UK orders can choose either Tracked 24 (no signature) or Special Delivery by 1pm (signature required). Cut off for same-day dispatch is 11AM (Monday to Friday). Please allow 2 days from dispatch before asking for tracking, almost all our orders arrive within 1-2 days from dispatch.

We also offer international tracked shipping to all EU countries. Usually takes 3 to 7 days to arrive to most countries. You can request tracking at any time (recommended for international orders in case you need to pay import/customs fees on the package which happens sometimes).

RESHIP POLICY:
UK orders - we use tracked postage for all orders so if your order gets lost in transit we will send a FULL reship. Only exception is that we cannot offer any reship if tracking says 'returned to sender' because this means the address you provided was incorrect/unsuitable.

International customers can get either 50% reship or 50% refund if the package doesn't arrive after 21 days.

3-7 days is not uncommon around Christmas time especially you should just pay the extra few £ and get special delivery before 1pm the next day takes so much stress out of everything

30mg THC Gummies - Not like any order before?

Whats changed or is batch ok ?

The newest ones, I am doing 2 a day and taking whole ones at work which has never happened

They simply do not work

I cannot see they have 30mgs of thc as beforehand

I purchased 2 orders, and my mate, who never taken them, i ordered first time for him, is saying same thing, they are weak and do not work.

Is the batch we have bad? Is the issue with changes in item

It stated 30mg THC but simply cannot be doing 2 whole gummies and working 12 hours with no side effects

Any help would be great

They also look funny, taste not same, and have white air bubbles on backs of gummies, lile trapped air or a white shine to them

Just looking at why and whats different as always order, super reliable, 10/10 so trying to pinpoint whats changed if THC content still 3pmg per gummie, as cannot do 2 at once and do a days work

This last batch definitely not the same as the old ones.

Felt minimal effect after having 4 of them. Yesterday I decided to keep eating them until it really hits me, started with 2 gummies at 4pm at work, ended up having 12 of them in total by 9pm - I could definitely feel something, but that wasn’t usual edible high, just felt really weak. They’re 100% not 30mg.

Reached out to doctor - waiting for a reship now.

We are having a 2 week break from 30th August until 15th September. Store will be closing around midday tomorrow (Friday 29th August), its the first time we have ever closed the store since we started.

It’s been 3 days past due date and still no response from vendor. No tracking number and no communication.

Also I live locally so shouldn’t take more than 24hrs no matter what.

Have not experienced this with any other vendor on here, and looking at previous posts lots of people are experiencing the same issue.

In response to Fall0486, sorry we havent provided the service you expected. Your order will have been sent if its been marked as sent but of course should have arrived by now.

We are a bit slower on comms at the moment due to a massive increase in the amount of messages we have been receiving, its almost impossible to keep up but we try out best. At least 90%+ of orders do arrive next day and probably 95%+ arrive within 2 days as you can see from the vast majority of reviews.

Sorry again for any inconvenience caused to anyone. If you have any issues currently that need addressing please message again and will make sure to put time aside to answer all messages :)

Hmm... I'd prefer if he was upfront about it. I ordered from him because of the purported fast delivery times and the same day dispatch if ordered before 1PM. Hasn't responded to messages either. Don't want to be a dick but if I'm paying for NDD I kinda expect it to at least have been sent by now ;p

I'd message em and explain your frustration, I'm sure they'd sort you out. I also wouldn't worry about it arriving, these guys have a solid track record, even at times when they're slow.

It's important to remember that vendors have lives too 😅

My business sends out a lot of packages and T24 arrives next day 95% of the time. Only on Biggy do vendors live in a universe where RM is constantly mysteriously delayed 😅

Are they coming back? I only managed to order one distillate/shatter and then they disappeared. Best cart I ever found on LB by a mile. And sweeeeet tracked 24hr no sig next day service too.

But they’re gone. I’ve been waiting for many weeks now. I only got to do one order, it blew my fuckin head off, then you take those beautiful carts away forever. Why would you do that? Why? 🥺

To be fair they just weren't anywhere near as popular as any other cart/vape we have in our range so we did decide to stop making them at least temporarily.

