we are a newish vendor on here and are trying our best to please everyone with a good experience, but we have received some unfair disputes from people trying to scam us for product and coin.
We have currently two cases of open disputes from people with active orders, where the tracking shows that it is on its way to them. We canโt influence the speed of the carriers once packages are out, and currently everything is a bit slower because of carrier overload here in the EU. We have ways of proving this, but are really annoyed that we even have to do this in the first place. Why try to scam us, and ruin our service for everyone else?!
Imagine this, youโre ordering from an EU vendor, received tracking, have daily updates on your package, receive daily feedback on your order but you still go ahead and dispute. Even though the order is going to landโฆ
Is there any way we can protect us of this, because if not, we see no other measure than to say goodbye to LB and move on to sites that do more to protect their vendors.
