if there is a simple effective way to win the economy back from china this it. the technology is there, the motive and so is the will in the american government.
You lot having been hitting the ganja too hard! It’s simple biology that caused this outbreak. When living things breed their dna is copied but this isn’t a perfect process and sometimes errors in this process causes mutations. Where viral generations can be a matter of minutes rather than years microbial life is much more susceptible to mutations such as becoming more virulent and resistant to existing medicine. Or as is suspected in this outbreak a type of virus may live happily in a certain species of animal without causing harm but a mutation allows it to cross the species barrier and infect humans, but where humans aren’t it’s usual host it can cause harm. Unfortunately this is more common in areas where bush meat is traded because your going to get a range of different animal diseases that may cross the species barrier and there’s no biohazard control like you would get in an abattoir. Seriously, linking Coronavirus with 5g and the royals!? Why not throw in reptilians for good measure? Posts like this make me weep for humanity.

The conditions of this lab were investigated a few years ago by the American government, during the time that the lab was advertising jobs for coronavirus researchers. The conditions were extremely poor.

I was an anti vaxer so didn’t willingly roll up my sleeve till I caught Covid and spent the next 3 weeks hooked up to machines in ICU. It’s kinda fucked me up in the long run too. During my recovery I spoke to a dr who was an expert on biology and had done a thesis on viruses in university. He explained to me how it works and how it has mutated and most likely jumped from species to species. As humanity continues to expand across the globe at a rapid rate pandemics will happen. We will most likely get another in the next 30 years. Why the vaccine was created so quickly was it had been worked on for years. Since the SARS outbreak in Asia in the early 2000s. As coronavirus is a type of SARS or is very closely related (on this I’m not sure) it wasn’t really created quickly. Doctors and scientists just had to adapt their work slightly. It wasn’t an easy process by any means but so many people will involved in its creation. I respect everyone’s rights and opinions on vaccines but really they are a GREAT thing. Much peace and love.

I certainly wont have any vaccination for sure. I wager though the governments will make it passive aggressive mandatory. What i mean by that is they probably wont make the jab law, but ibet eventually those that decline the jab will be forbidden from foreign travel or something similar. Yes, it seems like believing that individual rights (like bodily autonomy) are not negotiable makes you crazy, fringe and anything else negative nowadays.
The subtle conditioning makes progressives point at any libertarian (whether left or right leaning) and make a flurry of outrageous accusations just by the virtue they believe in strong individual and property rights instead of focusing on group rights.

There’s a very interesting book written by Dean Koontz in 1981 The Eyes Of Darkness, that mentions a virus created in a lab just outside wuhan in labs called Wuhan-400, and he’s prediction is that it will affect humanity around 2020! Wether it’s genuine everyone can make up their own mind, interesting he mentions it though!

So as the world moves on to the latest set of consoles I'm wondering what the biggas think where the best games of the last gen? what are your must plays? did you find any hidden gems? found a good game to play with a spliff in hand? :P

GTA has to be one of the best games to play when your smashed without a doubt, I could just drive my car round for days when I'm stoned haha

It was an amazing game to be fair, great story playthough as well switching between the 3. Mad to think it came on the previous gen, it must be almost 10years old now? I wonder if we'll ever get a new one though?
I love racing games so at moment I'm playing Forza Horizon 5 a lot, Red Dead Redemption 2 is worth a look and you'd have to have a heart of stone not to cry playing it.

Smash bros, Mario kart and zelda breath of the wild on the switch. Recently finished god of war and enjoyed that, the first spiderman was good but found the miles morales to be rushed and a glorified dlc.

I recently re discovered the world of Sony PlayStation having been xboxing for years. Got a PS4 on the cheap about 8 months before ps5 came out. Playing their exclusives I have to say some of them are the best, in my opinion of last gen. So my list starts with last of us, last of us 2,any Nathan drake game, horizon dawn. Then you got to have GTA5 and RdDR2. Gems for me are things like little nightmares, hotline Miami 1 & 2. The Res Evil 2 remake was awesome. And my fav game of recent times that has matured like a fine wine, is Days Gone. In case you wondered, I love a zombie apocalypse game….goes well with a spliff or 2. You can get most of these games on the cheap now. A mention for ghost of tshumia , got a ps5 update as well, so if you got a ps5 you can play the last great PS4 exclusive in shiny ps5 mode….
Uncharted, Horizon Zero Dawn, RDR2, GTA are all bangers. See I've gone the other way years been a sony fan boy then tempted by gamepass & jumped to the darkside. Can't go wrong either way

Showing my age now perhaps but I burnt out on 1st person shooters a long time ago. I remember playing half life, unreal tournament and the like, playing the first few CODS and Medal of Honours. These games really haven’t changed that much over the years except with better graphics etc, but maybe that can be said of most genres. At one point first person shooters would be all I played so maybe that is why I rarely play them these daysrecent first person shooter games I enjoyed though are alien isolation and Wolfenstein for a quick blast of ultra violence

Minecraft... After this I started feeling beta and watched Mike Tyson videos to restore the balance. Great on last and next gen. Incredibly relaxing.
I'm 46 now and didn't play games much when I was younger but we all used to play Mario Kart on the cartridge console in all sorts of twisted states and used to have a total blast. Recently discovered PUBG on the IPad and am kind of hooked. It's so much fun and you end up doing stupid dances and stuff yet highly skillful also. Skydive in with your mates and let the mayhem commence.
Some of those old school games were the best for playing with a bunch of mates, some other good examples outside of mario kart. How about micro machines, does anyone remember speed ball…..back in the day the original tekken on PS got played a lot in my group, any of the old worms games, v good for taking turns, passing the blunt….

