose lump of it with ground bud all in it) so I'm probably gonna let whatever's left go for a loss... It was a decent concept but in practice it's a bit "meh"

Personally, focus on home grown, or locally grown if you know growers. Commy hash is pointless, waaaay too many vendors offering it, but there's still a niche when it comes to homegrown. I can only name 5/6 vendors that grow and sell their produce, you being one Rozzy :)
100% mate! If I'm ever buying something I'll opt for the home growers/extract makers 9 times out of 10. Don't get me wrong, as a grower I'm still learning and not every crop is a winner, but I f'king love doing it and it excites me when I see someone's as passionate as I am. Finally had time to try my sample of DJ Short Blueberry (thanks doc!). The last time I had 'pure' blueberry was a very long time ago in Amsterdam. I remember it looked pretty similar to this. I also remember it being quite dank, a bit fruity...and quite stoney! And that's exactly what we have here. Dank, fruity nugs that stink of blueberry and provide a lovely, strong indica effect. I see this is listed a bit cheaper than the 3 exotic strains on the doc's menu. Having tried Demon King (omg) and Strawberry Guava (omg), I can see why. But I would say that DJ Short Blueberry is very solid at this price. That's 3 bangers in a row that I've tried from the Doc now!

Like mouthwash , rinse till ur mouth is foamy then spit it out . I would recommend having it 20 mins before ur test just due to the fact there's alcohol and u could be done for that.

All the live resin 510 carts I've seen on here are liquid aswell so I'm not sure if they would clog aswell. I sell the comcetrates on there own anyway and will think about doing 3 different concentrates as a bundle with 3 different types and strains etc and then a bundle with 3 different strains and a portable dab pen like this one and see what happens I may buy a few 510 carts put only live resin. In and see how they are main thing I do not want to do is water down anything in anyway that's how we roll only the best products here bro 🙏😉🔥

If I recall you're meant to decarb it and heat it up to get it to be liquid and stay that way, then you get metal syringes and inject it into the 510 carts. But I'm no expert, I'm sure you can find great advice on here for it

Full ceramic is the only way mate. There's a link there for the new ccell ceramic evomax or the kera are a good option if you're going for a 510 screw on. I personally wouldn't bother with disposable units all that plastic can't be good for you. But I'm sure you'll find a good one there if that's what you're looking for.
And please don't buy those cheap chinese clone carts to save a few quid either, they've been found to contain toxic materials.

We can get full ceramic carts for around 3.50 we think maybe we could do full gram carts of pure live resin no decarbing no mixing etc for around 40 dollars plus 4 dollars postage do you think we would get.manu sales etc ? Thanks for your input
As long as the source product is good quality and you use good quality carts there won't be an issue. It's only tye cheap knock offs that clog in my experience.

Well we done a trial and it's exactly the same if you send it t24 and people don't get it in 24 hours which is about 50 percent of the time people go mad and start disputes etc saying you've not sent it and your stealing there money etc .. where as if you send it t48 it's always there on 48 hours so you see what you get bro is less stress if people want things right away they can order from someone else and stress them out 🤣🤣

Just so you know all 35 of our orders we have had so far have arrived in 48 hours so we will be sticking to this method for now unless there's more demand for 24 hour and people are will to pay more . We lose money on some orders at 6 dollars because the large letter postage has gone up to 5 pounds and the small parcels are more so if we cant pack it flat we lose money unfortunately

Asked for them to surprise me and ended up with the nightshifter strain. Honestly the most mental looking bud i have ever seen in my life. Let me tell you, the nose on this bud is incredible, like if i had to describe it - you remember the first time you smelt dank?? Yeah, it’ll take you back, it genuinely is so loud (in a good way). I saved it for my birthday and then rolled it up and smoked it with my boys and lets just say its safe to assume we were all high as shit. The cherry on the j was just perfect too. I thought I'd post again to make some suggestions (and get thoughts from others on these!)
The way I see it, you're acquiring a solid customer base but there's 2 things lacking ATM:-
1) Testing results
2) Full spectrum extracts
Are these things you're planning on introducing in the future? The testing would be really useful to see the calibre of the supplier, even if you're not testing every single product (due to rotation). I still think this is worth it and shouldn't be optional.
Re the second point, I know many people don't enjoy extracts that aren't full spectrum (like myself) that would really appreciate seeing full spectrum extracts, ie. Rosin, live resin, WPFF, terp sauce, etc

