Hi, I'm Capital Steez, and we're a team working USA.We work directly with licenced farms and extract labs here in California, which enables us to provide a broad range of products with discreet international shipping for our growing customer base here at lb.

We are able to fulfill most orders from the most basic upwards, however we have limits as to what we are able to ship in one order, whilst still navigating our way safely past customs.

We ship anywhere in the world and have successfully bypassed some of the world's leading customs teams, not just the UK and ROI.
We provide tracking for all orders once they are processed and shipped, but due to our stealth / logistics and packaging process, this can sometimes take a few days to complete. So please bear with us.
We have an average landing time of 8-10 days door to door, USA to the UK as you can see from our growing feedback.
In the rare occassion that your order goes missing in transit, we offer 100% reship or refund policy outlined in more detail in each listing. Please take the time to read the ts&cs in the listing,

Orders are considered seized/lost/stolen 21 days after dispatch date.

Dear Biggas,
We have been completely blanked by admins for over 3 months regarding visibility.
Our business model and pricing is based on high volume orders which we aren’t achieving only because of zero visibility.
The only response we have from cleanup Borg is that we have too many disputes. This is a completely ridiculous and ignorant statement, when you take into consideration that we are an international vendor.
We are actively encouraging our customers to hit the dispute button until they receive their order or refund or reship.
Would they prefer us to tell customers to not hit dispute and add more paranoia to the process?
We have already resolved all disputes as everyone received their reships and refunds.
Our only 1 dispute on our record is from customer ‘patric’ which was actually our smallest order to date, the customer is an abuser of the dispute system. They received their order of 1OZ Blueberries & Cream for $125+$50 shipping, they then made a complaint 7 days later about the quality. Their history shows regular abuse of pretending they’ve received something unsmokable to add weight to their dispute.
The admin actually encourage these chancers and scammers by settling the dispute in their favor (despite us already offering $50 refund or $75 store credit to the customer) which they completely blanked and let the dispute run its course and ultimately won all their money back.
Our current only open dispute is from another user whose order hasn’t moved on the tracking for 2 weeks so we encouraged them to dispute and their reship is going out this Monday or Tuesday.
This is not going to work if the admins continue to blank us for months on end, when we have tens of thousands in escrow and potentially hundreds of thousands in escrow in the future.
How are we supposed to trust the platform?
If we aren’t welcome here due to the obvious bias and snide remarks from users who have never ordered with us, we can be told this in plain English by admins and we will take our efforts, generosity, low prices and high landrate elsewhere.
We have shown willingness to change or amend our policies and even put forward the suggestion ourselves for our escrow to set to 30 days minimum to allow enough time with our current policies, so that seized or lost orders have enough time to be reshipped and land.
We are tired of being blanked for over 3 months, it is completely uncalled for and unfair.
The winners for the $2500 giveaway are as follows, however we will not be sending any prizes until admins have an actual discussion with us.

I completely agree, and disagree. Biggas welcome you here from what I can see, other vendors are more than likely just jealous. As for the admins? They're quiet shadows, never seem to interact. The whole dispute thing is a fucking joke though, its definitely abused and should definitely be changed.

I don't care about the prize. If this guy is gone, so am I. Not that I'm the biggest spender around here but I've put in my fair share. I've tried to contribute to positive changes around here before and to no avail, as have countless others.

Absolute joke this guy is 100 percent to be trusted I've had loads of packages off him I've been a member for years and years and have loads of buys etc. one out of about 7 parcels didn't arrive I didn't dnt dispute it and hey presto he sent my reship which is on the way now .100 trust rating given

It’s getting pretty tiresome having to repeat myself to people, very clearly taking my kindness for weakness and trying to abuse the system.
Even if it is your 10th order with us and the 9 previous ones had no issues you must still record every order.
I will be ignoring all complaints that do not come with the accompanying video and refusing future orders:
-one recording, no cuts, no edits
-showing the untampered box
-showing the tracking number on the shipping label
-showing the weight stated on the shipping label of the box
-weighing the box
-opening the box
-showing each product along with its label within the vac seal
-weighing each product within its vac seal
-opening each vac seal to show the product.

