I purchased 1/2 Oz of Hash from them abd I've had absolutely no reply from them at all,
I feel like I'm being ignored, I'm reading about a problem with postage and to email them BUT I've emailed them 4 times asking where my item is and why it's taking so long,
You should be contacting your customers NOT waiting for the Customer to contact you to ask where there order is

Most sellers push out crap. Green Cat pushes out 10/10 every time. His backlog of messages and orders must be crazy. Through experience, once your order is placed with Green Cat it is safe, completely safe! His reviews show he doesn't always respond but they ALWAYS land. If there's an issue he will get back to you.
Tips for shopping with Green Cat:
1. Order ahead of time
2. Expect no comms but 10/10 products that WILL land
3. Give him some space
He provides a consistent service, been using him for over 2 years now. If you can get over 1, 2 & 3 then stick with him. He needs commending for the service he provides.

Green cat is a legend. Some of the best bud on here but not one Iโd order from in a rush. The cat works on his own time and I got time for that.
His 24hour service is the shonkiest out there but man the bud is worth the wait ๐

The funds are in transaxe escrow it is basically a middle man account. The vendor has issued the refund so youโd need to contact refund borg with the details and your BTC legacy address and theyโll ping you it back

The link you can click above is for the refund Borg. Send them a chat with the order number. Theyโll ask for your BTC address to refund. There are 2 usually. One in standard format and the older legacy format. You need a crypto wallet of your own to receive the funds back. Iโm presuming you have one but if not I use exodus. On exodus when you click receive to get your QR code/BTC address you have to click across to the second one to the right for the legacy address

For all worried as was i check most recent review, added a pic of the biggest nug that i received and gave honest opinions with price in mind.
Apparently can't add pics but it looks a bit shabby, smokes pretty clean and does get you stoned, for $100 there really can't be any complaints
I would also be interested in just trying 3.5g even if it is more expensive for being smaller amount.

Bought some edibles, seller said he forgot to put the code on the parcel and asked for my address and details again, payed for tracked 24 has been a week and havent recieved any parcels and no comms from seller. Second order on LB first one went so smoothly and i got it next day and now this. If i dispute how will the refund be processed as i dont think i put a refund address when i payed the bitcoin from simpleswap.

I'm in the same boat with fasttrack, will give you a date you can dispute on your order. From then a dispute button normally appears.
Iโve been there 3 times in a year or so. Took 9 days but all was sorted by refund Borgs.

So if we don't recieve the product, we can get a refund? How does the refund borg know if the package was sent? I just ordered something earlier today, seller said it was sent but have not provided a tracking number. Have requested it 3 times and now there is radio silence. Getting worried ๐
ive not had this problem but if i can advise try to resolve with the seller if its difficult and you dispute it will be marked on you account so its worth baring in mind. LB is a great system there is usually a resolution to be had the fund recovery system must imo be treated as a last resort. im sure there are some mediums where it can be resolved if not let me know im pretty level headed!

So iv just placed an order and iv gone through the payment itโs says it all paid but it is then showing unpaid I click pay to pay again and comes up paid. I then click on public block chain says all confirmed. What do I do because money has left my account says paid but the seller has said itโs shows unpaid. Can anyone help me please ๐

Shopped around a bit after christmas and so happy I tried LV again, can just smell the trim and be good for hours lol, Amazing service
Agreed my last batch of trim was packed full of buds and the trim was lovely and fresh, top vendor is LV!
At 9.4 out of 10 and a stack of disputes and complaining I would say they are not a top vendor by any means
I agree I for one was one of those unlucky customers he didn't care about when your 14 g order never arrived. Shocking vendor stay clear!
But then there are other vendors selling literally fake hash and getting 10/10 scores for it . Can't trust the reviews on here . LV is my top vendor by far . Quality , deliver time , and price are all on point .
Pity you didn't appreciate the rest of your customers you bumped and ignored who never got there orders shocking vendor when there is a issue with a order I still have 4 unread messages I sent you!
Royal mails fault, not LV on my parcel. Parcel was delivered to the entirely wrong street, and cant really tell royal fail they delivered green to the wrong house.

You can literally see how itโs been rolled into balls, Iโve had hash off you before and it comes the way you cut it in your OG video.
Given that it would be good if their was a way to dispute damaging incorrect reviews to the Borgs I donโt know whether thatโs already an option but given the rest of the review and the videos uploaded, thereโs definitely a case for it!

