Late arrival despite paying for sndd.
Hi biggas I payed for an order with GC on Monday before the cut off and payed extra for sndd and it’s not arrived still so it’s gonna b 4 days come tomorrow b4 I get my smoke. Comms have been dismissive- basically cancel order if your not happy- has anyone else had similar experiences with this vendor? I know this is not Amazon biggas but this is worth posting on.
Why charge an additional $10 on my weight if the vendor can’t honour the sndd. And no apologies(initially)…for it. I was offered an xtra g on my weight by way of smoothing it out and it’s appreciated but I’d rather have my order on time tbh. Vendor marked order as sent yesterday afternoon and RM been n gone and still no package? I use other vendors with sndd and it’s arrived nxt day without
fail.

The need for speed causes more angst on LB than literally anything else and yet when you combine falling RM service levels and often overworked vendors, delays are sometimes inevitable regardless of how much you pay.

GC is extremely popular but a one man operation trying to please a lot of customers whilst dealing with deadlines, messages and requests.

The only way for a relaxed Biggy Life is to order before you run out, roll a fattie from your depleted stock and put your feet up. Your order will be with you soonest....

Are you PR for Green cat my fellow Biggs? If I pay for sndd on Monday and it’s not arriving till Thursday I’ve got a problem. And that would b any vendor. If GC can’t honour the sndd he needs to take the extra charge of the listing or he’s just robbing.

Oh you just wanted to rant then?...I mistakenly thought you were looking for advice. Careful with your language or you might find there is not a single decent vendor on here that will accept your orders mate. Just advice....

Robbing nothing there’s a big sticker on the front of the parcel which states how much was paid for the postage actually more than $10. Check your messages for tracking and PLEASE DONT BUY AGAIN

I told this him there was an issue with the address and it didn’t get sent I’m going to attach the chats.

Just come and make post instead of messaging me now I wish I did cancel the order.

I know you wanted to cancel order yesterday mate. Robbing a bit strong perhaps but you’re definitely been misleading a few punters on here with sndd. I’m sorry if this topic has angered you but I’m not the first bigga to highlight this issue. Ie marking order as sent when it nothing of the kind. It’s your poor comms that’s exasperated customers.
I do not believe for one minute this order went out to wrong address as you claim. You just hadn’t sent it. I apologise for using the term robbing as it’s not appropriate and not very nice. You do send out after paying sndd just not when you said you sent it. It’s down to volume of orders I believe as you have a firm customer base due to the quality of your product. People r allowed to complain and I’m not the only one claiming.

Check the reviews most peoples orders comes the next day even if they don’t order SNDD.

Yeah people are allowed to complain but you don’t publicly make posts about me misleading customers because that’s not what happened here your order wasn’t sent on time I informed you the situation you was fine with it unfortunately RM still have the parcel I can’t help that.

You’ve posted 2 times on my page now if you’re not going give me a chance to respond without publicly shaming me please don’t order again.

I’ll not order again GC n I wasn’t trying to shame ya just frustrated with process n I’m not the first bigga to highlight this issue so it’s not personal.
Issue now closed n tracking shows order to be in transit so will b in my hands tomorrow.
I do regret using the term robbing n I’m posting publicly that I regret it. All over a bit o green eh. Maybe time I stopped.

this should be reflected on gc's page and in your review. there are no excuses for misrepresentation and accountability like this is the solution.