shame its come to this, but this should be standard practice, it covers both buyer and seller, crazy if people aren't doing it with their orders.
I would like to point out that the majority of customers have been nothing but classy. It is a shame a handful of sad people ruin it for everyone else. Maybe it is for the best, as this is the only way to protect both buyer and the seller.
This site also makes it very easy to dispute and get your money back, almost like there's no human touch from LB, no evidence just algorithm. There needs to be some sort of moderator, a person to ask for supporting evidence to atleast verify. as in the case of capital steez, his ts and c's are in his bio and it should be if you buy and don't follow them no dispute. Anyways hope you've weeded to roaches out, you got tidy bud and I'd hate for you to dissappear.

I only went and won the Oz of crumble, and didn’t realise it until 8 days after the competition ended…
Contacted Capital as soon as I saw the message, thinking it was a wind up. But no, they confirmed I’d won and asked for my deets.
A couple of days later I get a message with a tracking number.
I watched it every day, got a little worried as it didn’t update after leaving the US.
I shouldn’t have been worried, it all updated this morning and the postie handed it me at lunch time!
Anyway, on to the crumble…
Was a bit of a faf getting it all out of the vacuum pack, an old credit card came in handy!
My first thought was OMG this stuff smells divine! Really terpy but not overpowering.
Nice and easy to work with, not too sticky, weight bang on.
Sampled a small amount in my TM2, also tastes divine… And it hits like a flippin truck! So much so I forgot to cook the kids dinner 😂
Really nice high off it, still buzzing 2 hours later 😁
Not sure how long its gonna take me to get through all this, 1g usually lasts me a couple of weeks!
Also, stealth was on point!

The first order showed up in 7 days, this one took 12 calendar days. If you are in the EU, like myself, you may get charged VAT. That's where my orders got hung up. I'm still impressed.

Check out the tracking number that they sent shortly after shipping your package. That may give you some peace of mind.

Hello stranger I’m actually encouraging any customer who hasn’t received their order or refund yet to hit dispute. For their own peace of mind. We lost a few parcels to customs. Some have been reshipped already and I’m waiting for some of my 24 day escrow to come through to cover refunds of the disputed orders who did not want reship.

So my first order was 4Oz of the Green Crack i wont go into much detail as you can see my in depth review with images and video on their page (its was the first review and has my name on it) but it was pretty much a perfect order 9 days and i had it in my hands for an insane price.
Now my second order was the 2Oz deal of Cherry Crasher Smalls. This smoke is insainely good for £75 an Oz with shipping super strong cherry flavor very hoppy sour smoke, honestly im not the biggest cherry strain fan (my partner wanted to try it) but this is a step up from any UK cherry i've had recently. This time it was 8 days for arrival and pretty much no shake or dust, buds are exactly as described just darker in color but noting getting in the way of quality.

26/8/25 2nd act commencing. tracker provided, shows as delivered this morning after 8 days. Only prblem is RM tracker shows a photo of a front door thats not mine, in a district far from me. Unless its a genuine mistake and I was given the incorrect tracker, maybe for another bigga, I think this is referred to as "Modified Postage label Scam" and is pretty big on ebay atm. But waiting for the vendor to come back to me with why my parcel was delivered to the wrong address in another city, or why I have been given the incorrect tracker, either way currently *****BUYER BEWARE*****

Just honest with my experience same as with any other vendor, some vendors ask for topics to help and Im happy too but I won’t lie🤷🏻♂️ I just wanted to wish you luck in getting it sorted.

Hello sir, as I said your local delivery office are a bunch of thieves. Definitely not a scammer. I have sent your refund and also shown you proof that I sent your parcel addresses to you. Kindly check your messages. Our escrow system is also on 24 days, so I don’t physically have your money right now and am low on funds, regardless I have sent your refund just now. I am also not KidOz, not understanding how you have come to that conclusion. There are many customers who have ordered with us now and received their parcel, the reviews don’t lie.

