I don’t understand how he can be the only customer out of 50 sales of this product to make such wild false accusations about my product. If what he was saying was true there is no way it wouldn’t reflect on my reviews. I welcome his dispute as any mod/admin will see my reviews and know he is talking bullshit.

Also, his order is from 21st of November. And he messages me 15 days later one day before escrow closes to start a dispute. Vendors be aware before you accept an order off this character.

Good thing most customers are honest unlike this chancer who has run out of smoke the last day of escrow and dying for a joint LOL down bad attempt at blackmailing for free green.

Sounds like a bullshit dispute system. Would highly consider it a deal breaker and take my business elsewhere depending on the outcome of my first few inevitable disputes from scum bags like Patric.

7-9 days to come is pretty outrageous statement. In DMs you said 6 Days+

His order was placed 20nov, shipped 21nov, when Anpost was still operating smoothly and NO orders where taking longer then 2 days. You can refer to my reviews around that time. They have since deteriorated in speed due to Xmas overload in postage.

The first message I received from Patric in relation to his supposed problem was today at 13:07.
15 days and 19 hours after his order was placed, and 5 hours before escrow released. The message was essentially give me money or weed or I dispute. His first message to me about this problem was AFTER he made this thread, seemingly days ago although I can’t find a time stamp.

Let’s pretend like the parcel somehow took 9 days domestically as you are stating , and you were out of town etc. you should have texted me 4 days ago when you supposedly began to dry the weed.

I have fulfilled several orders for Ozs for several different customers that have 100s of buys on this site, everybody is happy with my product at the prices I’m charging. I have sold over 500grams of cherry limeaid on this site, and his 10 gram order is the only one with these crazy problems

It makes zero sense as a vendor to sell a product as you describe on a website that has 16 day escrow and is entirely based on a review system. Somebody selling such product would not see a single dollar from their attempts. We do only good business.

I also want to state he received a reply at 14:17, 70 mins after his complaint. We are always online and reachable unlike other vendors. So there is really no excuse for the lack of contact until the last minute.

Your assumption is incorrect. I was looking for your information for record keeping and so I can investigate the supposed problem. Hard to investigate something that happened nearly 3 weeks ago now but. The algorithm bot shall decide. If it rules in your favour I am seriously reconsidering doing business on this site. We pay 10% on every transaction and patiently wait 16 days for funds even after buyer has left 10/10 review. the least somebody could do is manually review the situation. Even if it rules on buyers favour I will be a lot happier then an automatic decision.

It makes you seem not genuine. The timeline, plus the topic, plus the instant ultimatum in the same message I even found out the problem existed.

It makes me feel as though I would send you more product and I would just end up another 10grams short you will say more things that was wrong with it and continue your dispute and I will be 20grams plus the bitcoin down. That’s why I will just leave it up
To the settlement Borg. If you genuinely received subpar service from me I apologise but from my POV I have no way to determine you vs a scammer. You say you have plenty and while I don’t doubt you, there is a lot of cannabis smokers in Ireland that the same couldn’t be said for.

If the message was more along the lines off “that product wasn’t up to standard. I wasn’t able to smoke it without coughing. Is there anything you could do for me?” Would have came across a lot more genuine to me then “the product was soaking wet. It was sprayed with terps. It is unfit for human consumption. Make it right or face dispute” all in the one message.

Combine that with timeline and topic and my pov might start to make more sense to you.

My problem with your topic has nothing to do with my name being attached. My reputation is solid I’ve never had less than a 9/10 review. I am happy to defend my name.

My problem with your topic is that zero communication was made with me beforehand. It makes me think you made this topic to see if you had a chance of strong arming me instead of reaching out to me first and you may of never even needed to start a dispute.

Who makes a topic saying could I start a dispute meanwhile the vendor hasn’t even got a clue that you had an issue with the order.

You can say whatever you like but it’s easy to make excuses in hindsight. It’s a huge red flag as a vendor. I’m curious how any other vendor would approach this considering the different aspects.

And in my opinion your very lucky a bot will decide the outcome because any human is gonna see the red flags if they even look into it for 2 minutes.
