I want to take a moment to address the recent order cancellations and the discussions surrounding them. First off, I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. The decision to cancel orders wasn’t taken lightly, but it was necessary to protect our customers.

As a few of you know, I was still in the US last week, and without enough hands on deck, too many issues arose with packing and shipping orders. Rather than risk further delays or mistakes, I made the difficult call to pause operations temporarily. Now that I’m back in the UK, we’re preparing to reopen, and I can assure you that when we do, our usual Monday–Friday posting schedule and top-tier service will be back in full effect.

In hindsight, I was a little hasty in reopening when I did. I was conscious of being away for too long after the Christmas break and should have simply waited a couple more weeks to avoid this situation altogether. These things happen, and at the time, I believed my team was competent enough to manage the store. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

I also want to address some of the noise surrounding this situation. While there’s been a lot of discussion, the loudest voices seem to be coming from people who have never even ordered from us. This has blown the issue out of proportion, and it’s disheartening to see so much negativity over a one-off hiccup from a brand that consistently strives to deliver the best bud and service for the price on LB.

To our genuine customers who were affected, we will make it right. Anyone with a cancelled order will receive a free 3.5g pack as a token of apology should you return.

I also want to personally apologise to the customers directly impacted: Bropro05, MoJam, Mogfromthebog, Mstephenson93, Nessguy72, Rosspacopter, and the_Cs_1888 - I truly appreciate your patience and understanding and hope you’ll give us another chance.

Lastly, I want to remind people why we do this. We’re here for the love of weed, not for the money or to scam anyone - if it were about profit, we’d be charging a lot more, and if we wanted to scam people, we would have marked the orders as sent, not cancelled them. Seeing so much hate over a temporary setback makes me question why we even do this on LB. We’ve always put our customers first, offered the best prices, and maintained a solid reputation, yet some are quick to turn the moment things don’t go perfectly.

Regardless, we’re not going anywhere. We’re back, we’re ready, and we appreciate the real ones who continue to support us. Stay tuned for our reopening - we’re back stronger than ever.

Potpourri

Morning Biggas hope you’re all good.
So after having an order auto cancelled and not being very happy I hastily said I’d not use this vendor again and I think a few people might of felt the same ……after a very amicable conversation with Potpourri they offered to send me a 3.5 of their Snowman Za as a good will gesture and there were no hard feelings, they also explained the situation and promised they would sort themselves out and get back on track next week.
So will I use them again…
First of stealth was spot on,double vac and box always good for me
The new packaging looks sleek and shows time has been taken the new strain info label also adds a bit of ooo lah lah to it ;)
Now on opening the smell was potent real gassy cakey and of course that Cali flower smell, real tasty.
The bud was compact and dense exactly as described and looked good still the grind up was nice and fluffy and released more of the cookie/cake smell.
Smoke wise it is a lovely creamy smooth toke and sweet exhale the terps and smell match up perfectly.
Some pics below and to anyone else who was affected or anyone who wants to give these vendors a try I will defo recommend l, top product as described and really decent prices also I believe these gents do care about the Biggas too ;)

WTF is a Flatpack?

A Flatpack is how we now import and package our cannabis. We used to sell pre-ground, ready-to-roll flower, but as our store grew, more biggaz wanted to see whole buds.


Since pre-ground flower didn’t allow for that, some people hesitated to try our product. To meet the demand for visible buds while keeping our shipping efficient, we introduced Flatpacks - the same high-quality cali-grown flower, just pressed into a slimmer form.



How We Make Them:


1. Prep – Large buds are broken down and lots of stems are removed to avoid puncturing the vacuum seal.

2. Flatten – The buds are gently compressed to fit our packaging.

3. Ship – The product is vacuum-sealed and shipped to the UK just like before.



What To Expect:


Our buds might look a little squished, but they smoke exactly the same. Flatpacks allow us to keep prices low, products transparent and importation discreet.

If you don’t mind a bit of compression, you’ll love the smoke and our prices.

Sharing thoughts on my first purchase from potpourri, a relatively new vendor which is bringing the concept of pre-ground bud.

On reading PPs manifesto, probably like most my first thought was scepticism. Another vendor trying to get rid of shake/trim/dust etc but up sell it as ‘premium’, no stems, seeds blah blah. Heard it all before. 🥱

So recently I was doing a re-up of my stocks and I thought I’d include PP’s Lemon Cherry Gumbo (7g @ $50). Reviews were good so why not, unfortunately I’ve wasted more than $50 on some other vendors ‘quality’ products before. You live & learn in this game.🤔

2 days to arrive and comms from PP were great. Polite, respectful. Seems pretty intelligent from my discussions. Stealth, no complaints. Double sealed within branded packaging and then in letterbox sized cardboard box. ☑️

On opening I was surprisingly hit with that beautiful smell of just good weed. Ok, you had my curiosity but now you’ve got my attention!

