Placed my order and sent the bitcoin over all no problem, although my order total was lower than what the order page is saying was received 🤷🏻♂️. Difference in amount it’s saying it received to what I sent is around £150.
Anyone any idea surely it must be a mistake somewhere ? It’s saying it has been received but hasn’t got to order paid status yet.

Contact Transaxe Support mate. Send them the order number and the transaction ID of the payment. If sent to the Transaxe wallet address then your coin is safe and can be refunded.
Recently had the same issue. Was stating I had sent almost 5x the amount needed, but the escrow wallet I had sent funds to was showing otherwise. I think it’s some sort of glitch on transexe side.

Just placed an order and have mistakenly sent 0.00000005 of bitcoin under. I can’t transfer such a little amount the smallest it will let me do is around £34 and obviously the total is nowhere near that. Any suggestions as to get this order paid for the vendors 🫨.

Does the vendor have a tip jar? Some vendors have a one for such times, you can buy $5 or $10 to top up on your next order, or over pay on your next order.

The order amount was split between two vendors which is the part that’s throwing me as if it was just one I would buy or send the extra 30/40 and just add it to next weeks order. I’ll give both vendors a message and see what we can come up with. Thanks for your response.
Funny I did a split order yesterday between 2 vendors and once it had all been confirmed I went back to the order page and i saw 'Under payment' on the page.
Never saw that before and nearly sh*t myself. I'd transferred the correct amount incl. fees! Then the message disappeared, thank goodness.
I can't see it being a problem unless it's a system issue in that it won't let the order progress to the vendor, in that case i'm not sure what you could do! Hope you get it sorted!

That’s the thing, both are showing as paid but I can see when I click into each order that one is minus the amount. I’m not sure If it’s because it’s such a low amount that it’s saying paid, will work it out with vendor 🤞🏻 I don’t like underpaying even by small amount for the great work the vendors on here do.
I don’t think that’s how it’s allocated. Check your order page- one should show Paid and the other Underpaid (transaxe would do it that way, I’ve never seen it split the underpayment?)…

Hi polly. No the thing is when I go to order page it’s telling me both are paid but one of the vendors total is showing as received his full amount minus the 0.000 whatever it was. I’ve messaged the vendor to see how he wants to proceed and go from there. Thanks very much, she is an amazing little dog. Just about to turn 9 just loves the attention and lots of cuddles 😅.

Now when placing an order on here it’s asking me to confirm the wallet type is it going to anyone any ideas 🤷🏻♂️
It’s saying if I choose bitcoin, you have chosen bitcoin as the withdrawal network, please ensure your withdrawal address supports the bitcoin network otherwise you may loose your assets entirely. Don’t want to proceed with payment without being sure 🤦🏻♂️
Its most likely because there are multiple networks that use BTC, another one being the lightning network. For use here, you want to withdrawal on the base layer NOT the lightning network. Normally this will just say Bitcoin network or something like that

It was meant to be restocked on Friday. I had my order placed and was auto cancelled as seller hadn’t sent my order due to no stock and order was auto cancelled now waiting for my refund 😣
Yer i asked when it will be back GC said Thursday i was gutted I couldnt order more after trying this stuff is da nuts

The video shows, date, time stamp and number of tickets entered!
We then post in the link for the video, a screenshot of the winning numbers and type the exact range of numbers entered, their colours and RAFFLE IDs!
This can be cross referenced exactly by the numbers in the video!

We’re always praised for our quality, efficiency, and pricing. The one area we’ve had a few upsets about is reply times.
I (the founder) have handled orders and messages since 2019, with breaks only on Royal Mail holidays. With life and family commitments, replies sometimes get slow. A few years back I tried to delegate this, but it backfired because it meant sharing passwords and we nearly had major issues — not an easy decision.
But the time has come.
From today (02/11/2025), our Head of Customer Relations, Zara, is taking over customer service. She’s been training for 3 weeks and will now provide daily support.

No support: Saturdays & UK Bank Holidays
Expect faster replies, clearer comms and consistency!

