But now these guys have my money potentially for my next order I don't have any extra to be spending on bc so I am at thier mercy really untill they send me that order or I get the refund so frustrating when you get a vendor like this as I said in my last comment maybe there's a genuine problem but if there is be HONEST and hold hands up dont string us further along that's what makes me think they might be doing a runner because why would you do all this ? The last time this happened to me and some other buyers the vendor strung us along took all our money and did a runner which I did get back from borg dispute and that another thing isn't it we will have a dispute on our reputation aswell ! In 7 years and many buys I have only 3 disputes this being the 3rd ! I hope a resolve is mate good luck mate 👍

I agree mate, very frustrating. Like you say, if there was clear and honest communication from the seller it would at least shed some light on the situation.

But no, we have to wait now until this whole dispute goes through. I did read somewhere though that the dispute won't count against you if it's found that the seller was being fraudulent.

Not sure how that's decided though, but surely with the amount of messages I've seen on this sellers page about orders not arriving recently, there's quite a bit of evidence to support us all that this seller is pulling a fast one.

Let's wait and see I suppose, just want it sorted either way to be honest.

His tactics are to see if you follow up. Then he will ignore you for days with not a gram of contact. I was lucky to have mine show up but it was grim which made things worse. Many messages and once a shite pointless reply to which we all got apparently. THIS GUY IS HURTING PEOPLE AND SHOULD BE REMOVED BORGG. We are all normal decent people here,following the rules. Well I never received a reship after he again asked for my address again 😅 when he messaged I thought it was nice off him .I should of known why message me at all to do that is beyond me but I won't be back buying from him ...avoid

Agreed my last batch of trim was packed full of buds and the trim was lovely and fresh, top vendor is LV!

At 9.4 out of 10 and a stack of disputes and complaining I would say they are not a top vendor by any means

I agree I for one was one of those unlucky customers he didn't care about when your 14 g order never arrived. Shocking vendor stay clear!

But then there are other vendors selling literally fake hash and getting 10/10 scores for it . Can't trust the reviews on here . LV is my top vendor by far . Quality , deliver time , and price are all on point .

Royal mails fault, not LV on my parcel. Parcel was delivered to the entirely wrong street, and cant really tell royal fail they delivered green to the wrong house.

am still new around here. just got a delivery from them, 2 days. but 1 item missing. so lets see how good they are at reading and replying to people. This is my first problem with a vendor, am hoping they sent it separately

Nope had a message saying being sent this week but no mention of when and seing as it should have been sent special delivery as that's what I paid for on the 11th DECEMBER! I think the least they could do would be to let us know wtf is going on as I need to make sure someone can be here to sign for it aswell they do not give 2 fucks about there customers and they left us to burn over Christmas so if they can do that to us then I seriously doubt they are even gonna bother making things right with us I just wish they'd hurry up and just refund us at least own it and make amends!! Or send me what I'm owed !

Yes I totally agree even if they send now I would still have a bad taste after this fiasco buyers do not deserve to be treated like this without fair reason and obviously stringing us all along honesty is key here and that's the bottom line isn't it
When your ordering from a vendor thats the least you should expect ! I mean maybe there's a genuine explanation and if there is then just come out with it but :
they marked it as sent when it clearly wasn't .
Ignored pretty much all messages .
Replied with false promises saying it be with us before Christmas.
Then Come back to us and say oh sorry we been on holiday will send this week quite an obnoxious message considering all the facts then back to ghosting us again !

In a similar situation, vendor has not been online for 9 days, but who knows what they are up to over the holidays.
It is possible that resolution may not be an option for them at the moment.
From reading past stories, however, I have some confidence that this will be resolved when they return.
Just gonna leave this one on the back burner until they are online again.

Mate they fucked me over at christmas recieved nothing made order on 11 /12 NDD then ghosted me for ages then asked for name an adress I gave... they never got back to me left me sitting waiting on my phone as I knew they were online and literally just sent me a message then next day they sent message will re ship said don't worry you'll have by Xmas and still to this day not heard anything!

Oh god not you aswell sorry to hear that I wonder whats going on very strange I've also started dispute now the knock on effect for me was I ordered quickly from HEMP LADY to try and make sure i had something over Christmas and they sent me Fake hash! In all my years of buying I've only had to make 3 disputes this being one of them , that hemp lady , and ages ago I was knocked by a vendor who ran away with everyone's money an I think I joined LB in 2017 so in 7 years 3 disputes but 2 came at once! At christmas! I hope you get some resolve such a shame that a few ruin it for many we should get all our money back from I'm just skint now so I can't even order untill it's sorted or resolve is met , thanks for your input please update us all in due course 😊

Same. Waiting 8 days for my package despite it being marked as sent. Sent 5 messages. They haven't replied. Never had any issues with LV in the past. I don't know what's going on but a bit of communication would go a long way from them.

Yeah totally get it mate. I've always ordered the pilon hash off LV and like i said theyve always been bang on with me, even with this delay im not tooooo worried tbh. Theyve got back to me in dms today as well. And yeah all vendors are different I guess so it's good to have a few!

Still waiting aswell, ordered on the 11th and was marked sent next day around 13:00, msesaged me again about a week later saying they will be shipping ASAP but still nothing, I've had to do a dispute as I have heard nothing and have no clue if I'll be receiving my package I'm hoping it comes Monday.