You gave me a tracker that you've tried to pass off as going to me, then you've provided me with a load of old bollocks when it comes to actual evidence. The tracking photo was taken in a city about 60 miles away from me. The only way the parcel could have got there, is if it was addressed to go there, and not to me. You've sent me a photo of your shipping document that conveniently doesn't show a postcode. You were happy to issue a refund by me just saying that photo on the tracker isn't my front door. Anyone else would be a bit more interested in why their parcel apparently headed for London went to another town 60 miles away instead.

If I never sent you anything can you explain how you viewed the proof of delivery photo on Royal Mail with the correct postcode?
You do realize that you cannot view the proof of delivery photo unless you input the correct postcode.

Got to start off with a thank you, always nice to win a comp 🥳
Capital came on the scene recently with some decent offers available, while getting some early punters taking a chance. They did well to increase exposure with a good few comps.
Like the vultures we are, the guesses flood in.
Shocked to win, I honestly thought I’d probably never receive an oz of candy zoap for free. And if it was sent would it really land.
Time went on, but I didn’t chase. Message came through “I’ll send Monday” seemed long but to be told that gave me hope.
I think a few more days passed and I gave up and the I log into restock and there’s just a tracking number from capital?!
Types it in, shit, seems legit.
Like an impatient mofo, I’m checking my tracker far too often and watch its journey across the globe till it lands in my hands a couple of weeks later 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
Cracked it open like an addict needing his fix, stealth is good. Though Mrs apex questioned the box label wondering why I ordered such things from so far away. “They’re the best my dear”
So stealth is good, gets through customs and Mrs apex!
Buds are dense and vac packed well. I decide to chuck them in my jar for a bit let it breathe and rest after its long journey.
Few hours later i stick my nose in the bag and get a nice smell of sweet goodness and I roll a fatty. The buds are Cali dense and fluff up big in the grinder.
Flavour comes through nicely and really helped take the stress and sadness away as we lost a close member of the skunk family.😥
Burns really well and evenly, and while I don’t think it reeked any more than my usual smokes. I was about to find out how wrong I was…..
My neighbour knocked and complained about the smell wafting to their bathroom. They’re cool so I apologised and said I’ll do in shed 😬
Anyone else. I’d have probably told them to do one and I’m vaping my meds so shhhh.
Her words cracked me up, the words REALLY POTENT were used and i could only grin my face of at them while stinking of skunk from my pores.
I close the door and go smoke the rest and got so battered I fell asleep in the garage.
Capital has had some great comms since as I’m deciding on my purchase to put my money down too.
Always a bit riskier going overseas but I’m gonna take a punt on a couple of those deals and hope you’re legit and sticking around 😂

Now that I think about it, the exact same happened to Thai-Wrecked, a Thai vendor that opened up and started doing well. Honestly, I think the Web code probably can't be edited, hence website looking old and outdated, but Borgs don't talk to us. Never really have.

have you tried changing your terms so they don't make people wait past the dispute window for a refund, this is a common scam for international shippers.
We can’t consider packages as lost or seized or stolen, say 7 days after dispatch because it’s an international order, 21 days is more than fair on both sides.
We have however put forward the suggestion ourselves for our escrow to be set to 30 days, which has enough time to cover our policies and keep customers safe and happy knowing the escrow is held 30 days so they can dispute if we have stepped out of line.
We have been completely blanked by admins for 3 months, despite countless big giveaways and recently a massive $2500 one which has 0 traction due to no visibility.

Bought some shatter from Dr Distillate recently. Nice stuff, reliable vendor. I prefer hash but shatter makes good substitute. Buying again from the doctor and buying some kosher from Dr Tony. In 5 orders, Tony hasnt let me down and his hash the some of the best around.