All good ideas mate and thanks at the moment this site is like a full time job with sourcing all the products /making products / buying packaging paying postage and paying people to send the parcels etc and as yet we haven't seen a penny(as it's all in escrow) and paid out a lot so this is just a slow progression at the moment and slowly building if we take on too much it could start to not be as efficient .as for the testing we explained that the products change every 2 /3 weeks so there's no point getting tests then it will be a new product and that's providing false info to the customers we want to be totally transparent and not have to tell people it's something it's not because of old testing .. we have a lot of customers coming in and every rating is 10/10 so there all happy .if people don't like the products they don't have to buy but the reviews speak for themselves ...we now have pink guava diamonds from the same supplier as our apple tartz sugar wax so get involved matey and spend some money with us bro !! Wel happyily give you a freebie then you can stop wondering and start enjoying the products bro

After having one of the toughest years of my life supporting my partner through a mental breakdown, I find myself with dental pains which I think are down to bruxism.
My partner has mentioned it to me the last week of so and I've started noticing it in myself. Has anyone got experience with this and using mouth guards or any other remedies?

As mentioned by quagmirewrangle bruxism is stress related, in some individuals it can happen with no apparent cause but that doesn’t sound like the case with yourself.
Stress management is first port of call.
Biteguards can provide relief but it has to be the right type.
Soft biteguards are a bit hit and miss and can sometimes make symptoms worse as it’s giving you something to bite on.
Stabilisation splints are the gold standard.
NTI splints provide fast and effective relief - they work. The downside for this particular splint is it’s not recommended for long term use. These splints only make contact with the incisors and leave a gap between your back teeth and in time can cause them to over erupt. I have also seen them cause intrusion of lower incisors.

hypnotherapy could help you, but i'm not sure. i would suggest anything that helps you to express feelings and regulate your nervous system (working with a good psychotherapist could help, ideally someone who understands body/mind connections).

Interesting Mr Quagmirewrangle,Ill look into journalspeak ,Ive been grinding my teeth away all my life and now at 58years old I dont have much left in the way of teeth to grind .Ive tried bite guards but struggle to sleep with a mouth full of rubber and I reckon it all stemmed from being given up for adoption as an infant,the stress from that event has never been addressed so thankU will look into journalspeak X

Most vendors who sell extracts here tend to just sell a single one for a set price, and the quality is mostly down to the vendor and reputation.
A good way of entering the market could be via providing different price ranges and only selling extracts/infused products (like you're already doing) - but have different options, with different qualities.

Hi mate thanks for your input is really helpful .we will be selling badder and crumble aswell..we can only get top tier stuff so there will only be one grade which will be top but there will be different flavours and bundles so you can get 3 different things in one for example apple tarts sugar.. Cherry rope crumble and runtz badder this will be happening soon but we're limited to what we can get as our guy only does top notch stuff and there's not massive profit margins .we figure of we can make a small amount on each sale and do a lot of sales that way then everyone's happy. I do recommend you get some proper carts and not the shit you find on Amazon, that is if you’re going to be filling them yourself. I bought some FC37 from ukvapecarts and a 10ml syringe of D9 from LB and it was the best idea yet. The standard carts you see on LB or Amazon, the ones that have a stainless steel inside, are shit. Not only do they taste like burnt shit after one or two heat cycles, but they’re also insanely rough on the throat.
If you don’t want to buy the FC37’s, make sure that whatever you buy has a ceramic coil. If you use something like a normal vape tank that has a cloth coil, you’ll just waste the distillate.
If you don’t want to buy the FC37’s, make sure that whatever you buy has a ceramic coil. If you use something like a normal vape tank that has a cloth coil, you’ll just waste the distillate.
You need a 510 thread and then its up to you how many add ons you get. Start at the inhale to go for about a tenner and then decide if you want variable voltage, digital readouts, pre-heat, twin cart etc etc. Just as a hint: a battery is a battery....

