i'm trying to get some bitcoin from switchere as I have no ID and normally it works fine but for some reason my bank are declining my request. Should I be worried?
I’m absolutely gutted but relieved at the same time to hear that as I was worried I’d done something. It sucks though as I have no way of getting bitcoin and I was kind of hoping to get an order or two in to put away for Christmas 😢
You may find it is not your bank but the card ie mastercard/visa and the site you use to buy btc will have had to bring in a verification system its the law in the crappy UK.
All i can advise anybody is get some photo ID join blockchain get a gold verified account and use Virgin money as they still allow using a debit card though sometimes mastercard blocks the buy and at first you get a call from their fraud squad asking if it was you then after a while they go to text message confirmation,but you have to call them as well as talk to your bank and explain to them that this is important to you and there may be a few transactions a month and you fully understand the risks.
It is going to get harder to buy and sell btc without photo ID in the UK.

I heard a few banks are now stopping cryto purchase. I had a conversation regarding the same issue with another bigga.

Banks share information regarding fraud risks and have a list of websites ect that are potential high fraud risks. If you try and use a website on said list the transaction will automatically be declined.
So if a website is highlighted as being targeted for 3rd party fraud then it will be put on the list.
I’m not saying that the site you use is a fraud risk before anyone says otherwise.

I'm trying to find some good strains to put together a little smokers hamper for my father, can anybody give me some recommendations of sellers that might stock what i'm looking for? He absolutely loves cheese and strains like G13, AK47 and Tangie. His absolute favourite that he hasn't had the chance to try for a couple of years now is Cherry Pie which if I could find would make him a very happy chappy this year!

So I’m thinking of getting back into smoking the ol’ devils lettuce again after taking a 4 year break and wondered if there was anybody that stocked low thc strains as I’m quite sensitive to it and need to build up a tolerance?
Definitely don't try any of the new "cali" type strains, I'd stick with old school land race strains if I were you.
There's Thai Stick on the items list, which i think is probably about the strength you're looking for.
Like I say, just stay away from the new hybrids. I've got a mate who hadn't smoked in about 10 years who tried a bong of Wedding Cake and it basically sent him round the bend. He hasn't touched weed since.
The new strains are nothing like weed was, even 5 years ago. It's serious stuff.

thank you guys for the help! I think i'm going to go for some thai stick when I next get paid then if it's mellow. I'll take your advice BB and stay away from them, I usually just smoke CBD as it's way easier to deal with the high personally but i'm starting to miss the smell and taste of it when I am smoking.
Keep your eye out for the term day time smoke in the reviews. There are a couple of Thai weeds on here that are nice and the dagga pucks that are pretty mellow.

Arrived very promptly and the stealth was very good also. I originally wanted some cherry dawg but had a mishap with my bitcoin so this was the next option at around £55 or so for 7 grams. I Opened the bag and was greeted with a slap in the face by that lovely dawgy smell. The buds themselves look exactly like the photo, dense yet a little sticky when you break them up which I honestly don’t mind myself as I only put 0.2 in a spliff with some baccy anyways. I’ve yet to try it myself as it’s still early but I have asked a friend to give it a go as they love stardawg and they have told me it’s a really nice smoke.

A frustrated Canadian in the UK curious as to why none of the sellers (apart from very very rarely) carry 1:1 ratio / Low THC green?
I'm too old for the strong stuff anymore and love the smoke when it's 1:1 ratio = THC: 8-12% & CBD: 8-12%.... rather than the usual THC 20+% with 0% CBD.
In Canada it's on all the shop menus. Is there really no market in this country for a lighter smoke? I've only ever seen it here sold twice in a few years now. After the BudBotanist left, no one else is offering. Interested to hear your thoughts...