On investigation between my fingers and the quality is clear, nice soft fluffy ground bud that’s not too dry & nothing that shouldn’t be there. Sampled a small 0.5g pure J, taste was 🔥 from start to end of the J. Smooth & clean, just a lovely smoking experience. Really nice high just on that one smoke alone.

Discussions will be had on the pros/cons of pre ground. I’m quite OCD with storage and this is coming in resealable packs, so I don’t think any issues with loss of terps / potency over the course of consuming will occur.

This is just honest feedback and a recommendation to the community, I’m 100% that you wouldn’t have any complaints on purchasing with Potpourri, whether you like the pre ground. It’s going to divide I guess but I’ve got no issues after now purchasing and this is premium grade bud imo

I'll admit I was both intrigued and suspicious of this. So I thought for £40 delivered I'll take a gamble. Had a 1 skinner this morning after an hour in the clouds I decided to get another Q. Definitely worth a punt in my opinion.

Apparently a little bit of fun branding, some home-made packs and my promo prices have pissed off a few vendors and caused quite a bit of a stir. Negativity and accusations have been spread on Reddit and here regarding my store/ products on day 1 of being open… before a single delivery had ever landed. There is absolutely no evidence to substantiate these claims, which are solely intended to discredit our products and reputation.

Well, my first few reviews are in and they are all fucking awesome. A big thank you to everyone who took a gamble on me as a new vendor, with a less ‘conventional’ product. I’m glad we didn’t disappoint, and that the reviews prove these baseless accusations wrong. No, the product isn’t shake, yes it is high quality, pre-ground flower. And yes it is great value. It’s all on promo.

To those who’s orders were cancelled yesterday and today, I apologies for the inconvenience. I decided to pause sales to new customers while I processed the events of monday night and threats made, we will 100% make up for it, should you return.

I was naive not to expect drama, but the show must go on. We’re braced for turbulence and our store is now reopen to everyone. I hope I am able to build trust in the community as a new seller - through a product, price point and service that's unique on this platform.

My reviews may get muddied, my topics may get shadow banned, but I will keep pushing to be seen. You are only ruining a good thing for everyone else.

Potpourri G-Packs will be off the menu for the foreseeable too unfortunately. They are a great, affordable way to sample my strains. But also a cheap ticket to leave a damaging review and further fuel the current brigading to ruin the Potpourri rep on on Reddit/ LB. We make them all ourselves, from branding the packs to folding the sheets and roaches, it was a labor of love and definitely not priced to be feasible long term or used for feeding wolves.

Will Potpourri survive? Who knows. Will I stick around for a bit, hell yeah.

Time will tell, but I urge you to trust in these reviews and give us a try yourself if at all curious! It’s really good bud, we just grind it for you.

I started to wonder what are the best qualities for a vendor to have. We all have our favourite vendors who we rely on and use on repeat. But what put them there into that top spot holding the gold medal? There's over a hundred vendors and over a thousand products at the time of writing this. What separates them?

I would likely drill it down to these main pillars of great vending from my own experiences. This is what I like vendors to exceed at.

- Great products
- Reasonable prices
- Good communication
- Fast delivery
- Thoughtful stealth
- Reliable service

I'll pick through these one at a time below.

- Great products -

All of these probably speak for themselves. But primarily we want to smoke, vape and eat great quality cannabis products. We don't want to be rolling up ditch weed in a bus ticket. I personally like vendors with relentless quality controls; Where the vendor name feels like a stamp of approval. So whatever I order there is very likely to be of good quality. This is number one on the list for a reason.

- Reasonable prices -

No one likes being rinsed for their coins. One of the key appeals of LB is the great value compared to buying from a local. While I'm sure we all appreciate that a bag of imported jungle boys is more costly than a bag of shake, feeling we are paying a fair price is definitely the winner.

- Good communication -

This is not as relevant when everything has gone perfectly. But eventually, if you order enough, something goes awry so good communication is a must for me.

I'm not looking for a new best mate but knowing we're in some way together in this until the deal is complete reassures me that you'll deliver. I have stopped using a couple of vendors who are unable to tick this box. I understand that vendors can't reply in 5 mins and that their shop is a business so they deserve their work-life balance as much as anyone. But timely replies to valid questions or issues are a must for me.