Yeah and I assume they have a lot of orders, but I've been scammed doing this before so paranoid now. As I said it'd be nice if everyone was upfront about it. My business sends out a lot of packages and T24 arrives next day 95% of the time. Only on Biggy do vendors live in a universe where RM is constantly mysteriously delayed 😅

I've actually just bought a coil king so that I can start messing with some concentrates but without a guarantee of quality or at least knowing what the extra money is going to, it'd be unlikely for me to go to anyone other than myconauts. They're highly recommended and sell live resins at around $25/g for a random one
By the way TA420 pls don't take this as criticism - I just think that highlighting a unique selling point/description will get you a lot further with this product 🙂

Technically anything that does no harm can be sold on here. The issue is in the levels of commissions that are paid on transactions, paying with crypto for legal products and also the difficulty with returns. It’s not really a site that lends itself to return addresses but I’m sure where there is a will there is a way.
Not a glass blower but a glass engraver here! depending how complex the design of your ref code is you may be able to put the code on a pre-bought bong but id check the type of glass the bong is made of as some will just shatter!

I'd love to see some of this stuff man! Someone mentioned a "stock counter" idea recently too and I think that'd be great, especially for smaller vendors like myself. If I could put in exactly how much I had, and then have that number go down automatically as things are sold, that'd be pretty helpful for both me and the customer. Although, now that I think about it, bigger vendors may have multiple kilos of any one product at any time, and that may not be something to advertise!

Yeah and thats a really good thing. Nothing wrong pushing for improvements and offering practical help. It just goes wrong when Biggas fly into a rage when nothing happens. (And generally, nothing happens. That said in the last few years we have gained a Keyword Search and a multiple buy cart both of which have made life much easier. So it can happen, just slowly).
The only complications I could foresee depend on the type of database being used and how the data is structured

What's your thoughts on 'static' hash?
Whilest I do agree that plastic has static charge and it attracts trichomes but at the same time it does also attract lighter plant material ie.: trim, vacuum packing trim is a little challenging due to the static charge that make the trim stick to the bags making it impossible to seal the bags so that there is no trim on the outside of the bag.
In the past I have also been suggesting the use of small plastic blender for grinding your weed because you can have your own static hash over time as the trichomes build up on the side of the plastic jug. This will also collect a bit of plant material but mostly will be static kief/hash.
All that said I watched a few videos of people making static hash and I cannot see what's the point of it other than playing with their kief like kids play with fine sand. I mean they dry sift the kief to like 90micron and then drag a glove or other plastic through that and collect the kief again that way. I just can't see it being any different from already sifted kief other than the fact they loose more in the process giving them less yield in the end.
Here's a photo of some 150 micron kief I got recently. I could drag a plastic glove and collect the whole thing over time and can then call it static hash?
If I collect the trim the same way then I can call it static trim? 😂

Colour has everything to do with freshness look it up mate. Those heads will turn dark when exposed to heat and over time due to oxidisation.

I'm gonna try this cold cure I got some "fresh" nyc diesel dry sift. I wanna see how it will turn out. This chunk around 1-2 months old from harvest.

Static is simply the dry sift version of fresh frozen bubble hash.
It's the cleanest most pure version of dry extraction.
It's been completely bastardized by the amount of liars selling standard screen filtered as 'static'.
When done correctly it's sensational but, the prices are ridiculous also so I steer well clear of it because the likelihood of you actually getting what is described with hash these days is all but impossible.

Fresh frozen (also used for making live resin) I feel like another gimmick...Freeze the buds 'live' (right after harvest) then extract the trichs. Bubble hash as far as I remember refers to ice water extracted hash from the finest micron bag that is just kief extracted with ice water instead dry sifting but for how long those 'live' trichs stay alive? They also start 'aging' oxidising as soon as they processed so by the time it gets to the consumer is it still 'live'?
Exactly this these 'new' processes seem to be purely for achieving the highest tested thc percentage in a lab test.

All solventless methods use 200 - 60 micron screens for filtering but is it worth seperating the different size heads once it's down to 120-100micron there's likely little to no plant material left in there so what's the point further filtering out the smaller heads?
It’s definitely worth separating the different grades. Hopefully all the plant material will have been collected in the 180 bag. It doesn’t necessarily get better the finer you go. Usually the top grade is in the 73 bag, this is the size of the most ripe, most potent, most tasty resin heads. Sometimes a sative plant will have finer resin heads and the top grade can be found in the 45 bag. The 25 bag has all the unripe, tiny, or broken glands, along with the sticks the resin head sits on.
Fresh frozen will increase the flavour and reduce plant contamination, is also useful for removing resin. As is already frozen. I would say less total harvest though.