He claims to have been missing 28g Growlers Icecaps in his order, all I did was ask him to upload the unboxing video and show me.
No response for over a week and then decided to offload the 3 reviews of 9/10, 5/10 and 1/10.
We have never ever scammed anyone for you to be our first, currently running a $2500 giveaway but apparently we scammed you for $250 where you didn’t record the unboxing and didn’t even bother replying.

I was missing the 28g Icecaps I swapped for the Bubble Hash.
I didn't make an 'unboxing video' and have since seen it's part of the vendors T&C's. I had no basis to dispute the matter further, so saw no reason to contact the vendor again.
Those are the facts and perhaps it wasn't done on purpose by the vendor and using 'scammer' was a bit strong.
However, that is exactly what happened, my conscience is clear as I KNOW I didn't get what I paid for.

I was missing the 28g Icecaps I swapped for the Bubble Hash.
I didn't make an 'unboxing video' and have since seen it's part of the vendors T&C's. I had no basis to dispute the matter further, so saw no reason to contact the vendor again.
Those are the facts and perhaps it wasn't done on purpose by the vendor and using 'scammer' was a bit strong.
However, that is exactly what happened, my conscience is clear as I KNOW I didn't get what I paid for.
The vendor terms and conditions are irrelevant. Disputes are based on reputation. Dispute to protect your coin - you been here long enough to know this I'm sure

I received the Lemon Cherry strain of Growlers Icecaps.
It's incredible stuff, fruity terps from the bud, I taste strawberry, blueberry, cherry and lemon in that order.
The bud is covered in white THCA diamonds, both inside and out.
I highly recommend it, if you like to get seriously high.
It was also overweight, weighing in at 28.9 grams.
My only criticism is that I would like to be able to choose which strain I receive.
But the bud is fire and overweight and with the THCA diamonds, it's incredibly strong.

Hi folks. Just a quick query. Is it permissible to dispute if the flower received is of such a low quality, unhealthy even. Is entirely different to what was advertised and genuinely looks like/ actually is some hemp with added terpenes. Came out damp from added terp & now is hardening/drying. Burns weird in vape and just makes me cough when used by any other means. I don't have any disputes on my acc but really feel the vendor is not being genuine in offering such a product with pics entirely different to the product received. thanks in advance

I don’t understand how he can be the only customer out of 50 sales of this product to make such wild false accusations about my product. If what he was saying was true there is no way it wouldn’t reflect on my reviews. I welcome his dispute as any mod/admin will see my reviews and know he is talking bullshit.
Also, his order is from 21st of November. And he messages me 15 days later one day before escrow closes to start a dispute. Vendors be aware before you accept an order off this character.
Opening the dispute simply creates a new 16 day time window hopefully for you both to resolve it. If this happens then the buyer cancels the dispute by clicking 'resolve' and it goes away. If not auto-settlement borg resolves it. There are no facts or evidence considered although the settlement is based on the 'reputation' of both parties....
Good thing most customers are honest unlike this chancer who has run out of smoke the last day of escrow and dying for a joint LOL down bad attempt at blackmailing for free green.

Yeah it can be hard on vendors. If a buyer thinks the weed is bad they should contact the vendor immediately. It makes no sense in any respect to wait two weeks on a quality issue especially if as they claim it’s a serious one.

I waiting for the thing for 6 days, internal post. I was away a subsequent 8 days, product took around 7-9 days to come. Received on my return and then tried to air it out for a further 2 or 3 days. Bringing us to now.

I also want to state he received a reply at 14:17, 70 mins after his complaint. We are always online and reachable unlike other vendors. So there is really no excuse for the lack of contact until the last minute.

