I think with coinbase it's best to transfer to an external wallet before buying. There's been a couple of threads like this and a common thread seems to be sending to LB directly from coinbase.

I use Bitpanda alongside coinbase. I find the fees are kinder on Bitpanda but the processes take a bit longer than coinbase. You'll need photo ID to sign up though, but I assume you needed that when you signed up to coinbase?

Think its fairly reasonable for sellers to have cut off times as to allow orders to be finalised so sellers can get the packages out on time.

As for NDD unless seller is outside of your geography, or your item is a special import First class standard is normally only a day anyway, so i've personally never bothered with the extra cost.

I'm not exactly in an obscure location, but all my first class takes a minimum of 2 days, mostly 3-4 days, and quite often my tracked 24's take 2 days!

this is why 80% or more of my orders are with special delivery / NDD and thats on more than 300 orders, RM making a mint off of me lol

Pistach has got every package to me within a day on every order so far and ive just used the free option. Its clearly dependent on the post service and routes rather than sellers it seems.

Hey, from our point of view we send everything (except our introduction offer) ND Special delivery - its insured and its guaranteed for next day before 1pm. It protects the buyer and us and gives us all piece of mind.

We have a cut off at 11am , just as some others LB's commented, to give us time to prepare and send out otherwise we would be forever getting packages ready and trying to get down the post office!

After the whole Royal Mail strike palava we decided to make everything special delivery - that was everyone gets their orders 99.9% on the time next day and no problemo!

Totally agree. I have had 3 dodgy batches from LB and the last one I received was the last straw for me. I paid top whack for some stuff that looked like it was very old when I got it. Just a grassy smell, no flavour and no stoned effect. Just before xmas. Pissed me off so much.
Also the descriptions and all the 10/10s make you think it must be amazing.
They know exactly what they send out. Name and shame if they do it.

I've often been put off posting pics because most reviews don't have them. Don't know why, just paranoid I'm taking up too much space or something! I know daft innit? I think it is a great idea, especially to prove a bad batch. If I see a product with a glut of 10/10's and then someone posts a "shit" comment, I don't automatically believe unless I see proof in a picture (a bit hard to do if it is about taste/high, etc admittedly!) but pictures can be better than words sometimes. :)

I was indeed one of the affected customers and I can confirm that my order placed on 28 Nov did land on 22/12. House sitter signed for it and I found it when I returned home a few days ago.

Strainsburys had given me a full refund at the time and I just couldn't stay silent and keep both refund and items as they did their job and the whole debacle had nothing to do with them (although I still don't understand why their runner was detained!).

I can't refund in one go (sorry times are tight) but if you setup a tip on your page, I'd be happy to reimburse you bits by bits, a la Klarna.

I've since ordered twice from Strainsburys. He's one of the rare vendors who actually sends NDD (best to be home to sign for it) and his weed is really good. I tend to go for the cheaper one (Guava or Mints) but they don't taste cheap at all, proper top shelf!

I believe this guy totally that its all carriers that take the piss. I admit I get worried when I don't see my package arrive and I admit to been bit of a pest but I never call my vendors a liar. As you can't pin that on them as you know in back of your head it's all the carriers and royal mail taking the liberty. These vendors have to keep safe in there own way and I believe they do everything to try make us happy and do everything in their power to make sure we receive. Bless all

Not wanting to raise hate for no reason but I've messaged you 6 times. Still unopened and I threw about 16g of weed away, wasn't wanting a reship but acknowledgement is nice. Not sure you can ask for an apology/money back when your clearly ignoring customers(and I've used you multiple times) had messages off other customers asking as they have same issue and no response from you to them either.