We will definitely get them back on the menu now though after seeing this, just need to source some good quality shatter, give us maybe 1-2 weeks :)

Its the shatter for sure. I'm always hunting down shatter eds because they are far superior to anything else ive tried. Sadly, shatter seems to have been a phase that didn't last....live resins and crumbles took over. I miss them shatter eds omg lol

I’ve had to wait a long time for this order now I’ve received it. It just looks like clear piss not even golden. Is there a problem? Should it look like this? Does everybody else’s distillate from the doctor look like this? Please elaborate for me as he is very select when he messages me. Normally once in 24 hours around 1 pm. Any help would be much appreciated.

Clearer distillate is usually a sign of a higher quality/purity product used in the extraction processes, as far as I’m aware! If there’s terps mixed in that will effect the colour also. Have you tried it?

Hello, yeah colour varies batch to batch, from one of our suppliers it comes clearer and from the other it comes more golden, we have always stuck to the same 2 suppliers as both their quality has been consistently great for years - as far as im aware colour doesnt really affect quality necessarily it just depends on how its made. Some manufacturers put it through an extra process that makes it clearer, some dont. Some people say clearer is better, some people say the opposite but in our experience the quality from both suppliers is almost identical despite colour differences. It could also be down to how long ago it was produced before it got to us because the colour of distillate does usually darken over time due to heat and light exposure, but again, unless its extremely old or been stored incorrectly, it doesnt really affect quality :)

Mate, the stuff is having little to no effect it’s really thin and bubbles move through it quite easily!

It has 5% CDTs so will be a little thinner than pure distillate but still very thick and bubble still doesnt move in syringe unless in a very warm environment maybe. No effects though? Not sure how that can be its pretty strong stuff, I use our vapes daily.

The high from distillate can be a little 'empty' to more seasoned stoners/medicinal users who are used to the full spectrum of cannabinoids/terpenes in the cannabis plant (distillate is only thc, nothing else), thats why we also do the 50/50 live resin vape range to get closer to the smoking experience - we dont do 50/50 syringes but you could definitely make your own easy enough, lots of info online about DIY carts etc. I think you may prefer that kind of blend for vaping if the distillate isnt for you :)

My only hope is, can actually see a small bubble half way up. So presume its what dr distillate has mentioned about this batch been a clear distillate. Finally! I’m convinced it’s weaker, you know. Once you start having a smoke and it warms up the bubbles move through it really fast and small bubbles as well. I’d give it 6 out of 10 compared to the normal golden stuff. Been smoking my whole life no way this is the same standard. I’m not accepting it. Would like to know your thoughts when you’ve had a smoke.

I got two carts a few weeks ago (probably a month or two ago) that I thought were empty, because they were so clear. After taking a toke it quickly became apparent it was indeed full. I was concerned as I've not come across ones so clear before, but in terms of potency and flavour, they're exactly the same for me. I've been buying from these guys for must be over 2 years now and never had a problem.

I've been smoking weed for 21 years and have a very high tolerance, however I have an odd tolerance to vape carts (I get high from them rather easily and lose all brain function vs other people who have used my carts) so our experiences may well be different. It's safe to say I've never ever seen distillate so clear -- legit looked like sugar water, mine was far more clearer than yours. With all that said, I am not convinced it's any less potent, but that's just my experience and of course you may have a completely different batch. But yeah, the one time I've received the clear stuff (two different strains, two different carts) it has been the same as the golden stuff for me. But I'd prefer to just receive the golden stuff in future, just for the sake of keeping me sane haha. Hope you find the resolution you're looking for, good luck!

Even ordered some full spectrum gummies along with the disposable vape. And all those came the same flavour. I can live with that. But ill definitely be questioning this disposable vape. I’ve put some in a ccell disposable, vaping it now walking the dog little to no effect. I’m willing to send some out for somebody to try. I doubt I’ll hear off the vendor for 24 hours seems he only comes online. Does the orders does the messages that goes back off-line. Not complaining about that. It’s just made it hard work.

Are you ordering in just single units? There has already been a previous incident when I’ve ordered 50 something carts and quite a few of them were half full. Gave the benefit of the doubt went back to a doctor terpy. He only does carts. Then thought more volume let’s try again and then this happens. Twice I’ve waited for next day delivery guaranteed by 1 pm seven day wait. I’m back home now off the dog walk hammered that Vape nothing mate. He sent three mil because of the late delivery. I’m more than happy to send you the two mill to try. Give it some time I would like to hear other customers opinions who have received the similar product for the same not sure why it’s gone from the wall. Thank you for your input legend x

I only order for me. I go through a bit as I'm a total pot head but not in bulk like you. The wall is a funny beast. I work with algorithms but I'm yet to figure out the logic of the lb wall. I often have popular topics disappear only to cycle round later. I'd be happy for someone to explain it to me also.