I don't see the point to seperate further than 150micron. Do the different size heads give a different high or is it just the taste? At 150 all the goodness is there but what makes 75 bag the top grade? What does it still removing from the 150 batch? At 150 it will all be cannabinoids terps, thc, cbd etc.

It’s because the 73 most closely matches the size of a resin gland at peak potency. The smaller less ripe/potent glands will pass through onto the next size, whilst other larger stuff such as the stalks (which is still resin just nowhere near as potent) will be caught in the bags above. The resulting product is usually full melt bubble hash. I personally think it’s worth the extra hassle, it’s definitely stronger. I would usually combine the other grades anyway. Maybe on a second run I would collect it all together.

The point is to isolate the most potent and tasty part of the plant. Most stuff on the market is a blend of usually 120 - 70 microns. The other grades would just ruin the quality. And would probably be used in edibles, or low grade. I’d combine what’s left after extracting the 73 because I just feel they’re not really worth keeping seperate. But extracted all together the 73 would make up nearly half the yield anyway (if grown well) So all together still a good smoke, just diluted down.

i don't think so . . . . if you're combining stronger grades with weaker grades, the weaker grades dilute the stronger grades.

If you wanted to compare to alcohol a more accurate number would be adding a pint of 6% guiness to a pint of 6.5% guiness extra (if there's such).

I get what you’re saying. Yes, with the 90 and 120 the difference is minimal. Between say 180 to 25 the difference is substantial. You just can’t get top grade by adding the inferior grades
I don't agree that the smaller the better. Even you said in your previous comment that less than 73 would mostly be broken and or immature heads and stalks. Any larger grade up to 120-150ish will have more complete large and mature heads all from the same strain with the same thc levels.

Oxidisadion is always going to occur at one point. Its a very arduous process that really only increases quality by preserving terpenes. A serious home grower who is into squishing and has a home rosin press can enjoy this experience every day for little money. (Or a hugely comparable experience at least)

If you had 1kg of dry sift to split between you and another person, would you be happy for them to use static techniques to select their half 🤔
Sure the static will attract larger bits aswell as smaller ones. I'd be annoyed tho that my half would be exposed to air for long time whilest it's being done plus the friction caused by the techniques would make my half loose some terps so I wouldn't say I'd be over the moon happy.
TheGoodStuff's Gush Mintz static is some of the finest solids I've smoked, worth every penny!
It is a gimmick really. Its really for small batch artisanal production, and even then the amount of attention spent will only increase the quality a tiny percentage because the hash is already good. Static cleaning pioneered its way in the cannabis cup scene with strain producers trying to one up on other breeders and make perfect hash. Truly the cleanest hash a lot of times is ice/iceolator/bubble bag. I dont think this is soley due to the way the trichomes are seperated and sorted. I believe that water plays a big part in cleaning the hash. All cannabis plants are sticky as fuck. Imagine just how much dust and airborne dirt has an opportunity to stick to it in its life. Water cured bud is also a really clean trippy buzz. When I grow plants I pay as much attention to carbon filtering air in as I do out. Now THAT makes a huge difference. Why is it ok to grind a bud that is %80 plant matter yet we are baulking at the sight of %2 plant matter in hash? A lot has been lost as traditional drysift landrace hashes disappear. Full spectrum hash made from males and females, seeded or not, grown in the sun and beaten over the zero zero screen in the hills of Chefchouen are sadly slipping away from the uk scene. The hash scene in spain is mad. Even the canaries is fantastic with spanish modern pollems and import hassans all over the place. The uk seems to be struggling. The trouble with all this piatella nonsense is that folks will all too easily make a formula replica with terps and dodgy distillate.

That piatella sounds simple enough to make and test but at the end of the day it is the same kief processed into a different consistency. The purest form of hash must be the unprocessed kief.
hash is just keif pressed into a block for more convinient handling. It turns brown, black over time on the outside and that's why it's brighter inside when break them open. Hash is a degraded form of kief. By the time it's dark and solid it would have lost a lot of it's terps and potency.