Your assumption is incorrect. I was looking for your information for record keeping and so I can investigate the supposed problem. Hard to investigate something that happened nearly 3 weeks ago now but. The algorithm bot shall decide. If it rules in your favour I am seriously reconsidering doing business on this site. We pay 10% on every transaction and patiently wait 16 days for funds even after buyer has left 10/10 review. the least somebody could do is manually review the situation. A prepared person makes a topic like that, checks their position. I have zero disputes against any other vendor. This is the only time a vendor has sent me a product of such low quality. That's equally a major red flag. Also the photos of the product bore no resemblance to the product received. Another major red flag

I did it once and tbh the latest order was terrible - different vendor - tiny hard buds that burn harshly. What gets me is all the 10/10 reviews you see on some of this shite

26/8/25 2nd act commencing. tracker provided, shows as delivered this morning after 8 days. Only prblem is RM tracker shows a photo of a front door thats not mine, in a district far from me. Unless its a genuine mistake and I was given the incorrect tracker, maybe for another bigga, I think this is referred to as "Modified Postage label Scam" and is pretty big on ebay atm. But waiting for the vendor to come back to me with why my parcel was delivered to the wrong address in another city, or why I have been given the incorrect tracker, either way currently *****BUYER BEWARE*****

Fellow LB members, after some advice. Been on here for about 5 years and love it, usually use a handful of vendors and luckily never needed to dispute.Made an order with a new vendor (overseas) after seeing some reputable Biggaz leave good reviews, long story short my goods never turned up. Since then I’ve seen a few bad reviews come in with similar issues. Wouldn’t say the vendor has gone silent but doesn’t really answer direct questions and has previously said they would give me a refund. I’ve only got a couple days to dispute but don’t really know the process. Is it as simple as you get a full refund? If I ask the vendor to refund do I insist it’s done before the dispute deadline date (if that’s possible) thanks for the help all.

As for the long waits, we do a lot behind the scenes with the custom paperwork, this is what is ensuring a smooth landing.
Most recently we got our delivery time from order placed to parcel at customers door, down to 5 days average, which is pretty good for an international order.
It’s probably best to use your own discernment on here, too many bad actors.

Does anyone know if security run drugs dogs over checked in baggage at uk airports? I have decanted it into an eye drop bottle (and in toilet bag)so should look ok for scanning but wondering if dogs sniff the bags ? still
In my opinion the safest option would to get some edibles that look like another sweet and mix them in with the regular ones in your bag. Done this before with haribos worked very well
Not for bags leaving unless they have been tipped off about a haul. Very possible on arrival at the carousel which will get your bum twitching faster than the beagle's but I've always had carts and edibles in my checked luggage wash bag and those sausage demons haven't sussed them yet...
Agreed - I’ve always been ok doing that too :) I always worry about the dogs on arrival not leaving - I’m doing Rhodes this year and I’ve gone really para about it this year for some reason 😩 prolly coz Ive never been there before..

Just don’t, it’s not worth the hassle if you get pulled. Find a cannabis social club where you’re going to, they’re everywhere, and usually very helpful!

If it came to it I was just gunna say to them if they ask that it’s e liquid, if they specify and ask because of a test then I’ll say “well it’s cbd liquid I didn’t realise I had to specify that” acting daft. Worse they can do is nick you an u dnt go on holiday. Risk u take. Worth it when ur walking down the strip blowing live resin in the air. It’s a glorious thing.

People who think you can just freely take scrip cannabis around the world on your hols and travels have not done their research very well...
I have a prescription. It's not easy but actually can be done in countries with legal medical cannabis.

Yes we can all lie about our medical conditions if we don't actually have any I get that. I qualify and have researched it but don't see the benefits in my circumstances.
The point of this post however is international travel and your inference that its a simple legal solution. It isn't in many cases. There are even carriers that don't permit it.

How does it work then with a prescription? The going abroad bit? I was under the impression there are some different rules to be aware of as you are still taking a prohibited substance into a new country. Obviously will depend on the country you are going I suppose . I know a couple of people who flew out from Manchester no problem with medical cannabis despite being queried at customs but then had massive problems at the other end..Greece I think it was.
I would def go for this option if I could get to take stuff on holiday. It’s the only thing I hate about travelling - the stress and paranoia of smuggling a bit of Percy.🥴

Wild isn’t it. I always debate just swerving it all for good so I don’t have to deal with the bollacks of needing to get pot. Let alone take it with me every time I go on a plane. She’s wild Mary j. Not for the faint hearted. 🤣
