Hey, just a message to the ones who ordered over the weekend.

Had slight delay due to maintenance, only just been able to get back on site. All orders were packaged, just awaiting labelling and the site went poof by around the 3rd order.

These may still arrive NDD as the last collection at the box is 6pm, and I made it just around the minute, but I cannot guarantee this.

Standard procedure is to make the label when I get the order but I don’t work on the weekend which I hope you can understand. (still reply to messages over the weekend when I pop on, but orders are sorted during week).

If this has caused any inconvenience, contact me and I will give you free delivery on your next order to make up for this.

I ordered the Twix and got a sample of the cereal milk(Much Luv bro)which I tried 1st. Definitely no PGR here and both strains have that Cali look, feel and underlying smell if that makes sense, so yeah I do believe it's flown here not grown here.

This Cereal milk is definitely on point for me and I will be back. I'm Interested to see what come next. Biggas give him a try, if you can catch a sample Henry for just over a score your laughing. Even full price you should be happy.

Site responses are almost entirety reactive, not proactive. How does this help vendors if someone targets them specifically and there's limited site response?

3-5 business days for a reply is standard for borgs, and now vendors have to agree to this when the only change of system is that someone can click on something to see how many other reviews have been left by that person?

Being able to reveal voting history doesn’t change the vote does it? And the vendors headline score suffers just as before so how does this really make “ sabotaging reviews from noobs no longer possible” ?

So will all 1* reviews from noobs be removed then on the assumption they are all fake? Bit hard on noobs trying to leave genuine reviews isn’t it?

I suppose it's the aspect of forcing acceptance, but then people can still do the same thing with new accounts, the score of the vendor goes down, then they have to get it resolved? Whereas allowing people to restrict prevented that admin ballache? The change in the review system and the visibility of stats is a massive positive change, but it's reliant on people doing due diligence, and there're unfortunately many who don't do that and rely on a headline number and move on without investigating. I've always found cleanup borg to be very efficient too, so apologies for my blanket statement.

Ordered from a vendor on lb, says it was shipped a day or two later (paid for 24 tracked) not too bothered about the tardy shipping but was eventually given a tracking number which stated the vendor hadn’t paid enough shipping and was being held. Anyway a few cons a first, was promised a re ship, the cons have died and no weed! Have begun a dispute but wondered when I should warn others? And how?

I’d just comment here like you did. Slow posting can & will happen regardless of vendors manifestos but how the vendor deals with it, is what really matters! Not paying proper shipping fees leaving a package sitting somewhere with your details is poor form imo. Be respectful (always my outlook) but name them. I wouldn’t order from them. You’ll get refunded it’s just piss poor waiting around.

Didn't want to address this but we felt compelled too. We're sure all our positive reviews will outweigh the negatives, as we have always shrived to provide great customer service along with quality products so the reviews speak for themselves.

As with every marketplace, they'll be honest reviews and dishonest reviews. We're aware of that but the latest review is just shambles to say the least lol.

If you are going to try bring us down, at least do it with one of products that is not "Out of stock" and has been for awhile now. A product that was likely last shipped out maybe 3-4 weeks ago?

This is a clear sabotage attempt and you should report it to cleanup borg, they’ve been pretty understanding with removing fake reviews in my experience.

I agree with others saying the real positive reviews will outweigh the negative fake ones but it shouldn’t be this way. Genuinely putting your time effort and care into every order only to be hit by a fake review from a degenerate trying to either sabotage, or blackmail for free products or refunds, is completely soul draining and a massive kick in the teeth.

Hi Biggas, looking for some advice please.

I just got a pack of THC gummies which are 100mg per sweet. Trouble is, I have no idea what my tolerance is like for edibles - I've had space cakes in the Dam before but I don't know what the THC content of those would be like compared to a gummy sweet.

If I eat a full 100mg sweet instead of starting with half of one, what are the chances I'll be a dribbling mess as opposed to just being pleasantly stoned?

If your tolerance is low mate then there's a high likelihood of that. No idea what a space cake would have in it equivalent wise. If your tolerance is really low then even half may be too much. Unfortunately, if your tolerance is high it'll do nothing. 500mg+ is my dose, so edibles are not really cost effective for me.

