They don't give updates. They just do the detective work and get the bitcoins where they're supposed to go. If there are a lot of cases to go through like there is right now, it takes a lot of time. You may even have to resend the information if it takes them too long to get to your case, but eventually they take care of everyone in the order that they received the messages.

Yeah, so you can ignore it there and not get called out. Keep your posts public people. transaxe support is utter bs.

It's longer than you think it should be. I've had to sort out orders that I made while not logged in, and they always get it done. As long as you get the information to them WHILE YOU'RE LOGGED IN, they'll get back to you.

But my wallet has all the info from the transaction payment sent. Address, amount, time, etc.

Yeah they can mate, give them a message.

If it was an address provided by transaxe, basically a transaxe address then you may be in luck, even if it was from an old order, or any order as long as it's a transaxe adress.

OK once you find which transaxe address you sent payment to, write a quick pm to them explaining that when making an order you've gone and made a payment to an address from a previous order by mistake.

All funds go to transaxe but they generate a new wallet address for every order. Contact them but via Chat at the top of this page. They will be able to see your order history from your user name but if you can include the address that will help too.

Bit embarrassing here guys 🙄😅. Usually wen I add a new address to
My app it shows at top of the list instead it’s went to the bottom this time … both top and bottom are the same seller but I just add a number to remind me which order was linked to that address … I’ve looked at the top address instead of bottom and panicked 😅🙄 technology the hash collectives Wilson zero hash and me don’t mix very well 😂. Seems to be taking longer than normal for it to show received on the order page I assume the blockchain is busy 🤷🏻‍♂️. Thanks bbdoom and polly for your quick responses and apologies for my idiocy🫣.

Easily done mate. My exchange always defaults to my last address so if I just clicked on it without physically going to add new address I’d literally do it every single time! 😵‍💫

I usually delete all older addresses and could be a costly mistake if transaxe can’t trace payment 🤦🏻‍♂️. Was a large order I had placed for about 900🤮.

Log in to the site, find the unique order page in your browser history, visiting the order page from there should tie it to your now logged-in account.

As Rofl said. Just to add, your order will have gone through and you should receive your order providing you paid in full. The only problem you will encounter is the ability to dispute should you not link your order to your account.

For anyone that has the same issue, it took around a week for Transaxe to fix and they will request your btc wallet. Remember that some wallets give you a new receiving address so make sure you send the original address you used.

Have you got the order number?

You can use the order number to link the anonymous order to your account.

If you don’t have the order number or anything then send your btc address or transaction i.d to Transaxe support and they help locate your order

If u can track your web history to the transaxe page where u copied the bitcoin address to send to click on the little biggy order number what should take u to the order on the site and log in it should put the order to the log in I've forgot to log in twice and this worked for me

Scroll up and open a chat with Transaxe Support, explain that you overpaid.

Give them the order ID, Bitcoin address you sent to and a Bitcoin address where they can send the overpaid coins back to you.

They will send you the extra coin back, others have had this issue resolved previously.

100% agreed litecoin or even better monero is needed but we most definitely need an alternative to bitcoin. It's not going to get much better with what's coming over the next few years too

Yes 16 days my friend, but we have some that are still pending after 28days because of the Blockchain issues and low transfer fees set by Transaxe

I just copied and pasted the token from my Transaxe account into the payment processor box on LB settings. Seems to work...my item is now for sale. 👌

Had this issue on another app and it was due to the high network fees, might have to add more btc to cover it and it should let the payment go through.

I always get this on bitpanda, too! Just keep refreshing and restarting until it stops.

Use the app, Copy & paste the exact transanction amount from transaxe to bitpanda.

Are you accounting for transaction fees?

Yep, it's not saying I don't have enough funds to pay, it just keeps saying the transaction is too low value.

I got that once or twice myself in last few months.Basically tried override it by logging out and logging back in and it eventually worked(sometimes had to do this a few times)

I experience the same with bitpanda - i usually just wait a few minutes and then refresh a few times - does the biz - so don’t panic and add more funds x

If you message Transaxe with the order details they should be able to sort it all out for you when they're online :)
