If you go to chat, open a new chat and type refund borg in the recipient address bar you can send a message with all of the order or transaction details and explain the situation.
So i try and find refund borg for now is 3 days since,still no responce from seller and from borg to
I wouldn't expect a response at the weekend, also it seems they have quite a lot of refunds to deal with at the moment so it will probably take longer than usual. Hope it gets sorted out soon.

There are a number of alternatives out there but sadly for every real one theres a ton of fakesโฆ but once you find the right ones, lots of other doors start to open up.
Wish I could share with you but itโs a big no no on these types of places.

I used to struggle really bad with hang overs in the mornings but I found a hot shower, 1-2 rollies with a coffee does the trick.

Same thing happened to me. Orders are automatically canceled if they're not filled in 100 hours. I don't expect my refund until tomorrow (Monday), and I think yours may arrive by then too. Refund borg is probably pretty busy now with SayNo2Drugs being off so long.

If you ring the delivery office.u don't have to mention about a package delayed to your address..just ask them if there are any delays or backlogs at your office atm..if they say yes.explians the delay.if not? You can look at other reasons why it hasn't arrived ๐ ie in rare cases siezed..theft from a light fingered postie from a mail Centre. Or even not sent at all?

Yeah but i've been receiving all of my other 1st class letters and items over the last 3 months just fine with a 1-2 delay at maximum. It's only orders from the Dock that seem to be delayed, so no nail hitting any heads for this...Just doesn't add up/make sense.

Buddy i have been done over again - Ive been left high and dry for the weekend - i have asked PISTACH for the tracking and all I got was 'Ill sort it out later" dont know whether that means the tracking or the actual product itself. If he aint sent it yet I will be pissed and never use them again - I paid $11 for NDD - 3 days ago. I am fuming.
piss take bro, Dr E is great man I don't personally think it's him it could well be supply issues I really don't know, and prior to this occasion I've never had issue with receiving my package always 3 day average 2 with tracked which was my go to option, I'm hoping tracked comes back as its almost guaranteed and if lost you have paid the extra and your vendor has tracking, I'm hoping we get back to normal soon as he is my go to and I have never had problem with this vendor I trust him 100% and people are receiving there packages even if it is within 10 to 14 days I just hope in in future we get our usual 2 to 3 day shipping back because 2 weeks is just 2 long to be waiting when you use them for injury/illness recovery sleep etc have faith though guys we know orders are being received and just for reference I ordered 14th Friday was sent Monday and its Friday now so have been waiting 5 days thus far I'm not worried because reviews are stating 10 day 2 week waits so don't worry 2 much :)

As an update mine turned up today from PISTACH - tracking says it was sent a day after it was marked as sent - obviously no issues with that considering how busy this vendor is. Hopefully everyone else waiting from other vendors get theirs ASAP. :-)

Fair point i was just putting my 2 pence in because was mentioned by the OP as I wrote a thread recently about Royal mail being slow (NDD taking a few days). Having bought off the DM's for years I have been done dirty by Royal Mail on a few occasions - biggest loss being close to ยฃ3500 - never really recovered from it so I have massive chip with RM.

Thought I'd add my frustrations to the tally lol. Order 2 carts from DoctorExtracts on Monday 1st July royal mail 1st class its now the 8th and nothing received. The recent reviewers have received theirs after 16 and 9 days which means I'm in for a wait.

Hi guys, Iโm sorry about the slow deliveryโs recently we have been sending all the orders out within 24hours as usual, I donโt know why theyโre taking so long to arrive, Iโm trying to sort it though, we use quite a small post office itโs not in a city so that may be the issue, Iโll try get it resolved though. We always reship SND so you will always get your order, I would never want to scam anyone, but I understand itโs frustrating having to wait so long, I may add SND to the packs of 5 so it more available & your always welcome to SND custom orders:)

Just an update on the gummies(arrived next day after sending my details)something I never buy is edibles I prefer to smoke! But I shared these with 3 people who are all regular smokers with high tolerance and to cut a long story short we were all wasted! 10/10

I think a good 510 battery with low wattage capacity,temperature control and preheating is a big gap in the market in the UK atleast. I just went around to all my local vape shops look for a mod that vapes down to 5w and they all laughed and handed me one of those shitty stick batteries.

Ah that tombstone would be pretty cool if that whole inner chamber got warm. Think the issue is I need a lower V to preheat to avoid the coil burning as it essentially turns into solid shatter when sitting around. Will have a look at the vessel anyway thanks polly
With those shatter carts I roll the cart on the radiator a little, then bang it in my yocan uni, do two pre-heats then hit it. I must admit it's abit of a pain as I normally only have a few hits and then leave it for 30mins. By that time I have to repeat the whole process again.