Quick post to let you guys know that I've currently got 21g of LTR. Because it's such a small amount I didn't wanna risk listing it and then selling more than I could actually send so I thought I'd make a quick post regarding it. This stuff is made with rosin rather than shatter/live resin like previous batches, and at a higher ratio, so it ticks all the boxes. It bubbles like crazy when you hold a lighter to it, it's nice and smooth on the throat and lungs, the flavour is more akin to oldschool Afghani/squidgy than Moroccan and the high is powerful! It's much better rolled into snakes than pulled apart into bits, but both methods give fantastic results. I cannot get enough of this in the bong!
If you'd like me to add a custom order for you please just send a message! Currently I can do $45 an 8th or $85 a quarter and in my humble opinion it's worth every penny!

Bought 7g of my favourite Green for £80 after buying £110 worth of bitcoin I was left with a tenner so that’s 25% on my purchase :(( I thought Coinbase had stopped their astronomical fees. Really wanted something for the holidays so after being very hesitant I went through with the purchase. Any suggestions for easy platforms that don’t require a passport.
I don’t think it’s any particular exchange- the fees are set by the miners and they are having a field day…😖
Yep, this is being caused by the increased congestion on the chain from ordinals. But at least you can play Doom straight from the Blockchain, silver linings.
Just paid around £60 in fees on a £120 transaction. Partly my own fault for leaving the Xmas extra until now but still!!! I feel like this place won't be economically viable for most people if we are forced to stick with BTC for too much longer. People have been crying out for alternative payment options for sooooo long now. Maybe if it starts to impact LB`s bottom line things will change, who knows? Between that & Transaxe being down today so I had to jump onto Society to complete the order. The process is actually pretty stressful waiting with crossed fingers to see if your transaction is actually going to complete at the moment. PLEASE LB for the love of Green consider alternatives to BTC as it's barely viable anymore!

As a test I just looked at a dummy send of £47. I have £85 in the wallet and it won't let me send as I don't have enough for the fees, as they're currently 540 sat/vB for high priority! That's nearly double what I've ever seen it reach. Guess I'm not buying any Christmas gingerbread and Nutella!

BTC development team do not want BItcoin to be used as currency. This site must look at alts if it wants to provide an effective service.
This site should add BCH as an option. It's the same as BTC but has fees under a few cents and sends very quickly just like BTC used to before it stopped scaling.

yeah its a bit silly now. I remember it was sweet with paybis but then uk gov forced some kind of change and they left. i was using simplex to electrum after and they charged about 15 and 4 to make the payment from electrum to LB. I decided to upload my id to kraken, but its not any better, they charge 3.50 intitial then 13.60 to withdraw then 4£ from wallet to LB and worse is a 72 hour holding on first buy so you have to double up or wait. I'm relatively new to this but it thought it was bad. think the banks (which is also the gov) are trying to bring it down by some age old economic fuckery.
Wait until BTC fees go over £100 this site risks ending then if the team here doesn't act soon by offering better scalable coins for buying with.
just to say simplex charges are up to 37£!!!! man thats obnoxious. also withdrawing from kraken is an actual skill cause you need a defined amount for your wallet to gen an address, the address must be new on kraken, and then verified, and in that time the decimals have changed and its no longer the same amount. fucking stupid. I was raging when trying on friday but got there in about 10 tries.

Placed an order for some hash and somehow I’ve managed to send payment to the wrong address is this payment lost now 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
If it was an address provided by transaxe, basically a transaxe address then you may be in luck, even if it was from an old order, or any order as long as it's a transaxe adress.
Cheers bbdoom, I only use bitcoin for transaxe payments so will be an old address. I’m just scrolling through all

All funds go to transaxe but they generate a new wallet address for every order. Contact them but via Chat at the top of this page. They will be able to see your order history from your user name but if you can include the address that will help too.

Easily done mate. My exchange always defaults to my last address so if I just clicked on it without physically going to add new address I’d literally do it every single time! 😵💫
I usually delete all older addresses and could be a costly mistake if transaxe can’t trace payment 🤦🏻♂️. Was a large order I had placed for about 900🤮.