Anyway good luck getting your order sorted out. Give the process time. The dispute window will ultimately open if you can't come to an agreement.

I have had distillate off of a few vendors on this site & all had the same darker golden colour.

I’d post about this on Reddit if you want others opinions, the wall is random and doesn’t love people suggesting negativity - even if it’s in that specific customers best interest.

Hello everyone, we have noticed recently that on at least 3 occasions we have received reviews with a 1/10 or a 2/10 score that were clearly suppose to be 10/10 as they have super positive comments. You can see the 2 most recent examples near the top of our reviews currently and we had another one of these a couple weeks ago too.

What I think is happening is some customers are accidentally entering how many days it took to arrive into the wrong box.

Not a rant/moan at all, we really appreciate the lovely comments and everyones custom but we just ask that customers watch out for that as of course it could affect our overall score in the long run.

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to ask that if anyone has any issues with their order please contact us first before leaving a review - most issues we can easily resolve! We have noticed the occasional review lately where customer has left a, lets say, 7/10 or 8/10 rating because of a small issue that they should have contacted us about and we could/would have very easily resolved.

Prime example is our latest 8/10 Live Resin Budder review stating that it was 0.3 light, we would have sent a 0.5 replacement no questions asked if they had just messaged us first but we had no contact at all from anyone about that issue and so don't know who it was. Also a few weeks ago had one about a faulty cart where they said they had to decant the contents into another cart...but again we had no contact so no opportunity to send a replacement. Contacting us first results in a better outcome for everyone :)

Hello, im sure most of you have seen the recent issue regarding vendor token IDs being changed just by viewing messages from certain accounts (was an account called newsocietymember or something like that in our case).

We have changed ours back now and all seems to be good but unfortunately we wont be able to open any messages for now to avoid it happening again until borgs/admins address and solve the issue. We are still taking and sending orders as normal and you can still message us through your order page but it may take a bit longer to get a response :)

We have sent transaxe our list of affected orders (we will post the affected orders anyway dont worry) so hopefully they can recover the funds, I dont see why not since the payments will be held for 16 days in the scammers transaxe anyway I would assume.

I know alot of you biggaz would have seen the debacle between myself and the good Dr over the weekend,

I would just like to say that under no circumstances should a customer doubt a vendor in such a small space of time,

regardless of my situation or why or when i needed my product i acted in bad taste and i can but only apologize to Dr distillate for this,

my product did arrive and im happy with the product,

i also accept that if i needed my parcel sooner i should have paid for the NDD not the 24HR tracked (we all know 24HR means normal mail) lol,

finally we have resolved all issues and i will be returning as a customer hopefully many times,

Yeah they will fit on any 510 vape battery, make sure to run at very low wattage/voltage though. Either any cheap pen vape battery or something like a eleaf istick mini (ran at 3.3-3.6v) works perfect.

You can vape it pure if you use good quality carts like ccells but as oldmaned says it is very thick and doesn't taste great so we would recommend mix…

Has anyone made their own vape juice with this distillate..? Can it be vaped as it is...?

I make disposables this way. 3 1ml vapes. You can use carts but I like the CCELL pro as it is had a pre heat function and gives a super good draw.

You can find VJ Mix online, it contains the stuff that stops it separating from conventional vape juice, and the flavour is just to get rid of the plastic taste.

People have other methods but this works for me, it tastes good and doesn’t blow your tits off. Perfect for vaping when you are out and about and don’t want to disappear into a vortex.

Not 'around 5%' - 5% MAXIMUM - Any amount higher than 5% can cause the mixture to become carcinogenic depending on what terpenes you use. Various terpenes in higher concentrations are dangerous - and they definitely shouldn't be added to a joint by opening the cart/putting it on paper - super dangerous if you don't know the source of the terpenes.

Distillate can be vaped as it is however it's tricky to use without any diluents due to it being so viscous. It also has a plastic-like taste when vaped in its own which isn't great.

Adding terpenes will thin it out which makes it easier to make up vape carts and they also add flavour. If you get the expensive cannabis-derived terp extracts then they can also add an extra dimension to the high, although they may reduce the stealth factor slightly cos some of them can smell a bit (or so I've been told... 🙄).