- Fast delivery -

"I've ordered some lovely looking bits - get them to me right now!" We're all excited when we order but need to apply an appropriate amount of patience and face the reality of logistics. I've had orders delivered inside of one day but generally you can't rely on that level of service particularly as RM is a piece of the puzzle.

However, what I do like to see is vendors routinely hitting the service level they state on their profile and getting orders sent out in decent time, particularly when you fluster your way through moving coins to hit their stated cut off points. I appreciate that I won't be rolling up five minutes after my payment clears but the faster and more reliable a vendors process is, the more likely they'll get repeat orders from me. The main vendors I order from have their order process completely dialled in. I also prefer tracked to signed deliveries as that requires less commitment on my part.

- Thoughtful stealth -

Here's an area where even some of the big vendors could do with improvement. I'm not going to detail anyone's stealth for the obvious reason. I guess ultimately it needs to hit a few key points. Professional / No smell / No touching / What if someone else opens it. The vendors concerned about all these are the ones I trust the most.

- Good service level / rating -

This really follows on from good communication. If a problem has occurred I don't just want a nice chat about it, I want a simple solution. There are vendors I've had problems with that both communicated well and solved the problem that I'd still happily use and recommend. Vendors ticking all these boxes should naturally attain a high rating.

- Community interaction -

It's good to see vendors interact with the LB community. I'm glad they're involved. Often they can shine a light on things us punters know little about and knowing they are here is reassuring for many of the reasons I've mentioned such as service and communication.

However this isn't as essential as the other elements to get me to order weed. If a vendor runs multiple channels and is super busy just by nature of being a great vendor then I'm cool with that. After all it's that volume of sales that give us the great pricing. Some of the core vendors I use don't interact huge amounts with the LB community and I'm fine with that so long as they tick my other boxes. Being quietly fast and reliable while not wanting to draw attention or whip up controversy are all positive traits considering the nature of the purchase we're all trying to make anyway.

They tick all my boxes on repeat and once delivered me an order about 18 hours after I paid for it.

The weed range and price is exactly what I'm after (with the exception of orange flavours) with some top bits and a bunch of bargains. Service is fast. If I have questions they're answered. I've not had a big problem to sort but I'm sure that GC would be all over it if I did. The GC logo is a quality stamp. Trust in the cartoon cat.

I've just ordered some more blue nerds there which is one of my favourite strains. Marked as sent already.

A quietly reliable vendor. I order most of my RSO, D9 and extracts here. I trust the Dr and they've proved reliable. I'm a fan of the crumble waxes too. Very good value and a superbly smooth and flavourful smoke in my dab pen. I've also had orders from here inside of 24 hours.

I quite fancy trying a cart from here when I next need one. Probably a live resin version.

I've used loads of other vendors of course and many of them have a tip top service too. I've detailed many before in other topics like the one linked and I still love you all and will be back to buy again in the future. Two recent stand out services though were:

The Hash Collective provided me a brilliant service recently over the Piatella order.

They held me a bit until payday for my birthday treat. They kept their word and so did I. There's very few online shops outside of this world that would do this usually I imagine. It was a great, if bloody expensive, transaction.

They also have really fancy special glass pots. Very posh and carefully selected. One of the best pots I've had on LB. Probably the second best pots in fact :-) What isn't second best though is the range of fancy hash products. Lots have a price tag that will make your eyes water long before any of the smoke hits them but they've got some real posh stuff going on that's worth exploring for a special treat or if you smoke like a gangsta.

The Good Stuff proved themselves a committed vendor to me as well recently.

They went the extra bit to rectify a small mistake that's not worth detailing as I wouldn't want this to be taken as a negative. Unless you've never made a single mistake then please never judge a vendor on their single mistake - judge them on what they do next. Their response showed they truly cared about their service level and reputation. They subsequently did precisely what they said they would to fix it. Top notch stuff. And while we'd all rather have no mistakes ever, knowing the vendor has your back is a powerful indicator of service and engagement with customers. I'll order there again. Not least as they've got a fantastic range of really nice hash at great prices including some very fancy looking static. The bargain mimosa I had previously was lovely and orangey.

Great Vendors:

Going the extra mile to satisfy customers requests or taking the time to fix orders shows a service level that barely exists outside of a platform like this. It elevates us and strengthens us as a community and makes me proud of my little part here in buying and smoking as much weed as I can to help everyone out.