Just finished the Mass Effect legendary edition I'm going to put that out there as the best trilogy, first time I've played all 3 properly and on one save - I played it pretty much every day for the past 3 months lol at this point I am Shepard, my best friends are a Quarian named Tali and a Turian named Garrus and I AM commander of the Normandy! :P

I'm playing it on an original xbox one with a non HD TV and it still looks amazing. The set up where I play it is in a garden shed - I've come back to it tonight for the first time in 2 months (warmer at night now) and it blows cyberpunk 2077 out

If your looking for a multiplayer FPS i highly recommend r6. I play on PC but has alot of console players aswell only game which gets the adrenaline proper pumping for me. High skill gap alot to learn generally fun solo even better with a coordinated stack of friends. edit: Might not be the best game when stoned but it is for me i know a few of my mates who cant play it to well stoned but for me it locks me in even more

Its been a few years since i have been but the best shops last time were MrK&co and family first and also I had a great time in Reefer - they had some fire dutch and import. for me its more about the atmosphere - I am a chilled stoner and cant stand the ultra busy and loud shops.
Katsu, Mr K, Family First, Bagheera, Bluebird. That's probably my current top 5. I was last there in December.
Probably my favourite Coffeeshop if I had to choose one. You can always rely on Solo’s quality, especially their hash.
I love 1eHulp, for quality of product and a nice place too, a bit of a walk out of the centre but worth it
1eHulp ('First Aid') is a great choice, and not the only good reason for walking out of the centre, it's in a cool part of town. All the best bits of the Dam lie beyond the Prinsengracht. Flower Power round the corner on the Rozengracht is my fave, I discovered Manala Cream in there. Yum!

been twice this year, babas coffee shop was my personal favourite, good price dutch, great seating and a ball vape ready for you to use if you would like at no extra cost. It’s not in central (15 min bus from station) but i also absolutely love basjoes if you’re lucky enough to sit in the booth.

I have read in many places where people claim that canabis was an ingredient used in the anointing oil in the old testament temple .
They claim that the Hebrew word Kaneh Bosem used to be translated as canabis but is now translated as calamus or sweet cane.

I always remember an old boy originally from Yorkshire I worked with a few years ago. He told me a story about the time he went to court for cannabis charges and quoted the bible in his defence.

Hi Philjgrove, it's an interesting theory and would be enjoyable if it's true, but I think it's controversial, of course the conservative Christians wouldn't go with this. I know there is a book on the subject "Cannabis: Lost Sacrament of the Ancient World" by Chris Bennet, also a couple of episodes of podcast "Great moments in weed history" on this subject :-)
Scripture doesn't condemn cannabis but it doesn't condone smoking or being habitually inebriated (your body is a temple, kingdom of heaven not to be inherited by the drunk) but it depends on whether you interpret 'drunk' as relating only to alcohol or having it be a more general term for not being sober. I don't live by the bible but I personally believe God doesn't make mistakes and wouldn't put it here if he didn't want us to use it.

I dont mind that people expect good quality shake but ive been getting too many orders from anonymous people and then they complain that the order hasnt got much popcorn nugs inside, so just to clarify, when we restock on shake, we get quantities of weight that could potentially be used for bench press, so when we check our product, our descriptions come from what we can see after some serious digging throughout the packs, however there may be slight inconsistencies within the pack that make some people get a little bit extra or less of a certain item(popcorn nugs).
So i can understand if there isnt alot of popcorn nugs in your order, but the item you are ordering has a description that states, there are popcorn nugs throughout the pack, doesnt mean you get only popcorn nugs.

You will never win with some people on here. It’s sad because it’s only went this way recently and people who order shake need to realise it’s shake, which is pot luck, and that’s why it’s a good price. There are plenty other items to choose from. I personally do not care and I am just grateful I don’t have to piss about with local dealers with dodgy weed. It’s still far better than you would get on the street.

For me taste is what matters with shake I’ve had shit like burning plastic for the same price and really smooth actual smokeable and enjoyable shake , but I must say most Shake I’ve had from lb has been trash never gives you a try tho so I’m not sure

Not saying I agree with it, but there's an argument to say that Mutually Assured Destruction saves lives. I wouldn't want to go back to the times of the trenches and millions of young men dying for no reason other than a bit of dirt in the south of France.
If nuclear weapons allow the big boys to wave their fists at eachother, realise the whole thing is probably a bad idea then find something else to do I'm all for it.
Unfortunately we don't live in utopia,so deterrents are neccesary, for right or wrong it's just the way it is. I'd rather have the nukes than not have them put it that way.

this is a good analogy and it points to the hopelessness of the situation. matches are only getting cheaper.

I don’t really think their is much chance of these weapons actually being used. That is not the purpose of a nuclear deterrent. For the record I would rather they didn’t exist. Hi, I am back taking shrooms, first time for over 30 years. Start small just to check your tolerance. 5 to 1g is where I have held my consumption so far, but I am not looking for a full brown trip, just relaxation really.

I micro-dose them when i'm in the mood, around 0.2g or so maybe a bit more.