I've used PG-based ejuice flavourings before with it before which works fine, so I imagine VG will work too. It does make the resulting mix much less viscous so I've never added more than a few drops per ml of distillate; I use the CCell style carts which are designed for distillates and seem to burn out really quickly if the mix is diluted too much. VG is much thicker than PG though so may not be as much of an issue.

I reckon you could add more PG/VG and have a lower strength juice which is much more fluid and could be used in standard vape tanks. Just make sure it's mixed properly and it should be fine.

Hello mate, VG does not mix with distillate the same way that PG does. You cannot add VG to PG when distillate has been mixed with it, it will pool on the top.

Also, using terps can be dangerous if you use too much, that's why any good manufacturer/distributor will advise a maximum of 5% terps - this is because various terps used in higher concentrations can be carcinogenic (cancer causing) especially 'natural' terps, aka botanical terps/plant derived.

You need to decarb/winterize extracts before they'll go in a cart, except for good quality shatter. To make our carts we have to vacuum seal our extract so no terps escape, then we decarb for 2h.

I made up 5 carts with this vendors D9.
Bought carts on Amazon Prime.
You will deffo need to source a blunt needle to fill them.
I used a hair straighener to heat the syringe, then filled up cart as neat as possible, then heated cart a little to get distillate to sink, then topped up.
Taste wise, its a bit synthetic and metallic by itself, but rips your loaf off!
Best used with a battery that has a preheat setting, first few toots are a bit weak, but once things get warmed up a little, its sooper!
Go easy to start, as its a creeper!

As the year draws to a close and we are knee deep in department stores brainwashing us with their visions of unfathomably wholesome Christmases in order to sell us more shit we don't need, it's nice to look back and reflect on the year. In this case I'm reflecting upon the lovely LB vendors that have ensured I have remained continually stoned.

Thank you to all the good people who keep this website running and make it what it is. That includes the devs, the vendors and the consumers who share their experiences and help us choose what to buy - and what to avoid. Thanks to all of you too for reading my stoned drivel on a regular basis. I genuinely appreciate it.

This vendor list is correct as of December 2024. If any or all of these vendors fall apart after this point please don't blame me. It's not my fault. I've written about my own experiences. Other experiences may differ but it doesn't mean I didn't get the service I've stated below.

Always look through ratings, recent reviews, and topics to see where a vendor is at and make your own decision.

If in doubt message the vendor. The response or lack of a response will probably be a good indication of whether you want to order from them or not.

However, do give vendors enough time to reply. They are selling weed, they're not your wife.

Overall:
It's no secret that my current favourite weed vendor is Green Cat. Trust in the cartoon cat. They've been super reliable and have always delivered decent quality stuff that matches the listing.

Products:
They have some high quality cheapies, some keenly priced imports, and overall offer great value. One of the best bits of weed I've had came from Green Cat. It was Blue Nerds and was a delicious blue / silver taste with a creeping and lengthy stone. The best value weed I've had also came from GC - the Cookie Dawg. Their menu isn't huge but does change frequently so there is something new to try.

I've not had any hash from GC yet but they often get a quality commercial in stock. I've actually got a bit of Gold Seal on order currently, mostly for a trip down memory lane rather than an expectation it'll be a face sweating hash.

Service and Delivery:
Stealth is on point, delivery tends to be fast and communication is good. $6 delivery cost for tracked 24. You won't go far wrong with GC.

Overall:
My go-to vendor for distillates and RSO. Fantastic logo. Love the nutty science guy. I regularly buy extracts here too and they've always been lovely. I'm currently going through all the crumble waxes one at a time.

Products:
The product range extends beyond the distillate, RSO, and extracts I usually buy here into different weeds and other cannabis products. I can't vouch for the other products but what I buy is good quality and a fair price.

Service and Delivery:
Quietly reliable vendor that tends to deliver in good time. Delivery costs $5 for a tracked service.

Lots of fancy hash. Fast and reliable with a wide range of products and special offers.

Products:
While hash is the focus there's a range of weed and extract too. I've not had weed from Eddy's so I can't comment but the hash and extracts are spot on. I picked at the sale priced jungle boys cold cure hash for 25 bucks a g for quite a few weeks. Really lovely stuff.

Service and Delivery:
Eddy's is very invested in LB and delivers fast and free. They have Hash Wednesday sales with a number of bargains and there's often a sale item listed. Super reliable top notch vendor with a solid reputation. Eddy's have great communication too.

