It is possible to link it,if you can find your order in your history I'm sure whilst on that page incognito then simply log in and I'm sure it links it.

Do you have the transaxe payment page in your history? You can link it to your account going through the greyed out box that says littlebiggy order

Yes bro I've just done it myself like a total numpty. I've asked the vendor to confirm it and they aren't replying so My mind isn't at ease yet

Happens to the best of us. One of the parcels out of the two have already been delivered me, that should put ur mind at ease a bit

Go to chats, initiate a new chat, in the To box once you type Tr then Transaxe support pops up, so click on that and you can message them. This happened to me a few months ago where it had hit 1 of 4 conformations but wasn't marked as paid on here, so I panicked. Contacted Transaxe Support. They took 2 or 3 days to get back to me to tell me that it was paid, which happened a few hours after I'd initially messaged them. Some weird system glitch that time, so hopefully this is the same for you.

update for those interested - payment has now been received on here as per usual. Transaxe said they had payment delays for May 26, but it all should be resolved now

This just happened to me as well. £235. Says the payment has been transferred but no confirmation on Littlebiggy. Hope this resolves

Me too - as of 26 May. Transaction went through just before 3pm but still showing as unpaid at 8pm. I've messaged support & the vendor. Fingers crossed it gets sorted soon :)