If I have an inclination to bake, I ground up my shrooms 6g, mix in 2g hash, and make a 10 square chocolate bar. Good for microdosing or high stepping. Hash takes away nausea and adds to the effects of the shrooms.
Break/cut them up into small pieces, then put them in fresh orange juice and drink them, the quicker you do it the more it will taste like orange juice

I was under impression boiling water kills/reduce psilocybin and its best to wait a bit for temp to drop when brewing, unless I'm mistaken?
Considering the experience of myself and many others on long brewed high doses of liberty caps this is complete bollocks. Bring it to the boil initially, then simmer. We brewed the 150+ dried mushrooms per person into tea for a good 15-20 minutes or so on the hob until it was a foul looking mixture. Got you ridiculously high for 6-8 hours. Only recently did I find out the recommended dosages, and whatever we did was the highest possible level as I once spent 3-4 hours just trying to roll a joint while observing and thinking. Never done any shrooms in anything other than tea until my recent chocolate bar experience, and always worked way too well.
I only use B+ positive strain for dosing (micro is a different story)

i'm really interested in any bigga's experience because i don't think it can work in a noticeable way if you smoke weed.
My personal experience is is microdosing a variety of psychedelics, including weed. In fact I only microdose weed and never get wasted on it anymore and it’s so much better for my mental health and over all anxiety levels. Getting too stoned has negative effects for me anyway like not being able to function in normal settings anymore! Don’t get me wrong on the odd occasion with a bunch of mates we can have a little bit more than a micro but as an everyday smoke/vape I believe in micro dosing all the way! The more you do it the more you realise you don’t need as much to get the exact same health benefits if not more because you aren’t flooding your Endocannabinoid system. But yeah that my personal experience. I like combining that with mushies and lsd micros…every one has a different function and place so it’s about finding what works for you!

I make oil and butter, FECO, RSO and tincture out of the weed I buy and tincture is easiest for microdosing. Plus a little goes a looong way! I'm in the UK so the grain alcohol I use is just under 70% alcohol so I used to put drops under my tongue but now I put on a sugar cube and dissolve it under the tongue.
I smoke a lot of weed and I can still feel it. Depending on the strain I’ll have between 0.6 and a gram a time and love the feeling of coming up on them. Things can go a bit wibbly but that’s part of the fun. That’s Monday Wednesday and Friday. Saturday I have a day off and Sunday morning do 3 drops of psychonauts leisure time Lucy and walk around all day smiling :)

I've been journeying into microdosing Amanita and Psilosybin with Cacao. Very nice results indeed. Very subtle but beautiful effects. Increased energy levels (and strength). Lots of emotional release too. Combining a THC cookie also has amazing weekend results for me. Forest walking is just sublime, but with presence, peace, and legs of steel.
I tried with the caps from Gassed.
I definitely noticed a subtle effect / sensation after swallowing the first cap. I’m not a heavy toker tho, weekends really.
Difficult to describe any tangible benefits. I thought I felt a bit more on the ball and also creative. Whether that was real or my imagination I can’t say but it felt real. Would do again.

Don't know if this thread is still going, but interesting to see what direction everyone takes in films to watch when stoned. I tend to go for comedies; South Park movie, Wayne's World, Ace Ventura, Happy Gilmore. If I'm really mashed I usually end up on YouTube watching undersea vids of sea creatures - jellyfish & rays especially. Can get quite beautifully trippy :)

Okay, I’m going to try and verbalise through text the last couple of weeks.
I live with CPTSD and I treat it with cannabis mostly…always.
I received the medicine and decided to wait until the next day before trying as I wasn’t in work (I work in a middle class bar)
This has been a process over a few weeks, even though I only received the medicine a week ago. I’m going to try to explain.
The first morning of sampling the medicine I followed the directions and put one drop under my tongue followed up with 40 minutes of hemisync meditation. Upon completion I walked to the common and fed the crows as per usual…except this time the trees were breathing. I couldn’t “see” it, but I saw it.
I got called into work as they had no staff, which was fine, just an issue I had to deal with at that moment in time. It’s fine. On the way into work I was looking at everything…I saw a pigeon strutting along and behind him was a boy in a blazer with pure intent to kick that pigeon…by pure chance I happened to walk where I needed to be to take the kick rather than the pigeon…shit like that kept happening alll day.
The next day I worked, the following day I tried one drop of the medicine with similar results except for the child in the blazer.
Another couple of days of work and when I had a day off I decided to try again, this time two drops. After taking the medicine I went to a wooded area I know and waited for the medicine to take effect…for me this was a much better dose. I wasn’t tripping…but I wasn’t not tripping. Obviously I had a moment between me a crow and a squirrel…but you don’t need to know about that.
I tried a few more “double” dosages to similar affect. That’s the sweet spot for me.
I found an element of my behaviour I wasn’t happy with over the weekend so I decided to follow it see what was going on. I snorted half a gram of ketamine and started dancing to Pulp, within a few minutes I became a spiral as I breathed in and a cogged spiral when I breathed out…then I became an atom and fell into the fabric of reality and settled within a massive spiral that encompassed life. Spent an age there. When I came around on my bed I took a “double” micro dose to analyse what I had experienced.
For the week before my girlfriend had been complaining about snails eating a plant that she’s been growing and she laid some of the blue snail killer stuff so since then I’ve been capturing snails and explaining that if they stay here they will die and putting them in the garden next door…I would talk to the spiral…it’s sacred right?
So yeah…the spiral. After the ketamine trip and the “double” dose I was watching my girlfriend poke the mud with a fork thing and she turned and gave me a snail shell…spiral side facing…my ketamine trip (other mes favourite way of processing shit) barged into my LSD “trip” very rudely to remind me of my place within the breathing spiral (which, as an atom, was all of it) of life.
After a couple of weeks I have stopped waking up with a bolt of fear (obviously I’ve been doing a lot of shadow work whilst going through this journey) and I feel more connected to me, myself, nature and every single human being I have encountered…even the kid in the blazer has an element of me in him.
I’ve read that microdosing could be a placebo, I have had nothing but positive results and will be ordering more…just dosed differently (20 instead of ten)
I’ve spoke to the “seller” a number of times about some random shit and they’re always up for a chat. Couldn’t ask for a better seller of medicine.