Overall:
High quality vendor with high quality products.

Products:
Great quality weed and extracts - plus mushrooms which I don't do these days but are available so worth mentioning for the more adventurous folk looking to expand their minds. My mind is already big enough from previous expansions.

Alongside high quality weed they also have a few hash options. I've had the Rasta Mafia hash from here a few times and it's a fine bit of commercial hash. Certainly one of the better commercials.

I'd ordered the Tommy Shelby shatter a number of times previously but it's not available now. I was tempted by the red seal hash here but went for GC gold seal for a jaunt down memory lane.

Service and Delivery:
SOTL offers a great service with next level stealth. They're super strict on their quality control and take pride in what they do so you know you're getting something decent when you order here. Delivery is $5 tracked.

Overall:
Great value extracts and I love a bargain - not much else to say. Seems like they're building a solid service.

Products:
They usually have a super cheap extract on sale amongst a small list of extracts & concentrates.

Service and Delivery:
They have been solidly reliable for me. I've not spoken to them so can't comment on comms but generally this is a good sign that things have always gone smoothly enough to not need a bit of a chat about anything. Delivery is $6.28

Overall:
Some surprisingly decent bits of commercial hash with fast free delivery.

Products:
A mixture of interesting weed strains and commercial hash. I've ordered hash here a few times and it's been a decent level.

The Simpsons kush is a touch crumble with an old school rocky taste and a heavy kick. It really is better than you expect from the picture.

The titanic hash is dark and oily, needs a bit of heat, but smokes up a charm with an indica stone. It also exceeds the expectation of the picture.

I've not bought weed here for ages but they always have some interesting strains and often have orange leaning flavours.

The reviews have been a bit mixed recently but the bits I had previously were all good and delivered fast. I'm genuinely curious what their current bits are like if anyone's ordered recently?

Service and Delivery:
Personally I've always had my order delivered quickly and it's always been spot on. However it seems I've missed some logistical issues here. Looks like they've taken action in both acknowledging the issues and improving. Delivery is fast and free.

Overall:
Okay, this is probably a controversial final addition to this list and you certainly roll the dice ordering here but you do get super cheap bud delivered quickly... Usually. I've not ordered here for a while but I've had quite a few orders previously when money is tight.

Products:
A lot of super low cost weed & hash that's often pretty good. The weed tends to be decent for the price, if not always a perfect example of the strain. Quality does vary but if you want to get stoned fast and cheap there's something for you here.

Service and Delivery:
You don't have to go far to find complaints about this vendor. My own ratings have ranged from a 2 to a 10.

My experience though, to be fair, has been largely positive. The biggest frustration for me is sometimes getting poorly chosen substitutions or end of bag shake buds when the last time you ordered the same bit you got a large tasty solid bud.

Communication isn't that great but they've usually responded and sorted out any issues I've had.

If you're low on funds and want something delivered fast and free that'll get you stoned then a Pistach special can save the day.. Usually.

Other Vendors

It's fair to say a number of other vendors here are also excellent but it just happens I don't order from them so much for one reason or another. I guess all of us over time repeat business with the people that fit our needs the best. I'd be interested to hear your own recommendations though in the comments.

Notable mentions would go to Real D who I should order from more often but generally I avoid signed services. TheGoodStuff who also have a great range of hash and products and TheHashCollective who've also got a great range of high quality hashes.

I don't order weed from The Spacemen very often as it's a signed service and costs 9 bucks so isn't the best fit for my life but I've had some lovely bits from them in the past such as the Citrodelic Sunset which was very nice with a lovely orange tang.

The Green Team are also notable and although I've not ordered from them in some time they always had a huge range at a decent price with free delivery and good communications.

Dr Green Thumb has one of the most enticing hash menus that I've never indulged in. One day I will though.

Cannabis Cannibals are a super friendly and interesting LB vendor with a mix of UK grown bits. I like those guys hence why I'm mentioning them.

There are probably other vendors I should mention but have forgotten about. I apologise to them but that's an unfortunate quirk of building your customer base from potheads.

So that's my non-exhaustive and probably forgetting someone list of core vendors that I mostly ordered from this year. As always I hope it was informative and if not I hope it was entertaining at least.