I've bought Thai stick and SA Dagga on here which are probably around the THC strength you're looking for. I can't take the strong stuff either. No idea of the CBD content though.
Yeah same, although i still buy the strong stuff for weekends - the dagga, effects wise is decent, but find it a really harsh smoke.
Thanks for your comments all. And yeah I think you're right Bigbum, the higher the THC, the higher the price tag. Sad times. Thanks for your other suggestions... I do grind a 50/50 mix with pure CBD to lighten up the high THC green but still find it strong. I'm just left confused as seed sellers online all have 1:1 seeds for sale in nice strains and they're fast grow low maintance plants... alas, I suppose I will have to figure out becoming a botanist myself I guess! As nothing compares to the true 1:1 plants... they're just the perfect balance and come in all kinds of strains (Fast Eddy, Critical Mass). If there's any growers reading this, me and all my friends will buy lots from you if you grow some!!!

Because it’s easy to buy cbd weed and mix to whatever ratio you require. Also the stronger buds fetch a higher price so are more profitable than what you are describing. Also I might be wrong but high thc buds sell faster on LB than 1:1 ratio buds.
CBD flower in this country is so expensive though. Can't remember if it was you that recommended a place in the US to buy from but I tried and they wouldn't ship internationally. Wouldn't answer my emails either.

Herbal Arrangements also offer UK shipping and have some great deals on too, I managed to get 3.5g of rhubarb runtz smalls for $1.75 a gram
I recommended hemphash as a uk vendor . They sell a 20% canna tonic strain for £60 for 14 grams. Always doing sales though and small buds so you can get lower than 4£ Per gram.
There are a few places in the US that will ship CBD flower to the UK I did it a couple of times. That said, I'm not sure it's worth the risk of a love letter from customs/getting your address flagged or worse, as CBD flower is still illegal, despite all manner of other CDB products selling everywhere legally no probs.
I've been buying pure CBD flower from CBDHealingShop here, as well as HempElf for UK delivery. Not 1:1 just straight CBD.

As.for why not UK, as mentioned below as far.as importing it's all illegal here and they don't look at thc percentage so you would be charged on the weight of the import.

Yeah caught the end of one of the 1:1s he had and it was great. I'll definitely keep an eye with him!
I think the problem is because of the legality when people grow or import it here the reward has to outweigh the risk. And because the market is smaller for 1:1 ratio bud it probably takes longer to shift which than increases risk. There are some home growers on here from time to time who grow these types of strains and put them up for sale. Budbotanist was one but haven’t seen him in a while. But generally most of what you see in the uk is super strong because that’s what the market is more in demand of

Yh I was looking at a website earlier called hempelf which sold about 7G of shake for £25. Tbh I just wanted cbd shake to save weed but if it’s going to cost the same as normal THC shake then there’s probably no point.

One of my old favourite vendors is back , Bazzas hash is always spot on and although he's had his issues with his suppliers in the past (bastards) I'm delighted he's made a comeback and I think he could do with some interest from some of his old customer base to get him going again.

Yeah he's hard to find and I randomly went through the people's list and found him there ,he has beldia hash and cookie dawg at the moment so I gues he's just getting going again.

I've had a bit of hash & some capsules from Hashishin previously, which were awesome, so when I saw flowers being offered I had to get some. They arrived in 6 days, which included a Royal Mail strike day & the stealth was second to none.
Firstly the Purple Lemonade, the cure is great, the smell/taste is so fresh & the effects are very potent, a lot more powerful than I expected from a purple strain. It ranks up there as some of the best bud I've had off LB.
The Greenhouse shake is exactly as described by Hashishin, potent, smooth & clean, again with a great fresh smell & flavour. The best budget smoke on LB by far.
If Hashishin continues to provide buds I would advise you all to go get some : )
On a side note, I've had some smokes off LB recently which, personally, I think have been doused in terps, I won't name names, but there's at least a couple of sellers doing it. That's 1 of the reasons Hashishins buds are so nice, they're fresh smelling, well cured & super clean to smoke. Do not sleep on this seller!!
(I know this isn't a very detailed review, & my descriptions are a bit vague, but when I say 'fresh' smelling what I mean is no overpowering chemical aroma or excess terps that disappear the next day)
