Any one else had a payment sat pending on block chain for 2+ hours is this normal ? The eta keeps going up .
Thankyou for the info ,ive just cancelled the order already as I wasn't sure if there was a mistake .
I'm hoping when it confirms will the vendor be able to not confirm cancellation and proceed with order ? I've messaged vendor but no response.

It depends on how long it takes, I think the amount of Bitcoin updates every 24 hours to adhere to Bitcoin's volatility.
If it's within the 24 hours that should be possible or if Bitcoin's price goes down and it's longer should also be fine.
If you need to, message Transaxe Support and they will give you a refund, only once it's confirmed though.