Hey man great topic, the only vendors that I can see missing from my list this year would be Radar Breeder (linked) who has consistently high quality bud and always a massive selection.
Also Skuda deserves a shout for the budget bud bars, total lifesaver when the budget is tight.
Diamond Extracts have great value d9 which I got 20ml of to fill a load of carts with
I am smoking homegrown bud now so I got myself an advent calendar of assorted extracts from Myconauts and bubble hash from Eddy's which I am hoping will last me well into next year.

I just ordered the acai frozen top tier hash from Eddy's to stash for Nye. Got some RSO and D9 in and some bits of weed waiting. I'm looking forward to trying the gold seal although I expect it'll mostly be a nostalgia smoke. Perhaps now I'm on LB it'll become a tradition to search out something from my teenage years to smoke at xmas.

Definitely worth giving the bud bars a go mate they smoke really well and he usually has an orange variety on the menu.
My orange bud turned out a bit muted😞 but I have got a couple more seeds to try it again next year.
If you're looking to upgrade your extract pen, I just bought the xmax riggo (£63 amazon) and I am really pleased with it, have a look at some videos and see if it would be any good for you.

The big problem is the grow room I am using has limited ventilation so it gets a bit hot at times and it's a battle to keep them happy. I am hoping to get a more suitable space sorted next year which should give me a better chance🤞

My go to this year has been the spacemen - always getting new strains in, super consistent in terms of quality, stealth, and delivery times (the holy trinity).
Got to mention thc23 as well for when I fancy something a bit special, always feel like they are proper connoisseurs who share their fine wares with us on LB.
Shout out to Canadian imports for having the tastiest vape I’ve ever tried (unicorn piss). So bloody good.
Plenty other vendors on here do an amazing job and it’s nice to see so many of them get the recognition for it.

I've been thinking about getting some of this stuff and having a crack at making some diy vape carts up to save money.

Is it difficult to add non terpene derived flavour to the distillate? I like mint and menthol flavoured nicotine vape juice and originally my plan was to try and mix the distillate with a menthol flavoured short fill but I'm guessing that's probably not the best idea, given that I don't see anything close to that for sale on here...

Its a bit of a dear do for experimenting with lol.

Any thoughts?

I've used standard e-juice concentrates in D9 distillate and they work fine. 10% flavouring is usually a good starting point, maybe less for really strong flavours.

The main thing to consider is that these flavours come suspended in propylene glycol which causes the resulting distillate mix to be noticeably less viscous than when using terpene blends. This can cause the carts to burn out a bit quicker than normal but I use 0.5ml carts and haven't had any issues with those. The 1ml carts might not perform as well.

The terpenes-uk.co.uk site has flavour concentrates which don't have any terps so might want to have a look at those. I've tried a couple and they're decent, if a bit pricey.

I use flavourexpress.com for e-juice concentrates but any good vape shop should have some too.

I add .25ml DIY vape flavouring to 1ml of this D9 dude. Shot glass, D9 in it and microwave for ten seconds. Add vape flavour and swirl around until mixed. Then syringe into vape.

I’d recommend buying the CCELL pros as it has a preheat function you can use before each toke and makes the tokes super smooth.

Just a quick one, want to address these 2 reviews that were recently left on our live resin (both from the same customer). We wouldnt usually bother but they are a bit misleading imo. We are not saying the customer is lying, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but we feel it is a misrepresentation of our product.

The reviews say 'barely any strength' which, to be honest, we are just a little confused by as this stuff is seriously strong, especially this new batch...this guy must have the tolerance of an elephant or something. I have a high tolerance and it knocks me on my ASS.

Next point is that he/she states both strains were the same...they just aren't. Some strains do smell/taste similar as they have similar terp profiles but if you take a good whiff of both, the bubba kush has a coffee/caramel hint whereas the BTTF is just sweet/citrus/pine.

Both reviews also state 'its not a resin' but 'live resin' is the type of extract it doesn't relate to the consistency. Also the second sentence of the listing says 'This batch is live resin crumble/sugar, not budder.' We thought this would be enough to avoid confusion but I do appreciate that the picture isn't accurate anymore and so will update it and maybe even make a completely new listing to avoid this confusion in future.

Customer also said the package arrived late, for that we can only apologise, usually anything from us will arrive in 2 days max so not sure what happened there, more than likely a RM delay but cant say for certain as I dont know which customer left the reviews.

No hard feelings or anything just wanted to clarify.