I haven’t worked with a “psychologist” since being in a residential rehabilitation centre but he introduced me to shadow work. I know the different aspects of myself and I have become friends with him.
I have a few healers in my life that are always offering to “heal” me…since yesterday I have been speaking to a guy about my last few weeks and we are going to try and combine both of me if we are willing…otherwise I would solely be all over the medicine through these guys.

We are glad it works for you but we are also aware that snorting anything isn't really the best for your nose. We are not against ketamine...but we know that it cause people to loose bladder function in long term use...so just saying that working with Lucy she teaches you to take better care of your body. There is no reason to rush the understanding of any trip...sometimes it takes years to make sense of your journey.
Deciphering is where the magic happens...the journey is the lesson so be mindful not to want to rush to the finish line by wanting to immediately understand your experience. Be patient..thoughtful and open to learn from the beauty of life:-)

Yeah, I forgot to mention. My relationship with food and my body/movement has changed. While on the medicine certain foods would just be rejected. I’ve gone back to a paleo diet. One morning I woke up and just started doing body weight exercises. It’s a much better way of burning the energy I find I have in the morning…I don’t like stare at myself in the mirror or take selfies or anything, but my relationship with my body is more in tune to what it should be.
It’s well hard to explain everything with words…and at the moment it’s well disjointed, but proper interconnected 😂

No, doesn’t work. I had $105 in mine, trying to pay $90, wouldn’t let me. So I put in another $90, balance was $195. So I've read here about biggas dropping hash into their coffee, sounds like a lovely time, but I've always been too sceptical to try it as I'm not convinced it's going to get me stoned, especially in black coffee as surely there's no fat for the THC to bind to for you to metabolize it?
I've read about milk infusions, and I guess that could be happening on some scale when you drop a bit of hash into a coffee, but my question is wouldn't you need to decarb hash the same way you do with bud? Googling yields a lot of conflicting information, some even claiming that dercabing takes place when the hash is produced and that further decarbing isn't necessary.
Personally have no idea how to proceed but I love the idea of a cuppa that gets me zooted

You can just eat it and swallow it with a can of pop ( not fruit pop though its not as good) I swallowed a Q of Soapbar and knocked it back with a can of Iron Bru in 1999 and I was off my tits for around 30 hours. I only remember it so well cause I ate the hash bout a hour before I went to see Star Wars episode 1 shit film but if you're in a cinema absolutely fucked watching it, one of the best things ever.😅
I rung a Taxi from the foyer hardly able to speak and having problems remembered where I lived 🤔 soon as I got outside the cinema the sun hit me after nearly 3 hours in the dark that was it I just blacked out 😳 next thing I knew the Taxi driver and a man dressed as Darth Vader ( handing out flyers for KFC opposite ) 🙃😅🤣 were helping me up and bundling me in the back of the Taxi.

Hey Man. I do most of my hash in coffee. Warm the hash and crumble into warm milk. Milk in the coffee. Works just fine. Tbh you can just eat hash and it will get you high. My guess is something in the process of making it , acts to decarb it. Not going to give you some bullishit science I've made up though, just experience.I have never decarbed my hash and get high most days. Either that or I've managed to placebo myself for many years. I've reviewed a bunch of hash and I've hardly vaped any. Just give it a try.

Now I'm with you on something happening in the process that allows it to be primarily active but I still always decarb all my products as I have the specialist equipment and it definitely makes edibles waaaay stronger <3
If you have heated it with a lighter to crumble it will be decarbded. We used to have hash and honey sandwiches at school sometimes, it always worked fine, a little too good sometimes!

Very similar. We used to heat then crumble hash into yoghurts. We called them Space Yoghurts. We’d then head off to do a pub quiz, think they use to wonder why we found the questions so amusing at times
Dont eat hash, ever. Workers roll it into balls and spit in it to make it more workable. Always smoke it or decarb it. How to decarb? Place some olive oil in a small frying pan or pot. Heat it to 110 deg Fahrenheit or until small bubbles gently form. Get a small cheese grater and grate hash finely. Make sure oil covers hash nicely. Gently agitate for 20 minutes. Let it cool. Use a strainer to remove any matter from the oil. When cool try a half teaspoon on EMPTY stomach. Wait for effects. Now you know how much to use. I was skeptical too, i tried this yday tho. I heated 1g decent quality hash and crumbled bit by bit into coffee cup with milk coffee and 2 sweeteners. Poured in hot water just off boil. Cup reduced water temp as xup was v cold so put in mwave 1 min came out steaming hot. The hash dissolved into coffee v fast. Left cup until cool enough to drink. After 1 hr on empty stomach i got pretty baked for 6 hrs 👌😁
Just eat it, 0.7g will get you quite stoned, so take care. Also, wait 2 hours before taking more, it can take a looong time to kick in.
I've taken a spoon and put a little butter then heated hash into it. Once fully melted and hash is mixed then add to a yoghurt. Always a decent high and can use less than .5 g.
I use a cafetier to be my coffee for 10 minutes, crumble some hash on the filter and let it be for the same time. It works for me, fucking wide eyed and wahey for the morning. It can take a couple of hours to bang, same with if I eat it straight. Not saying it's best but it works for me

Can take a couple of hours but the time is worth it with how much more potency you get per gram