It still sounds like a gimmick tbh. Again the static collection methods I've seen can collect all the bits just keep drag the glove over the kief and done. Won't change the kief itself if anything dragging the plactic throught as they do it in the videos create friction, warms up the kief slightly but the waxy consistency suggest heat being introduced at some point during the process or storage. Same as heat pressed rosin can change its consistency from shatter like to sappy wax like depending on tempreture it pressed and stored etc.

Do you know what I'm considering leaving LB and going back to the street because the quality of product on here has gone downhill in the last 6-12 months. Even from vendors that used to be really good. The product is either improperly dried /cured.... Or it's not the same as the picture they used to advertise it. I think vendors have gotten really complacent and have stopped checking for quality. Money grubbing c@#ts
Bro, I couldn't agree more. The endless 10/10 reviews don't help at all either. It's so hit and miss but there are still a couple decent vendors here. For consistent quality I'd recommend THC but they can be pricey. Very rarely am I disappointed when I buy from them. Honourable mention to donloco too.

I'm just looking for a bit of advice please biggaz and vendors if anyone can help would be much appreciated. Due to a change in circumstances I'll be moving into a new place soon and unfortunately I'm not going to be able to hotbox it like I can now so I need to be a bit more discreet and get a vape. I've tried a couple of puffs on distillate ones in the past that didn't smell of weed at all and did the job but after doing some research I would prefer live resin than distillate. Does anyone know if there's any live resin carts you can smoke in public and people won't give you any dodgy looks? If such a thing exists would be great if someone can point me in the right direction. Cheers
I've tried Canadian imports, 420alchemist, vapeboutique and don loco's live resin. VB was the best quality but they don't always have stock. All vendors gave impeccable service. I'd consider trying MJconcentrates. I've not tried a 50/50 vape, might be alright. I bought a ccell palm pro from cell website for like 15 quid but my first LR vape was disposable from Canadian imports (don't think full LR in stock ATM) was better than branded one I tried in Cali. Love live resin. Want to try some rosin!
I had the same issue for a while mate. I find vapes from KidCartiUk are pretty good. They do give off a whiff but it dissipates after a few minutes, incense or the like and a cracked window would definitely help.
Or if you're like me and vape nicotine as well, the smell of most fruity juices masks the smell of the weed so i alternate. Hope this helps!

Live resin is full spectrum so you're gonna have all the terps in there giving off a stank. That being said, the smell dissipates quite fast though especially if you're out in the open

Yes, would be for when at home. How long would you say the smell would linger for if smoked indoors? If it's only a few minutes I could always burn some incense sticks to mask the smell for a bit. I just don't want the smell lingering around for ages and stinking the whole place out.

Ignore the wannabe Asian Andy. They're not the best, not the worst, but they do weekly deals where all they do is change the strain offered, so the reviews are almost never for what they're selling. It's scummy and lazy.
There are plenty top vendors here, donloco's, Green Cat, Green Avenger, Cannabis Cannibals, Riley Packs, radar breeder, to name a small selection.
Avoid Pistach, Gentlemen Dealers, Green Team and Spacemen. Not that they're bad, but there's better availability.

They're hit and miss. I've only got one or two vendors in my shit list, but I'm not gonna stir the pot. I've had from all the ones I've mentioned before, on another account, never had any issues. Pistach though, they can get to fuck. :)
All subjective my friend. Someone may love what u hate. u may rate it 5, but they rate it 10.

Who have you bought from? Bit silly completely writing off Amazon because a couple sellers were dodgy.
It must be frustrating to dip your toes in the water and have it backfire. Condolences.

