Don’t let it affect your opinion on the site mate, been using LB for years and never had an issue like this before. Shit happens and problems are inevitable to happen I think its more the lack of communication side of things people are more annoyed about. I think its just a waiting game now as I have seen people say that their payment has gone through. Just be patient mate as other people have said transaxe have said its sorted on their end I think its just a matter of it all catching up.

If it was an address provided by transaxe, basically a transaxe address then you may be in luck, even if it was from an old order, or any order as long as it's a transaxe adress.

All funds go to transaxe but they generate a new wallet address for every order. Contact them but via Chat at the top of this page. They will be able to see your order history from your user name but if you can include the address that will help too.

My app it shows at top of the list instead it’s went to the bottom this time … both top and bottom are the same seller but I just add a number to remind me which order was linked to that address … I’ve looked at the top address instead of bottom and panicked 😅🙄 technology the hash collectives Wilson zero hash and me don’t mix very well 😂. Seems to be taking longer than normal for it to show received on the order page I assume the blockchain is busy 🤷🏻‍♂️. Thanks bbdoom and polly for your quick responses and apologies for my idiocy🫣.

I usually delete all older addresses and could be a costly mistake if transaxe can’t trace payment 🤦🏻‍♂️. Was a large order I had placed for about 900🤮.

OK once you find which transaxe address you sent payment to, write a quick pm to them explaining that when making an order you've gone and made a payment to an address from a previous order by mistake.

Don't worry mate, you've already done what you need to. Transaxe sometimes take a few days to respond but as long as you provided them with the information they need - the wallet address you sent to, Order ID etc. you'll get your payment back.

You’re lucky, the same thing happened to me on 15th Jan, ‘no payment detected’ and then ‘order expired’. The money did leave my account though. The only reply I got from transaxe was that the address I sent to ‘was not in our system’ which is weird because I generated the payment address FROM THE TRANSAXE QR CODE like I do every time. Over 25 orders on my account, done it the same way every time. Bullshit support, rethinking where I put my business now.

Log in to the site, find the unique order page in your browser history, visiting the order page from there should tie it to your now logged-in account.

As Rofl said. Just to add, your order will have gone through and you should receive your order providing you paid in full. The only problem you will encounter is the ability to dispute should you not link your order to your account.

For anyone that has the same issue, it took around a week for Transaxe to fix and they will request your btc wallet. Remember that some wallets give you a new receiving address so make sure you send the original address you used.

We have too. I've experienced this once before, in the last bull run, when fees were crazy at the 200s sat/byte area. Maybe its the same issue. A couple have bounced back, to be fair they were at 43. Mempool space will show the current fee rates. Last I looked they were in the 100s. I hope this is the case anyway.

If you don’t have the order number or anything then send your btc address or transaction i.d to Transaxe support and they help locate your order

Is it not about time now that this site uses LTC along with BTC. With biggers requesting other coins for a good year at-least now.

Seeing as even the vendors are struggling to get the payments even after 16 days because the default low fees are below the amount needed for confirmations currently! I’m seeing vendors who have temporarily closed until it’s landed. So they should!!

It’s costing near $30 on every transaction just at standard speed. It must massively be affecting business here. I can’t imagine many users will be willing to add so much on top especially when purchasing small amounts

New seller here. I am trying to add a token to my LB account. When I click on Get Token and try to login to Transaxe it says Username not Found. I am able to login to Transaxe from their homepage. Any help with this would be appreciated.

I'm trying to pay for an order which comes to about 0.01BTC. Bitpanda says the minimum transaction value is 0.00057 (i.e. a lot bloody less!) but it repeatedly says the transaction amount is too low. This keeps happening and means I'm having to shell out more £ than I want to each time. Any ideas? The useless 'help' feature just repeats the same minimum value and gives no other clues. Anybody got any ideas?

Hi guys. I placed an order on Sunday which eventually expired. I contacted transaxe on here, but by the time they got back to me the payment had eventually gone this morning and the order is now processing. I'm not sure if this is always the case, I assumed it would have been paid back to my BTC account. Main thing is, I don't have to reorder. There is a massive back log at the minute, so you may just need to wait it out or see what transaxe say.