This is a well written article and I agree with him that research into psychedelics is pretty fraught with complications. On the other hand, his condescending tone is a bit uncalled for: he's using the data collected by researchers to disagree with their conclusions... the system works! Without these so-called 'activists'; there would be no data!
Sure, there is a conflation between activism and research, but that's the social context in which the research is being pursued. In an ideal world, research into legalisation and medical uses would be entirely separate... but alas! There has to be a process of disentanglement before truly rigorous, objective scientific research can be conducted.
R.D. Laing's writing on schizophrenia, for example, reads much more like activism when compared to the scientific research being conducted into the matter over the last few decades, because the context was completely different i.e. the massive upheaval in how we view and treat mental health. Social change affects scientific progress. Any attempt to deny this is foolish.
In my opinion, the core component of drugs and their effectiveness is dosage. If you take a fistful of LSD, or take a moderate dose every day for a week (guilty), you're greatly increasing the risk of something bad happening, rather than a satisfying or helpful trip. It's really that simple. With every other drug we take this for granted - the concept is hundreds of years old (Paracelsus). I reckon the bridge between science and activism lies within harm reduction. We can't truly ascertain whether a substance is 'good' or 'bad' because it's always going to depend.

I think the same could be said of any scientists who are researching into a new area - of course the researchers who are looking into a niche/relatively new field are going to be those with personal interest. I don't think it's at any risk of becoming an issue though. Not one psychedelic treatment is anywhere near being approved for human use as a prescribed medication (as far as I'm aware) and the majority of public and scientific opinion is that psychs should be kept illegal and are not a viable treatment option. I think we're seeing the same effects described in that article apply better to media - we as people with a 'special interest' in these products are seeing the news more often, and these news outlets are reporting on it because it's novel and exciting and 'counterculture'.
But I think yes, skepticism is to be favoured as with literally any new research or use for a compound - we do not have the evidence, we certainly do not have any longitudinal evidence and won't for many many years (decades most likely), and so we should not see these as a 'cure all'. I was wondering, was shake something you ever saw outside of LB? I've been smoking for about 12 years and never heard of it outside of here. I smoke a lot (3-7g/day,) so it's a blessing to have such cheap and good value smoke. If I had acces to it, or even heard of it earlier I would probably be driving a Rolls by now 😂 There's good and bad quality stuff of course but I find good shake is indistinguishable from buds really, and you should try it if you haven't!
When I grew, I used it to make hash. Now, I grab it to make potent af edibles and energy bars, then max it out at the gym! I love shake!
Ye I’d had it of friends who were growers or from my own grows when I was younger it’s just what falls of all the buds and collects at the bottom (ako bottom of the bag) trim is technically different being the leaves trimmed from around the bud but seems inter changeable on here ✌️

Nah, don't look like trippy ones to me. Those big orange ones just look nice for a salad or something. If it's a UK thing, be on the lookout for liberty caps. All got a lil nipple on top so pretty easy to identify. But make sure to research properly before picking. And remember - "If in doubt, chuck it out" (an oldskool mushroom rule) Take a walk in a field, they grow everywhere 💚💦
Where did your friend find these? I’ve only ever seen liberty caps growing in the uk myself tho others do. Probably abit risky unless you really know your stuff. Some mushrooms can be lethal so I’d be very careful but just my opinion

I've been waiting to see a psychologist on the NHS for a year. Finally I get the phone appointment, and they say that because I smoke weed, psychology is not a good fit for me. Any thoughts biggaz?
Look elsewhere. Even if you can convince this particular psychologist to see you, they are not a good fit. There are plenty of more open minded mental health workers and it can sometomes take going through a few before finding a good fit. If you can afford it, it's worth looking for a private therapist because you can go through profiles and see if they sound like a good match before contacting.

I think she was a clinical psychologist. Her name started with "Dr". But I don't know that for sure. I was really disappointed because I was of the same opinion as you about clinical psychologists.
If she is a doctor then she will be a Clinical Psychologist. Shocking advise. Do you have her contact details so that you could email her your concerns and give her the opportunity to explain her reasons for not seeing you.
Don't go to Twitter that is sledgehammer. Speak to the person, speak to their boss. If not satisfied complain to the BPS. Do that before opening a health care professional, who has probably dedicated her career to helping others, to a Twitter pile on.
There are lots of reasons who a psychological therapy and weed may not mix - using weed to avoid feelings that need to be processed in therapy, being too stoned to remember what was said in the session are just two. Deciding whether therapy is going to be helpful is an individual thing with lots of variables. It is not as simple as saying using weed is ok or not while having treatment.

I just find it ridiculous how people stigmatised weed so much. Obviously some people use it for medical reasons. I wish you luck with all these supposed "doctors ".

The nhs has some weird major issue with cannabis despite the first uk studies (project 21) showing 80% of people with anxiety and depression showed improvement using cannabis. You can however pay to see a private cannabis doctor who will prescribe it perfectly legal in the uk 😂 💰.. they are assholes same thing happened to me around 7 years ago turns out I have ptsd that has turned into functional neurological disorder now 🤦♀️ Back on the waiting list for cbt. I would try another doctor personally I think it’s slightly narsassistic to refuse to treat someone based on your own personal beliefs not any sort of real bloody evidence it is 💯 discrimination. I am sorry this has happened to you I hope you find the help you need 🙂