Dude you fully feel my pain Iโm sitting here with the cart on the portable heater trying to get it warm then I sober up and realise I need to do it all again ๐ it is a real shame as when I do get the odd proper hit the resin tastes lovely, especially the lime. Mine are also separating a lot now which I donโt think can be due to the cart? I have some CCELL TH2 EVOs from Dr extracts which are almost empty and the coil seems good on them, Iโm going to transfer a cart to them and see if it makes any difference. They are a lot cheaper than other carts on here.

The separation is just because its thick, i have seen it in other 100% LR carts. Use a hair dryer to get everything back together again.

Hey redeye I transferred it into a used TH2 evo from Dr E and itโs soooo much better, considering the coil has already been through a ml on this, I reckon itโs defo the carts that are the main issue, these evos are really good
Heated it up with a fan heater until it was runny and then literally decanted from cart to cart lol. You canโt get the last bit out around the coil and you lose abit on your hand but much more smokable and you can actually enjoy it. I would imagine if you had a syringe with a very thick hole needle it would be a lot easier

I just got really bad lungs and wheezing, and coughing, and it was deffo what I was vaping causing it. So to be fair I think it was just bad liquid, not the device. But don't want to go through that again, so back to Dr Extracts who's stuff has always been good, but also just want to cover all my bases and see what other people are doing so I know I'm not doing something wrong.

They were D9 Distillate 510 Threaded 1ml Cartridges from another seller on here, I got a bit carried away because they came so quickly compared to Dr Extracts. But whenever I used them it really got me wheezing and bringing up phlegm. Maybe I was on the wrong heat or something? Hence why I'm asking about what people use? Or maybe it was just bad shit?
I did have a Honeybee 2.0, but it stopped working and did nothing when I was dropping the cartridges in, so I went back to the generic pen shaped amazon one I have always used....

To some extent a battery is a battery but letโs all be honest- carts are full strength lung busters!
I see two ways around this- you need low heat. Go for a variable temp battery that goes as low as 2.4v. (Vessel Compass)
Try a twin cart where you can add a CBD cart. This is super smooth and full spectrum goodness! (Tombstone).

Nice one๐โฆ..you can put some great combos together. Iโve currently got a Mimosa cart from Canadian Imports (surprise huh? ๐๐) twinned with a Citrus Bomb from Paso (60% CBD + CBN + CBG ++). If thatโs not full spectrum power I donโt know what is! Great when out and about but the biggest thing for me is- no cough! ๐คฉ

Hi guys weโve got 3 new flavours of 100% live resin carts, Larry OG, Runtz & Gorilla dawg, they should all be really nice, they contain a mix of live resin crystals and high terpene full spectrum extract (htfse). Htfse should give the most natural flavour and smoothest possible draw in a cannabis cartridge. The htfse cost us a lot of money and was very hard to acquire as it is very rare even in America so I should be charging a lot for these, but Iโve decided to price them at 49.50 usd each so everyone can afford to try them, I hope everyone enjoys:)

Blue cheese is lovely, nice flavour with a buzzy high that brings me down nicely into the couch, lots of vapour too! I've tried carts from Terpy and Dr Extracts and find that both make me cough, maybe not straight away but within an hour or so, I gey a really tickly cough. Any ideas how to reduce/stop it? Is it just a case of lowering the voltage to find a happy medium? I'm currently running my vape at around 2.7v.

2.7 is my setting too....I used to cough so much vaping I was going to give up...little drags into mouth...remove vape and inhale...no clouds.....a little often is better than the coughing....I have Dr Terpy peach dream mashed af atm amazing product and amazing vendor

Where they distillate or 100% live resin from Dr Extracts? I find the distillate always make me cough, not the live resin ones though confused ๐
Good vape carts shouldn't make you cough. This is usually due to artificial terpenes or PEG / PG.
Properly mixed and cured carts of any distillate:liveresin ratio should be smooth.
100% RAW distillate carts are very smooth as are 100% Resin (if cured)
Of course, over-do-it and you'll recognize a familiar hash-like / volcano like cough.

Most carts make me cough and I don't like it a bit. Low temperatures are one solution, I go right down to 2.4v in a Vessel Compass battery. Dazzler's inhaling method does help a bit but for me the 100% solution has been to pair up with a CBD cart in a Tombstone battery. Makes for a gloriously smooth full spectrum experience. Lovely....
The doctor extract premium carts from live resin and the terpene sauce is unbelievably smooth and hits super hard, they are much smoother than just the distillate one or the 50/50.

I think cart vapour is a lot less pungent than dry herb. I use them out and about and in pub gardens and never had them outed against all the nicotine vapers. Just be aware that live resin hits hard and The Cough is a very possible feature ๐ค

Yes should be difference there,Sativa is more uplifting and clear buzz,Indica dominant think is more relax,but flavor it's about terpenes in my opinion ๐๐๐๐๐

Depends whether you fancy the short sharp smack of the distillate or the more rounded and nuanced live resin. Personally I like both.