Yeah Family High packaging is widely available so they could vary - but typically with those branded 500mg sweets they’re gonna be about 25mg realistically - you will be fine having one even if you’ve never done edibles before (assuming they’re legit gummies haha)

Agree with this, a genuine 10mg gets me frazzled.

Which isn't much of a surprise because in the US/Canada 10mg is the recommended dose.

I can assure you, if it's your first time and you take a genuine 100mg, you will not enjoy it.

I always tell people to start with 5mg and go from there, you can always take more if you don't get the desired effect but you can't unfry yourself if you take too much.

Also bare in mind, the time to kick in varies a lot, if you eat them with a fatty meal it can take up to 6 hours to kick in. On an empty stomach it should only take an hour or two.

I recommend skipping the branded ones and going for the generic ones from vendors like Dr. Distillate, Gassed etc.

Full spectrum is always better than just D9 also, I have linked my favorite ones from Dr. Distillate.

They are more accurately and consistently dosed in my experience, similar price to the branded ones anyway.

the way most edibles that come in nice packaging work is they buy the packaging off of a chinese website & then fill the packs with whatever sweets they have in stock - which is why on those family high & branded gimmick type packs the “500 mg” is always false (in my lengthy experience)

It depends what type of oil you get, how it was extracted etc but roughly 3.5-7g.

Most 1g carts will give you 150-300 puffs, for most people 1-5 puffs will get you where you want to be.

Vaping is more efficient than combustion.

If you are looking for your first cart/disposable then I recommend you stay away from the branded stuff unless it is from SN2D, who has genuine dispensary products, though delivery takes a while.

Canadian Imports, Dr. Distillate and Vape Boutique are all quality UK vendors, you can't go wrong with any of them.

I like live resin carts for flavor and a more 'complete' high, distillate carts for strength and stealth, 50/50's for the middle ground.

I've been smoking and drinking for a few decades, and the current pricing of bud is very, very similar to fine wine pricing. Bud is very much pitched on flavour now (as well as strength/quality), and also rarity, like if you were buying fine Burgundy. This wasn't a thing when I was a lad, and I'm sure they invented terps after I quit smoking back in 2016... You can get pissed on cheaper wine (and stoned/high on bud) and it'll cost you a fraction of what super expensive stuff that costs 2-10x more will. Is it that much more worthwhile? Depends on your outlook. If you just want to get baked, then probably not. I smoke about an oz a week, and I love flavour. No-one can realistically sustain that long term, surely? I have 2 levels of bud (daily and treats) generally to acknowledge this.

If you want to be able to taste different fine things long term you need lots of money, a low tolerance, and/or an ability to ration the special bud.

Good post Ryan and i completely agree with you. Take me for example before i joined LB and was buying off my usual street plug i always use to buy from him either Stardawg or Haze as they were the only strains that were being sold at 3.5 for £30 and the weight increased up from there which i felt was reasonable priced however his US imports etc were starting at prices of around £40 for 3.5 sometimes even £50 which i just couldn't justify to myself for a bit of weed.

Like you pointed out i always thought the so called cali import stuff was just re bagged bud in those fancy mylar bags you can buy and then people are falling for it thinking it's top shelf when it's not. I'm not saying all dealers do this by any stretch of the imagination but people do need to wake up to this as i do think it's an issue.

I remember the days when i could ring a dealer for a ten bag but not anymore most dealers ain't even entertaining anything less then 3.5 these days how times have changed!

Too many greedy people out there looking to rip people off by charging double the price for a bit of weed cause its smells and taste bit better and has some more crystals on it. I've had in the past genuine Cali grade with the barcode sealed from a actual dispenser paid something like £75/80 even paid £90 before for a 3.5 and happily do so but not all the time I tend to leave that to special occasions such as my bday, Xmas Nye, Fridays lol joking on the Fridays. They definitely stand above the U.k grown i.m.p, not that I knock it as that's my stand smoke all throughout the year and serves me well, but for a treat then it's definitely some top self legit Cali what's not hard to prove at all.

I've found all bud that I've ground for my vape sessions comes out fluffy. Even sticky bud. So it might be an issue with your grinder. I've got a metal 4 part grinder.