I was a heavy smoker for years (half oz a week) then suddenly i started having panic attacks after smoking with pulpatations too. I gave up for ages but i really miss having a smoke so ive started having some very small amounts of morrocan hash this last year, which so far seems like it causes less problems although im still very nervous about having too much. If i smoke most weed thats around ill feel like ive had 4 cups of strong coffee :( Weed used to be relaxing but now feels like a stimulant . Ive also ended up cutting coffee and most hardcore sugar out of my diet as that seemed like it was also starting to affect me badly (i suppose thats a good thing to cut out anyway haha but still) . Hey! Sorry to hear about your weed-induced panic attacks. I can easily give myself severe anxiety with too much THC but at the same time I need the THC-heavy indica strains to sleep (severe insomnia from long-standing PTSD). AVB (already vaped bud) doesn't seem to cause anxiety in the same way, so sometimes I just self-medicate with that. But I've found the trick with weed is to vape it, not smoke it, and to use way way less than makes sense, like a really tiny quantity. Either I just put a tiny quantity in my vape, or i put in a normal quantity but only take a couple of shallow puffs then take a break for an hour or so.
That said, a lot of panic attacks are by subconscious association, so if you had one bad trip with weed, the panic attacks could well be just your amygdala screaming DANGER DANGER at your adrenal glands every time you smoke. If you need to talk about it feel free to message me btw

Hemp hash has the best Cbd buds! Just mix it 1:1 with thc weed , or 1:2, 1:3 etc. That should take care of the anxiety;)
if you could get diazepam i used both to cure very bad case of PTSD to fix. every time i smoked and got panic i i let it get bad then pop a pill to shut the fuck up to this panic it works really does. did this for just a few weeks and wala i can now smoke 247 no panic then just weened myself off the diazepam 5 years gone and still PTSD free

Definitely try vaping. Its a lot more mellow and a nice way to ease yourself in. MJ Concentrates have some great carts (he is sold out atm but will restock soon) and he is really helpful and has great customer service and no question is too stupid to ask him.
Just to add as I don't see it otherwise mentioned, but the maturity of the trichomes plays a large part in this. Smoking earlier cuts of cloudy trichs will give a rushier hit than ambers if cut a little later, and I've found it's immature or earlier cut weed that tends to give me the effects to speak of. If you know any growers, ask that they cut you some when it's mostly amber trichs and see how you do. It is degrading at the point but you can't get it all just right.
I used to suffer with this and for me I realised the sativa doesn't agree with me, has to always be indicia, or a 70/30 hybrid, I'd suggest having a smoke but you need to break yourself in real slow, just like have a few puff's, then a few hours later a few more and so on, try indica leaning strains, though it could just be your body going nah
Sorry to hear this. Everyones different but it can come down to strains. Try find Hybrids or Indicas particularly ones that are low THC and High in CBD. Thisbalance is key to a balanced high. also really make sure the plants are flushed correctly and/ or organic. Less chemicals the better which can trigger a lot of this.

Not really bud, Durban Poison i Had stocked there was 17% THC, 1% CBD, 1% CBN. There definitely are strains that have like 3% CBD these days. Sorry I couldnt be of more use!
Would love to try something like Stephen hawking kush . Indica dominant 12% THC 13% CBD . Sounds perfect for me but I don't know if I'll find weed like that in the UK . Hopefully I'll get lucky
Sorry to hear that buddy. That happens with my mum. I baked her some brownies a few times and even with strains that knock me out, have the opposite effect on her. She ends up getting a speed-like high. She has chronic arthritis but it may be the type of meds she is on not meshing well. Some venders put detailed descriptions on here of their strains. You will find one that works for you eventually. I hope it all comes right for you because it’s shit when you can’t do what you love. Stay safe.
I had a similar episode after 20 yrs of smoking daily, mind you it happened after a weekend of more booze than you can imagine. Tried a few times after but had the same response, so I gave up for about 8 years ( boy did I miss it!!) then went to Amsterdam, I took it slower than I would have in the old days and always kept my mind working and it worked . TBH my life now won’t allow to go back to how I used to smoke but pleased I can still enjoy one again. I guess it really comes down to mental conditioning and not associating weed and the panic attack, well that’s what helped me .
1:1 THC/CBD strains are amazing. Stick to some nice indicas or hybrids and you'll find the CBD takes the anxiety away and replaces it with a deep relaxation.
maybe because you stopped using for a long time so your body isn't used to having weed. or you might have went straight to sativa strains when you started again. i had the same experience not long ago, i thought i added a low amount of cannabutter in my brownies and i ate two, 5 hours later i feel like my heart will explode and i was scared i might die. lol. yeah stick to the indica ones, try to taper your dose-- start small and see which amount gives you the results you want. I used to get sudden panic attacks about 10 years ago into my now 20-25 year habit.
I got rid of them pretty much within a month by using deep breathing techniques. I have a friend who makes RSO which can hit you with panics like a truck if you take too much and the breathing techniques completely stop those too.

Hi, ive smoked heavily for 25 years now and I find my anxiety is at its worst when i cant source any weed, whether thats an addiction styled placebo im not sure, but I have heard of people mixing quantities of cbd flower in with their thc flower at various ratios and reporting much lower psychosis/anxiety levels. Maybe try a bowl or vape of 70/30 thc/cbd and see if it helps any.

Last few times I’ve had white widow it’s given me heart palps and shakey muscles, flat out won’t smoke it now.

Maybe try hybrids with a greater percentage of indica or strains with a balance of thc & cbd.

could be worse, you could develop cannabis hypermedia syndrome like me and nearly die of complications of dehydration. imagine the worst pan imaginably, its 10 times worse, fentanyl does nothing, they had to put me under to stop it.

