If you smoke your joints pure then elements and OCB’s are literally what you want! OCB’s I find easier to roll with but elements leave literally no taste or ash apart from off the gum. baffles me how people smoke with raw papers taste like cig 🤮
Got the elements papers and two glass filters. I'm a convert. I'm slowly getting good at rolling cannagar joints. Kitchen torch to light.
Used to do 2 skinners, licked gum from a 3rd paper then peeled off, stuck remaining 2 papers together, less paper, but now getting older it's just the longer single skinners, blue rizla, silver ziz zag, or raws lights
Used gum from zig-zag papers to stick together 2 papers in the middle of joints, strong gum with the old zig-zags
They're very thin and burn well. I know there may be others just as good as the ones I use, but never felt the need for change! 😅

I personally use blazy Susan's, clean burn and a thin vegan paper also. Plus you get 50! in a pack so all round great product for me. They are pink though so do a few odd looks from fellow stoners 🤣
So I used to use the Raw Organic Hemp papers all the time...until I realised that most of the ones sold in shops are fake. I think there's only one authorised outlet that sells them online here, where you're guaranteed to get authentic ones. Smoked them for the natural ingredients etc and god knows what they put in the knock-offs that are sold everywhere in the UK. So I either get Raw Organic Hemp boxes online or OCB Premium papers in the shops, where you can verify the authenticity with a QR code!
we actually had similar issues when purchasing Elements Papers, as those are in our opinion, the best. Bought 5 boxes of knockoff papers and only noticed because the papers wouldnt stick...

Absolutely! F**k the fakes - the Raws I was smoking were actually pretty decent knock-offs (except that I don't know what ingredients went into them!), so I didn't notice until I realised the Raw filter tips from that same shop had 'Made in China' on the back haha...so they don't even try to hide it! Then I looked up the issue online.
What I don't understand is - given just how widespread it is with Raw, including on Amazon etc - why doesn't the company do anything about it?? They must be losing shitloads of sales! And it's not like the fakes are any cheaper I think. Maybe it would be a losing battle to try to whack-a-mole the fakes...

I'm still using rizla blue king size which is what I was using back in the college days. The green card at the back never lasts two long though which results in me having to use last years Christmas cards as roaches, I knew they would come in handy one day lol.

I taper 3 skins by folding the parts above and below the fold, and it's always angled so that the roach goes in the left and the larger part of the slightly tapered cone is on the right.
I've never been able to roll any joint with the roach in, and I always add it at the end. I'm right handed, if this is significant in any way. I rarely fuck this up, but it's often commented on as if I'm an aberration.

I reverse roll (I believe the cool kids call it backstrapping) using a large ocb paper but I also can't roll with a roach in. I'm right handed too although I'd suspect that's got little to do with it. If I try rolling with a roach it ends up fat at both ends and looks like a college kid on their first acid trip at Camden lock has just fumbled it together in the rain.
I used to do that too man when i started out, roll it, stick the roach in after, its how i was shown, what does it matter man, smoke your way, i was always questioned why i roll left to right as if i was doing something wrong. What ever works is my take, we all just want get stoned 🤣😎

I don’t smoke joints hardly anymore but when I do I make sure my skins are sold to me by a certified raw dealer. There is an abomination of fake raws and elements about that make your blunts taste like absolute shite. God knows what is in the paper they’re printing off barbarically in the millions in some factory in china to end up in our lungs. My best advice to anyone in the u.k is to get your skins if they are raw or elements from a certified dealer. If you live rural then order them online from the horses mouth. You cannot go wrong. I made this mistake. I’ve burned major ozs of bud and hash in my time using blag skins and never again would I entertain it.
