Hope everyone is having a great week so far!

We got this review, most vendors wouldn’t respond to a 7/10 but we have high standards for ourselves

So mentions of melted on arrival.. Guys, we promise we don’t ship globs of melted chocolate 🤣

Even if we did it’d be hardened by the time it arrives! 🍫

First we’ve heard of this, if anyone’s order does arrive melted, you’re more than welcome to put it in the fridge for 5 mins it’s literally a chocolate bar 🤣

For the “Jiffy bag”, we use boxes 99% of the time we only use postal pouches when we run out & we’ve heard no complaint until now

i think people just have a habit to complain the dumbest things its a chocolate bar what does the person expect.. unless the customer wants to pay extra and have a bar sent in a freeze pack, lol.

In fairness, multiple reviews do warn that the product doesn't do the best in hot weather. I am sympathetic, as melty chocolate is more annoying to break into doses, but it's hardly like the sellers are wapping it in the microwave for a few cheeky spins before posting.

A question for you....
how do you expect any of us short time customers to become long time customers when you don't look after the short time customers (awful Comms, I have no idea why I paid for next day delivery).

I commend you for being honest, but you're not selling honesty. Your product is great but your service is atrocious and honestly speaking I'm sure most people here would agree, if we knew this how we would be treated we would skip this shop. I won't review 1/10 to give you a chance to sort this out asap and regain my trust but so far the service received is that bad, that any merits the product has, gets completely wiped out by the service.

Wonka sort this nonsense out!

I been already told and advised by professionals to not order any vape juices thc online b3cause in most they containt spices and synthetics. And I'm sure Wonkas is doing the same. He lies he makes his own juices but that's bs bro. Its nearly not possible otherwise there would be a lot of that shit online. I give it 80% its synthetic and I can say because I already had chest pains by smoking his stuff so weird AF. Will never order from him again. And his business will be much more down in next 5 weeks. Its vape juice, that's been infused with THC. Why would anyone make, or sell anything containing spice, when per gram, THC works out cheaper?

I don't, and won't buy the liquid, but that's because I'd rather vape Resin. Spice has very different effects than THC, and clearly according to the reviews, that's what's in it. Unless you actually follow through with the Wedinos test you threatened on your other post lol.

Chased my order of 3 chocolates. Was asked for postcode to track the package. Was told it's been held in a delivery depot for a number of days. Not sure I believe that but whatever. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks now.

I've been offered a replacement item but I wanted chocolate.

Maybe you can tell by the title & our recent reviews, we have been having issues with royal mail.

We are completely changing our delivery schedule & partner.

We'll be using Evri from now on.

We are now shipping same day order paid.

Even if you order 11:30pm we will ship it that same night & it'll be collected 11am next morning for next day delivery.

Don't worry you wont have to sign for any parcels it will all be delivered as usual.

We just received this review, The customer's partner had 1.5 squares out of 14 (per bar) and was "Happy as pie" But 4/10 review??

He mentions 'biscotti' ? I guess he's referring to our biscoff bar as we don't sell that.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion of course, but 'happy as pie' = 4/10 is not fair.

We're a new vendor & reviews like this really hurt us! We ask can the customer please reconsider?

Just wanted to respond to this review and to warn other vendors quickly

We hate to do this we really do, it's super rare that we have a customer like this but it's not fair on us.

The customer "draco420" Has been black listed from our store, other vendors might want to do the same

He's sent me over 100 messages.. Threatening/making bad reviews, making topics posts about me, spreading lies about my products..

He uses these as "weapons" when he's not getting the special treatment he wants.

100+ messages. All within about 10 days.. he's made 1 single order.. for $180..

He claimed he was missing a single 3.5 of hash from his order. We sent him a new item out of good will.

Now he's disputed the whole $180 after he knows it's on the way..

Also lied in his review saying we sell spice.. We would never even dream of selling spice..

Anyway.. Let's forget about that..

Hello fellow biggas. I have ordered 3x hashes and 2x 2500mg juices from the vendor Wonkas on 21 Nov and I received order but one hash was missing so I asked nicely and all done on pm if he can post juice instead. He said he did and did itb4/5 days ago. Nothing arrived yet. He also ignores me now. What i am supposed to do? Should I dispute? I didnt make any proof that he sent 1 hash missing. Thanks biggas!

If it doesn't arrive, and you've communicated with the vendor, then raise a dispute when the option becomes available 9 days after the item was marked as sent. You'll be amazed how quickly people respond after that. Really seems to focus people's attention.

Remember that post can take longer at this time of year, and it'll only get worse nearer Christmas. Obviously the postage is out of your hands in this case, but I'd advise everyone to use T24 at least, and SNDD for preference at this time of year.

I think we have the biggest range of edibles to be honest. You can find us at the top of most reviewed.
I wouldn't trust anything that says 500mg a packet if you can eat the whole pack. Our gummies are 250mg a pack. if you ate just one of our packs you'd be on another planet. I know people who have done this after eating a pack of the 500mg sprayed ones going around.

If you are looking for gummys then give Dr. Distilliate a try, pretty much bang on with haribos gummy bears, I find them to be very consistently dosed and they are homemade too, full spectrum ones are the best in my experience.

I really liked. Not had edibles from Dr Distilliate before but i found them to be strong on the THC. Many edibles for me can feel tpo speedy, I much prefer a couch lock vibe and those edibles gave that. Cheers
