Raise it with the vendor in the first instance, if he has shipped product he paid for and it has been delivered, he is not at fault.
Mine was delivered promptly and perfectly... 10 doors up the street.
Have a look at local postboxes if you can discern where exactly it is, then give a knock and an ask.
It took me about 20 minutes to work out where it was, but as the vendor didn't reply for around 4-5 days, it was delivered in 24 hours and I was unaware of the post box.
I am hoping to have it handed to me by the resident of wrong address when I get a chance to go up.
Very much an unfortunate situation, but whether you put your address in absolutely wrong or absolutely perfectly - as long as it was delivered to where the vendor was asked to, it is not the vendor's fault.
Either the courier is at fault, or 1% potentially yourself if you in fact input the wrong address.
TLDR: Speak to vendor, not his fault, but he could contact courier.
Work out post box, speak to address it was delivered.