Thanks again for all your help polly, it certainly was squeaky bum time 🤣. Largest order I had placed to date and I manage to mess up the payment. All sorted now thanks to transaxe support 👏🙌. Much love to hashashin also as he was very understanding and as always a pleasure to deal with.

OK once you find which transaxe address you sent payment to, write a quick pm to them explaining that when making an order you've gone and made a payment to an address from a previous order by mistake.

I exclusively vape weed and hash so even though I hit it everyday I use really small volumes. Because I’m a strain junkie I just keep buying more and it really builds up as you can see (that really is only about 2/3 of it!). I do find that constantly mixing up products helps with tolerance though👍

Nice stash, With the dog deciding to fall to bits in october and the fees leading up to Christmas spiking mine is a lot less extravagant than i hoped for, was nearly going without completely but bundled in with another Bigga to help take the sting out of the fees and managed to secure a couple of nice bits of flower from The Spacemen and a juicy little chunk of hash from Eddy is on its way, theres a little bit of tasty badder on the shelf and some of BBs Future#1 kief in the grinder so still a huge improvement on the street weed i was smoking last Christmas.

So, weed wise I'm down to about just over 1/4 of BB's Future #1, and a bit under for UKCannaFarm's Gorilla Zkittlez. In other jars I have some Hippy Crashers, Frosted Cakes, NYC Sour Diesel and Galactic Cookies (all from Eddy). There're a few different Persy Slabs that need to be put in the e-nail too. Have small amounts of Caviar and Live Resin from Canadian Imports too, and a 50:50 live resin Green Crack cart from GVC. Still have some Paris Gold from Hashishin too, but that's definitely old skool hash and consumption of that will be in joints for me. About half of the ICC hash that RealD sent me as my on-the-fly competition win (superb stuff, superb vendor, and very amusing guy). Oh, and the THC23 piatella too, which again, really should be smoked in the e-nail soon... Oh, and 10g of truffles from DrShroom that I really need to have soon and give the feedback I promised! Ho ho ho!

😂 I’m pleasantly stoned thanks. Smoking your zuki hash all day 🙌. The 🐷 wouldn’t worry me with that stash majority of them are between 0.3/1.2. Only 3 or 4 have more than 7g 😂.

Sounds amazing. I also mostly raided THC23s treasure chest for my chrimbo stash. Hashwise, got some Ktama, CMF limosa and a tiny bit of their Manala cream. Also got a little bit of CI’s billionaire and Richard Mille. Budwise, got some blue cheese, Doap x doap and Lemon peel x moonbow - all THC23. Also got a little bit of Spritz from KiG and a bit of haze from Stardawg Line. Managed to get a few chocolate bars from MJ concentrates as well. Tried to get some THC syrup from EE but the network fees humped me and tripled like mid transaction. Still, I’m grateful for what I’ve got and sure I’ll still have a blast. I don't use everyone but for me Green Cat and Shroom of the Loom have always been very good. Recently I've had very good experiences with The Spacemen and Gassed too.

To be honest I’ve had no issues with vendors since using lb and I am grateful for the quality of the items I’ve ordered.

Yeah I loved their bud, planning on trying their shrooms when I find the right time for a trip!
I tried the spacemen's polkadot shroom chocolate bars was in a different dimension highly recommend and they would also be my vendor of the year but i haven't tried many others tbh as I've always had a good experience with thespacemen!

Ohhhweeeeee this is nice, smells like sweet fruit and candy to me, very unique smell.
The bud looks great, absolutely covered in trichs as you can see from the picture.
Extremely smooth smoke, a lot of flower hits my throat pretty hard but I barely noticed with this, lovely and sweet on the exhale, this is going to be a treat more than a daily driver for sure.
For this price this is exactly the quality I would expect, it feels like a hybrid to me, got me wandering aimlessly to the snack cupboard.
Very well packaged!

Everybody has there own limits and budgets and I can agree it’s pricey for “one joint” but if price is broken down to individual items in each donut king aswell as labour packaging etc it’s not actually too bad of a price. I’ve paid between £70/100 on the street and I would buy them again.