Same with your concentrates etc.
In fact my nice mouldable hash from Gassed is like a little bullet this morning. ๐

I don't why they would mis-represent, but having bought this hash several times and having just placed an order for a bar, I can confirm its consistency is as SOTL has posted. I keep mine in the fridge so it does come out a little harder, but a little hand warmth and I can use it without needing flame. It's not the supersoft 'crumble when you look at it' of some strains, as its retained some oil, but its a long way from being 'hard'.
In terms of strength its stronger than, for example the 'pillon' or the 'la mouse' hashes that are popular on biggie - and I say that with no disrespect to them as they are good hashes, but this hits a little harder and has more 'rush' coming up. Worth a little extra to me.
In terms of the video received from the complainer, how did they become 'balls'? SOTL does not send hash like that and if its supposed to be that hard, how was it rolled into them balls? The hash certainly looks lovely & soft in the SoTL video but itโs also fair to say in the short clip with the knife the hash looks harder.
Giving it a 1/10 review seems very childish though unless itโs the worse hash ever & unsmokeable etc

Hi, I'm currently having an issue with coinbase. I'm pretty sure it's for everyone as my friends account is locked,
I've been trying to buy an item for 3 days but coinbase kept on chucking. Strange error messages about me. I then managed yesterday to purchase my item but I was charged 27 lb and the item was only 57 lb.
So that's literally 100% in fees!!!!!,!

I purchased some shake from JUST WEED, It arrived in good time BUT when I opened it there was just trim, not 1 nugget, literally not one, it's was all crispy and crumbly from the fan leaves, even though he promises a good amount of buds in his listing, I wasn't expecting hundreds but not one isn't really good value๐

You should probs explain the issue and name the vendor so that we donโt all scammed by themโฆ.ir might be others have had bad dealings - or good - with them. Let us, the community know whatโs happened.
Didn't mean to sound rude. It's a pain having to wait by the door everyday and getting dragged through the mud. This is a great platform, potentially could remove pitfalls of the street. Maybe there should be point scoring to help the people running. There's probably too much pressure on them.
Seconding Bilbo11, you canโt do that. But if the seller gets enough disputes then I think the account gets flagged as fraud suspected, so if this is the case then it might take a little while (not sure what the dispute % threshold is for that - somebody more knowledgable than me will know). If you (or anyone else potentially affected) donโt receive your order after ~9days, you can hit the dispute button when it appears.

Hello man, it's not good news. Pain, sleep, sicknes and stress are the main uses really for Cancer treatment. The Rick Simpson thing was direct contact with the tumour. Any kind of full spectrum oil will help with the above. I am not sure on her age? There are multiple options though. Eddy's edibles does some wellness oil, I think $6 per syringe with 50ml THC, it might be a good starting point. I am sure if you DM him he will be able to help you.

What exactly are you asking for . Does she want something to treat the pain . Something to help her sleep or do u expect something that might cure her . There are options but nothing is 100 percent gonna cure her . Just maybee . Look up rick simpson oil for cancer treatment on google for info about that .can be expencive tho 60gms at 30 to 40 quid a gram

I ordered half an ounce of hash on the 8th of the month. Fair enough, the item arrived the next day, but only half arrived

Only 7g arrived, I got straight on to the messages. Sent him a message and he replied to say he's getting it out straight away. This was last week,
So it seems the way to deal with it is to ignore me, not very good service at all,

Hi,
I'm a long term lb user and I've never had an issue in all of my time here,
Until
I order 2oz of shake from a well known seller on the 23,TD Feb, I paid for 24hr delivery, after 4 days nothing arrived, I contacted the seller, the post was to blame and he "can't do anything about it" as it's out of his hands,
He finally agreed to resend the shake after 7 days, I also ordered some hash from them on Thursday night paying for next day,
Now you'd think that after such a poor show on my original order and then ordering more that they'd send it Guaranteed Saturday, I checked the tracking number he gave me and he didn't even post it until 16.40pm on Friday,
Why, why wait so long, all they keep doing is blaming the post, how can two items go missing? ,
I'm sick to death with the seller, I'm just being fobbed of, I've paid nearly $200 for nothing,
Don't forget the first order was supposedly sent on Feb 23rd it's now March 2nd,
What can I do, can I make any sort of dispute, I'm fed up of getting told it's the Royal Mails fault, if he'd have used the proper service then it would have been ok so it's the sellers fault not the post

The dispute option should be on your order page. Once you dispute there will be an opportunity out for you and the vendor to sort this out. If that canโt be done then a decision will be made based on reputation and a settlement will be reached.
Even if the vendor has said theyโve sent again make sure you still dispute. Itโs easy to cancel if the goods arrive. Good luck, sorry you had a bad experience. Happy to recommend some more reliable vendors if you like.
