I'm really happy your long time customers know you and trust you, they should!

A question for you....
how do you expect any of us short time customers to become long time customers when you don't look after the short time customers (awful Comms, I have no idea why I paid for next day delivery).

I commend you for being honest, but you're not selling honesty. Your product is great but your service is atrocious and honestly speaking I'm sure most people here would agree, if we knew this how we would be treated we would skip this shop. I won't review 1/10 to give you a chance to sort this out asap and regain my trust but so far the service received is that bad, that any merits the product has, gets completely wiped out by the service.

Wonka sort this nonsense out!

Your kinda rolling out the same narrative to everyone asking where there order is…I’m one of your ‘long time customers’ ordered 8th Dec…wait 3 days min for a response to a message then get a basic ‘sorry, I’ll reship’ I’m still waiting. I’m ready to move on my guy, plenty of vendors to choose from

You’re not the only one think there’s multiple people being taken for a mug. Every other vendor that I’ve bought from provides tracking without a problem except Wonka. It’s like he doesn’t want people to buy it it’s crazy! I’ve had enough

This site acts as escrow so when you place an order the wallet shown is a Transaxe wallet on behalf of Littlebiggy. Your never sending the vendor funds directly, your sending to a Transaxe controlled wallet to hold while the package arrives, just clearing that up.

If you’ve sent BTC to the wrong address, unfortunately you will not get that money back

if its a transaxe address you will.