I remember at the start of this thing (before it came here and was only seen as a problem for China) that one of the 3-letter agencies reported a potential lab leak at Wuhan. They surmised this through a complete lack of mobile 'phone signals coming from the Wuhan site, and satellite images showing the normally-full car park being empty. I've no idea if any of this is true, of course, and haven't heard it mentioned again since. My understanding is that it'd take thousands of years for a virus to mutate 'naturally' (ie without gain of function research) into what it did, and that various 'markers' have been found that prove it's the result of gof research. I believe these markers are behind the Big Pharma court cases (suing each other) that are currently happening. So much information (from good, reliable sources, and leaders in relevant fields) that simply isn't making it onto mainstream media. If you're aware of the cover-ups happening then you have proof, if you needed it, that the media is not working for our interests and certainly isn't our friend. Sad times indeed.

Just to be clear I’m very aware covid existed my point is Covid killed mostly very old and Ill people where as the vaccine people of all ages including very sadly children, they admit this in the video if you’ve watched it. Actually and definitly not sticking up for the government here atall but big pharma are the main ones to blame for the vaccine they knew wouldn’t work and probably knew would kill people the sickness to recommend it to children. I’m not trying to show any disrespect to anyone who died from Covid. I was close to the person I know who died from it. This is about justice for all the people who have died or left with debilitating health conditions that could kill them in future I apologise if it came across like that

My friend use to have one but got no idea of a manufacture that’s works

So, for basic but effective at home decarbing, without the risk of blowing your house off its foundations..lol.., you can't do better than the magical butter brand, this has been around for ages in different guises. Super cheap and can make up really small quantities for personal use.

I was looking at those decarbing machines for a while. Then realised they're essentially a small oven that self-regulates temp and seals in smell. They shouldn't cost what they do, they're literally rice cookers with a sealed lid.
An instant pot pressure cooker is cheaper and literally does the same thing - temp regulation, smellproof. They do a 3 litre one that's ideal and about £70. I'd even argue that it's temp regulation and smell reduction is going to be better than any gimmicky decarb device with it being a pressure cooker with a solid seal and a tried and tested brand for cooking.
Loads of recipes online and it's pretty foolproof, but essentially you half fill it with water and sit a mason jar with a loose lid full of weed in it to decarb. When infusing the fact it's a pressure cooker means it infuses loads quicker too under pressure. When you finish decarbing/infusing you can release the pressure, and all the smell with it, out of a window. You can't do with those little decarb machines, or at least it isn't as satisfying.

Ardent Flex/FX is great for decarbing as it can perfectly decarb up to 4 ounces at a time 😊 It can also infuse oils, e liquids and even bake in there too 😋

Hey, so I’m thinking about growing shrooms for the first time. Does anyone have a recommendations for where to get a grow kit and spores from (preferably cheap and easy since it’s my first time)
You’ll probably want a few bags as they tend to fuck up really easy for 4 bags and 2spores packs (you might also need a small heat mat given the time of year but there about 10£) I suggest using mushbuddies.com they have lots of kits and heating chambers&spores it’s all legal so no worries with anything until you put the items together

Controversial topic, but if god was real, what would be one of the defining reasons he does what he does, and what does he gain from it.
Yeah all the time but I’m not on about that, I’m trying to say that god is always seen as the good guy and devil as the bad guy, so why does god choose good over bad, in other words why does god god, why does he not just kill everything in existence or at least take control of them and make them do ridiculous things, like millions or billions of people all doing the same thing at once, why would he do that, what would be the defining reason or moment that caused that outcome

Humans have caused this by building to many houses and building projects that have stopped natural water from going into the ground to reach the water table, instead it evaporates and goes elsewhere, causing what we have today, floods in one area with extreme droughts in another, so humans are to blame for such things.
From what I’ve seen with anything plant human or animal, even bacteria, they all seem to do as they please even when guided to do something sensible that would avoid negative outcomes, they do it all in confidence, no one makes them do anything that they don’t agree to first, even subconsciously all those problems where surface level that was just ignored due to ingorance or lack of knowledge.

Weird question. Why does he choose good? Look around you. He doesn't. If God is real (he's not) he's powerless or evil. You only need to have human experience to know that it's impossible that he exists without one of these being true. Evil, or powerless
What if he is neither, he just does what’s best for the soul considering that science has proven that soul transgression is a real thing, what if he only does what’s best for the souls evolution, and sometimes that is seen by the souls as being good or evil, for instance a wild animal has to kill in order to feed itself and the ones it is looking after, that would be seen as good to that animal that is eating but evil to the animal that is being eaten, what if when we are here we are the only ones who determine what is good or evil depending on what side we are on. Maybe evil and good are just concepts and don’t truly exist.
I think to answer, or at the least ponder this question, we need to define just exactly what we perceive as a God...
There is a possibility that we are chance personified. We like to believe that God created us and planned us in his image, but what if we're a by-product of a playground or an experiment gone wrong? We like to believe that our universe is special and has life, but the multiverse theory is a possibility too - what if we're just a number?
What if we're actually a hobby in a petri dish, where 'God', the scientist, is just testing waters? What if we're actually a cure for a cancerous universe, and we are the solution to grow and destroy so that the Universe cannot danger anything else? We would no longer be so special if we're just a copy, would we?
I think these theological / philosophical questions, while not necessarily 'solvable', will become much easier to answer once we have a more advanced perception of what we are and where we are (in terms of the universe).
What does God get out of this? Maybe satisfaction of a job well done? Research for a paper he is writing?
And let's not forget God doesn't have to be singular... We do not understand what is outside the boundaries of our Universe... What if there is a never-ending cycle of 'humans' who have broken boundaries in their own universes, and we are their next steps in creation; we advance to universal levels, and pass the borders to become creators of a next universe?

