I messaged the refund Borg 17 days ago with my initial inquiry. I gave them the number I sent the bitcoin to (info from my wallet) and the amount. They asked me for the order ID which I no longer have a record of. I don’t know if the info has been lost because I cancelled the order? When I questioned how I could possibly get hold of it they came back a few days later quoting a different number to the one I had sent them and said it hadn’t been cancelled?
If they have the order ID why can’t they simply message whoever the vendor was and find out from there?
What is the TXID? Sorry, but I need layman’s terms.

Hi . Been having same issue . Made a order transaxe says it has received payment but still hasn’t confirmed on the network blockchain . Order still says unpaid. Been over 24hours now too. I don’t no what’s going on at least now I no I’m not the only one having issues.

Transaction priority goes to whoever pays more gas fees and my guess is LB/Transaxe are using by default minimal fees to process transaction realistically..

Also I haven’t received any payments for last 2 days to my wallet.

I could be wrong but that’s what I think is going on.

i use kraken. so far, they've never asked for any info. easy peasy.

I use uphold, setup your own wallet and send from uphold to that and then from your wallet to LB. When sending on uphold you just enter that you own the address and give them the name of the wallet provider. So for me that is Exodus. I them mark it as "moving funds to my non-custodial wallet" and i have never had any issues so far.

I also had a problem with my first but it’s not the devices fault. The heating element and air draw must be at the bottom and because the live resin is so thick it creates a big bubble. If the live resin isn’t touching the bottom then you get little puff!

First of all I tried a lighter, it worked but i did melt it slightly. Best way I found is to leave the cart only on a hot water pipe in the house. Leave it for a hour and all the live resin will become more viscous and resettle at the bottom

The easiest way is to take a bowl, add some boiling water from the kettle, then place another bowl on top. Add the cart to the bowl without water and let it sit for 1–2 minutes it’s essentially the doubleboil method, but the heat from the boiled kettle water is plenty. ✌️

Pour a cup of tea and sit the cart next to the mug, just touching. By the time your cuppa is brewed, the cart is ready for use

There's no such thing as a Royal Mail "naughty list" so you definitely don't need to worry about that. They don't have the legal authority to enforce drug laws and its not their responsibility. Absolute worst case they'll pass the package to the local plod but 99.99% chance its just stuck in a sorting centre.

I have heard that RM sometimes sends letters to people saying "that was very naughty; don't do it again". Even so, stealth is usually good enough that you can't tell what is in the parcel without tearing though several layers of packaging first. I assume RM does not generally have time to dig out what is, ultimately, a needle in a haystack.

The most likely explaination is that it has got lost somewhere. Or that someone nefarious opened it, realized they hit jackpot, and nicked it.

I recently made a purchase which didn't turn up. Upon checking the tracking it showed that the package had arrived at my local sorting office and was then collected from there by me a few minutes later, which is impossible as I'd have to have been waiting for it to arrive at the sorting office. Got a msg from someone in my street the other day, whilst i was picking up the kids - the police are at your door. Followed by a picture. Took 40ish mins to get home and find a cease desist letter sticking out the door for 'importation of cannabis' after my parcel was delivered to the wrong address! Cancard is at the discretion of the police, I have personally had an officer tell me he would have sent me to court with or without a cancard. Medical prescriptions are different and the police can’t prosecute you as you are legally in possession of the bud, if prescribed bud was seized, yes you could go to the station and claim it back with your matching prescription in hand, if it’s from Biggy I doubt this would work and seems like asking for trouble.
The good thing here is that RM can’t legally open your mail and when the plod do, as it’s not in your possession there’s nothing they can do. They won’t be setting up a controlled delivery for such small amounts.
Once you have the bud, CanCard or not the police can and will prosecute for personal use, I know this from experience.

YES some police will use discretion, I have been caught 4 up in a car stinking of cannabis and been told to get on my way but I’ve also been caught and convicted when my car didn’t smell, I was by myself and hadn’t used recently.