The best I’ve found is British Bulldog or Druids Magic as the bud is not as dense and a good moisture level, so it stays fluffy.

For the more dense mugs I use a hemp grinder and less grinding. Sounds obvious, but the larger pieces maintain the air path better.

I always have to remind myself not to pack it tight as it’s counter intuitive.

So got locked out of coinbase which I've used for years now, I need a new reliable way to buy and send bitcoin please, can any biggas help me, much appreciated as I won't be able to buy anything until I sort this out now :(

Kinda the same for me, account is still open but as of today (25/11/24) I can't purchase btc, just pushes a transaction failed notification after confirming with my bank. Will have to jump on Kraken also.

Update: Was a bank issue on my end, couldn't purchase on kraken either. Okay bless, monzo account opened and all is golden.

Always after confirming the transaction with your bank, right? Save yourself the hassle mate, and the 48hr cool down on Kraken, open a Monzo account, it takes 10-15 minutes to set up and then you can activate a virtual card on the app and transfer money there to grab your bitcoin on coinbase. Sorted, wish I had done that first instead of wasting my time with Kraken.

You need to wait 24-48 hours before withdrawing your BTC from Kraken for the first time by the way, most exchanges are like this.

Try Paybis, quick signup process and accounts are normally verified very quickly within the hour is how long mine took. Up until now i haven't had to fill out any questionnaires or anything but maybe that's because i only do small orders of trim so the value is not that much. I've been using them for at least 6 months with zero issues.

Vendors should give eveey customer the option for next day delivery as royal mail take the piss !! Waiting 5 days for the postman is just shocking and I know its not the vendors fault but they need to offer NDD !

There is so much bitching on here when Biggas pay for NDD but it doesn’t arrive due to missed cut offs or RM errors. I was given no choice but expensive NDD on my last order (an unique item I couldn’t get elsewhere)- ordered on a Thursday and it arrived the following Tuesday!😖

You're going to hate me for saying this but: why don't you order a few more days before you need it?
Honestly mate, the 'need for speed' on here causes more stress than everything else combined!
Like I said- my last order cost me £11 for NDD I didn't want and took 5 days. Another order I placed in the same basket with free 1st class RM arrived the next day!

I ordered on Monday mate I'm always a few days a head . I totally get what you are saying though with some stuff arriving quicker than when payed for NDD I would be mad if I was you lol .

hehe...yeah I was pissed because the £11 made up 30% of the order cost and I had actually asked the vendor if he would just send it 1st class and he said no!
My preferred option is 'free tracked 24'. No extra cost but the added security of tracking. No signature hassle. It may not get to me in 24 or even 48 but speed is not the issue for me...

Chill out.I have been using LB around 2 years and 4 days is the longest I have waited due to me missing the cut off. There are plenty good vendors offering NDD. Being done with a service this good because you waited 5 days is a bit extreme 😂

Even special delivery can take 2-3 days as it comes closer to christmas, so keep that in mind when ordering. It isn't always the vendor's fault.

Sometimes but like today I've ordered ndd there cut off is 2 pm I ordered at 12 and still not been sent . That pisses me off if I was petty enough I would name them but no one needs the drama

HI all 👍 . Yes without doubt. Xmas approaching fast. And already royal mail falling behind with mail/ packages.. a good Comment from pollypuff23 is if you want an order quickly. Its always best to order at least a few days before you run dry. That way takes any pressure off and anxiety waiting and wondering when your order is going to drop. Also as most people will know. Always best to use a vendor that offers Special delivery ND. Or Tracked 24. I wouldn't even consider using 1st Class mail especially this time of the year.no chance.

Smalls again, so a lot cheaper than it would be in its bigger form. Same bud, same strength - just small nugs!

Weed at a decent price that gets you blazed.

still fooked here. update: 3 hours later and its both marked as paid on transaxe and lb order page. others seem to slowly be doing the same but clearly a backlog.

to summarise: theres a long delay for any payment to show as paid even though its confirmed on the blockchain. when it does show as paid on transaxe, it takes more time for it to show as paid on the lb order page.

was nice to have a shared panic attack with everybody. i feel like we're war buddies with ptsd