Posting this for anyone who's debating using this place or for anyone who's experiencing any payment issues they need support with.

So last week amidst all the chaos I made a cockup with my Transaxe payment (which I am sure most of you will have noticed me flapping) and was asking for help. Despite all the network chaos that went on I can confirm I have had the money clear back 24 hours after having it confirmed as sorted and the process took a week in total.

I can understand frustrations from both sides but having had the experience of it now just goes to show how reliable this place is.

I just wanted to say thanks to Transaxe and everyone who has given me advice and support about this, I guess you don't learn if you don't have the experience but having done so it confirms this is the number 1 source to buy your product anywhere if you're just a consumer like myself

That's good to hear! I had a similar issue where the transaction expired but to my surprise this morning, the payment has now gone through to the seller, so order on the way soon! I'd assumed I'd just get it refunded eventually and have to reorder, so all is good!

No, it wasn't a dispute mate. I must've opened an old browser and sent my payment to the wrong Transaxe.

My surprise at the non response from the vendor was because I'd left a message (prior to knowing what had happened) to see if it had updated his end and that I'd sent payment. Absolutely no ill wishes towards them (hence why I haven't named) I'm just a bit surprised I never got a single response.

Two transaxe token in LB account?

I have two transaxe token numbers showing in my LB settings under sharing showing as active. One of these numbers matches what I see in transaxe.com, but I don't know where the other one is linked too.

Is this linked to a different transaxe account that I may have set up accidentally or something? I'm not 100% how this actually hangs together.

Any advice would be appreciated.

There has been a significant increase in bitcoin usage due to the introduction of ordinals, a new data inscription method that works like NFTs. Interestingly, memecoins, which are mainly on Ethereum, have also contributed to the increased usage of bitcoin. It's possible that many individuals are rushing to free up their bitcoin to invest in Ethereum-based coins.

Be aware that converting bitcoin to monero is currently not recommended due to high fees, which can be as high as 40% of your transaction.

In the short term, LB are taking the hit on sellers receiving fees from escrow and to cushion the effect of increased fees. This is a smart move by LB, and many, including me, appreciate the gesture and efforts made to ensure the ship runs as smoothly as possible in this storm.

In the long term, we need to embrace monero, as it's designed for anonymous purchasing and has low transaction fees. Unlike bitcoin, it's less likely to experience fee spikes and won't likely get used for NFTs.

We express our appreciation and respect for the LB team and all LB members feeling the pain right now.

Just a quick one I have made an honest mistake and set up an order on the 11th of the month and transax gave me a bitcoin address on that date to send my funds too. The issue is I didn’t actually have the funds ready until the 15th so I proceeded to send my funds to the same address I was given 4 days earlier thinking this would complete the order like it always has in the past. But my wallet has confirmed that the funds have successfully left my account and been credited to said wallet and the order isn’t updating do you think transax will be able to recover my funds like they did yours??

I made a similar mistake - sent funds to the wrong BTC address somehow - I only use LB for crypto so when I spoke to Transaxe on here I told them it must be an account linked to LB (must have got the wrong address from an old open browser or screenshot)
Anyway, it took about three weeks and I did get my money back - in Bitcoin.
Took me a few days to sort out a wallet - ended up using Blockchain, which allowed me a wallet address (Transaxe will only send to certain types of addresses)
I now use it for all my orders one here!

(Word of warning - when you first buy BTC from Blockchain, you have to wait 3 days to use it - bit of a pain, but I’m getting a lot less issues with my bank blocking Bitcoin purchases with Blockchain than I was through Bittylicious and Switchere.)

Persevere with Transaxe - they sometimes don’t log in for 2-3 days so it is a long and frustrating process.

+1 for the idea of a forum. Unfortunately I think there is a rule whereby you are not allowed to link to other websites here, but there should definitely be a back-up plan and a back-up plan for that backup plan.

I was on holiday looking at the menus ready to place an order when I returned, got back and the site was down?, gutted, left a message on fb and happy to get a swift reply, but was not sure lb would return, the sigh of relief when it was back, I cannot explain, not being a youngster anymore would make it tricky to get the type of items you see on here.