They can't all be zingers unfortunately and there's many factors to getting sub par product (ie possibly a dodgy vendor, a dodgy batch, getting lower end stuff or being the end of the batch and getting the remains)
All I can say is that reputation means everything on this site, especially for vendors.
The few times things have gone awry for me, I've messaged the vendors and it's always gotten to a resolution.
Suggest you try the same before throwing a public hissy fit

I really feel for you vendors. You are helping the community immensely and in-time you guys will be recognised as pioneers in the industry, but totally sucks you can’t get some well earned recognition for a job well done. The mental stress from the law would be a massive load on your shoulders and I know I wouldn’t have any finger nails left.
Last night I received a letter under my door from my building management: stating that someone is smoking cannabis on the floor and it’s illegal and will call the police etc. My wife spotted the letter and now she’s flipping out that the police are going to smash down our door, she always overreacts next level. She is totally against all things drugs but tolerates my smoking because she bought me like this, lol. All night Ive had nightmares about being busted over smoking J’s on my balcony. I told the Mrs to deny everything and say I said it’s just CBD flower. I quickly ordered a few carts to change my style of consumption and will do a clear out of paraphernalia or get it all in one bag so I can throw it off the balcony into the garden if I get an unwelcome visitor.

Get a dynavap then you can still have flower and the smell from dry herb vaping is very minimal.
Good shout on the dry herb vape. I have a pax 3 and it smells a little when you blast it but it soon goes. You can get smell proof bags to put your stash in too so your whole house isn’t stinking.
Don't stress bigga, haters gonna hate. And sometimes its not haters, nobody wants their little kids smelling weed. And old folks, they get a pass, they cant help the hate, it's kinda like their racism.

Thanks for the comments and points everyone. I’ve chilled nicely now. Got myself some of MJs carts and they’re doing the job very well. Great flavour and suprisingly good kick. Great alternative but will deffo look into the Dynavap range.

Hey, Seno. I am a diehard dynavapper. There is residual smell but very little and that can be lessened even more with a sploofy or similar (I'm currently using a "Smoke Trap" which has replacement filters and avbl on Amazon). The smell will not leave the room your in (and using a sploofy on the balcony with a Dynavap will nullify most all complaints) and is gone by morning. Happy to help any way regarding Dynavap or other vape use. Also, vaping dehydration is real. Stay hydrated. It changed my life, i miss rolling a j but the preparation ritual with a Dyna (or similar) is good enough to compensate.
Finally someone has said it. The self entitlement of some people and the risks vendors make every day you don’t just understand, if you ain’t walked in the man’s shoes you can’t really comment
Hi Seno interesting comment. Take's me back a couple of years or so.. was in the same boat as yourself. A big joint smoker virtually every day. With the kids getting older.and the missus moaning. Switched to carts. Lot more discreet for that instant hit without anyone ( including the neighbours). Noses twitching. Worked for a good year I'd say, but started to get a sky high tolerance. Which became difficult. So after a good T -break. Switched to edibles. Took a while to get used to. But works ok for me now . Another idea you could try to stop all around you moaning about smoking and the smell. Is just take a walk to a park or somewhere you know you can relax and enjoy it. Nowt worse being on edge having a smoke. Its supposed to be for relaxing and chilling out. Not on edge, paranoid and anxious. Defeats the object of having it. And lastly yes. Hats off to the vendors. Can't be easy every day. And the stress it must be.🤔👍

Not bad ST, thanks mate. Carts are keeping my tied over for now. No more news but trying to play it safe with my neighbours, they’re a nice bunch, so don’t want to piss them off too much. There’s a popular dry herb vape but always out of stock called tinymight that I might invest in. I’ve got a Volcano somewhere in my storage so will dig that big boy out, used it maybe 5 times. I bought that years ago thinking the mrs will be sweet with a that option instead of the stinky bong but the balloon blew her mind and she said she could smell the vapor, then we moved and got used to rolling spliffs on the balcony. I’ll just crank the volcano balloon and toke on balcony. Been sneaking the odd J very late at night.

I eventually got an air purifier that sucks up all the smoke in like 10 mins so we just blaze in the living room without consequence. It's v liberating.
FYI we're on the volcano hype ourselves and it's all gravy! My mighty 100 quid purifier is keeping up and running at barely any cost. My mate has a heavyweight one that keeps up with you and doesn't leave any smell at all if you're willing to splash out 😅

For a similar reason I switched from js to dry herb vaping.
As a consequence I found my cravings decreased. Might be due to me mixing with baccy when skinning up.
Now I’ll only have it on the weekend and switched to oil.

Vape or bowls get blown directly into a carbon filter, joints are a distant memory for me. Although, if you had a bigger one you might get away with joints... actually if I got a bigger fan and filter in a smaller room I probably could smoke blunts...
