Are you on about the 1/10 on mint Milano?

If so it looks Like an error in the rating score, as they have left a good review.

So makes no sense why they would then leave a 1 out of 10 rating after leaving a good review.

The score box and review box are separate and maybe he thought he had put 10 in the score box,

but forgot or didn't press the 0 button properly hence why your left with just a 1.

Just my thoughts, I could be wrong.

But it seems more likely mistake in my opinion, else you would have had a bad review aswell as score.

Hey Family,

Recently our customer has left 1/10 review on our Zoor vapes. The thing is LiveResin and we rather had messages saying this is so potent that they loved how long it lasts. Now that we received first review customer stating it dont get him high, we wanted to make things right and have quick convo .

Do you usually smoke Indica or Sativa - if you do not know the difference we can just identify it by asking whats the usual flower you smoke that gets you high . It is important to understand the differences in high between Sativa and Indica gives . One is uppers and other is downers . We have had few people going for Sativa and messaging us to say, if its supposed be uplifting high and that they wanted to go sleep and be munged out and so on…

ZOOR Vapes has a leaflet inside with clear instructions on how to use the device’s hear preheat or volt settings.

Please customers, if you did feel at any point product is not perfoming as it should or just like this customer who did not get high , please please contact us as we would go through the issue with u to make things right , rather than having to leave the 1/10 review which in long run can affect our overall score .

We want every customer who spent with us to walk away with a smile !

Ganja has some lovely crumble in,

he sent me a 1g sample freebie in exchange for a fair and honest review.

What can I say? Damn this stuff blows your head off, terps on it are amazing.

From the opening of the jar you get a sweetness from the crumble, which is amplified when consumed on peak temp through my puffco.

As far as crumbles go I’d have to give this a solid 10/10

Great comms with the seller too which is always a bonus when it comes to vendors, my tracking was also provided same day as dispatch which I find to be a nice touch