For example the liberal left intend destruction of things about history that upset them much in the same way Nazi's in Germany burned books. People need to learn from History and rarely do, the same mistakes are repeated and things somehow trundle on. lol it's different in different countries. A conservative in the US is different from a conservative in the UK.
As an example the BLM movement (btw I support equal rights for all races, genders etc.) have tried to expunge slavery and that part of history. Taking down statues of former slaveholders and so on won't change anything, we must remember these things happened so that they don't happen again.
Because of slow or no change for certain groups there is an attempt to accelerate that change from an evolution to a revolution. People will only be backed into a corner for so long whatever their political inclinations. Some people think they're pushing for positive change but real change is when we've learned the lesson.

Well the statues are an example. They are subjects for posterity but they also memorialise history and certain points in history. As such they connect themselves to that history.
I basically agree with you though, they aren't the history themselves and so it shouldn't matter. It's what they represent that makes the difference.

Yes mate quite a lot. RSO is the easiest to deal with, let it down with some oil, MCT with a little sunflower oil is probably the best. DIUK do a good Gelato option and I believe they can also supply other options as well ( from memory last year they did a full pack with suppositories for a patient). You could use bud/trim and decarb then put in a heatproof jar in boiling water for around 3 hours and then strain. Some vendors have premade cannacaps. Northern organics do good options along with hashashin. Oilman seems to have disappeared recently, his prices were a little on the high side, gilly1980 also has reasonably priced RSO.

I’ve lurked for a while and finally decided to take the plunge. I’m set up with coinbase and bought some bc. I’ve completed an order on here and it looks like it’s completed ok and got to the pay to transaxe. I c&p’d the seller number it gave me into my coinbase app and it looks like I’ve sent the BC but my order in here is still showing unpaid by the full amount. Question is have i buggered it up or does it take a while to transfer the BC from coinbase to transaxe.

Hi all, am I the only one that finds the structure of this site, particularly the topics section, very very confusing? One thing that would help is dates for posts and replies, is this something that has been suggested before? In all my time on the web I've never seen forum threads without dates before, is there some good reason for this? Thanks all and happy toking
Security reasons i think having no dates is a good thing. If you really want it dated. Just add the date into the comment post yourself.

Hi guys, not posted before so not sure if this is the right place to post about my experiences but thought it might be useful for new users :).
So a couple of months ago I had a couple of issues which meant smoking joints was no longer a viable option, after 14 years of on/off daily use (stealth etc etc etc) so I bought myself a dry herb vape (boundless CFC 2.0 if anyone cares :)) but it didn’t really hit as hard as the joints used to - did some googling and this is a usual thing people find, all that gumph about the entourage effect - I just wanted to get high ha!
Anyway, made a couple of orders from the DW, great stuff, but still found the dry herb vape wasn’t cutting it for me. Then the pandemic hit and the vendor closed it’s doors. I’d heard about LB in the past but I have to admit I was a bit sceptical and also very worried about placing my first order. In the end I took the plunge and after doing a bit of research I decided on radar breeder for my first purchase. I got some GSC, which was bloody lovely but still didn’t hit the spot using the vape (I’m sure it would knock my socks off in a joint :)). I also got some gummies. I was a bit worried about this because the only time I’d had edibles before I took way too much and it sent me on a wrong ‘un. How wrong I was - the gummies were lovely and combined with the vaping was exactly what I wanted! The only problem was the vape battery (shite). So I did a bit more looking and found MJ Concentrates. Literally the best discovery I have ever made, hands down. I got 2 of their distillate carts and they are AMAZING. Stealth wise and hit wise, fantastic and I will be a regular customer as long as he’s about. Also bought some chocolate and got a free cookie, all of it top notch, can not recommend enough.
I have also tried JJ - great vendor, free next day delivery, can’t beat it. I suffer with bad depression/anxiety/OCD and thought I’d try some more medicinal-style products so I opted for the RSO, tincture and bud deal. The bud looks lovely but I’m saving it for a rainy day when I can smoke again :). The tincture was nice and relaxing although it took me 20-30 drops to get the effect I wanted - but the RSO is fantastic!! I’ve been back for more since and will continue to do so.
I have also ordered from premium extracts and got their ‘basic smoke free’ package. This included 2 x 200mg bags of sweets, 10 x 20ml caps and 2 vape carts. The sweets were spot on, the vape carts do the job but not near MJs offerings, but good for the price! The caps are ok but didn’t find them massively effective.
Since then I have been back to MJ multiple times and now have a nice little stock of carts. I also tried more of their choc and a pack of the chicken jerky, which I have to say is a brilliant idea and tasted/worked perfectly for me! I have also tried the pump jack wellness oil from MJ - which is my new favourite thing. The oil plus vapes sort my day right out. I even had a slight issue with one of my MJ orders and they were amazing in responding to me and helping me out with their wisdom.
All in all I’ve only been here 2 months but made 17 orders - so fair to say I’m loving it. It’s a great community too and although this is my first post I’ve learnt a lot from people like Anders, the shed smoker and Franko - Anders review led to me getting the RSO from JJ and I haven’t looked back. Both of their reviews I find to be really helpful and unbiased, so thanks guys!

I, like yourself took the plunge recently on LB and I'm so happy I found this place. Repeated years of not being able to get any good product and now I feel like a child again. Nice to be part of a community instead of being made to feel like an outcast for smoking!

Hi, I too have stumbled across this site and placed my very first order. Its been getting harder (especially during lockdown) to keep getting a reliable supply. Been ordering from the US Delta 8 vapes and Delta 9 gummies to supplement and keep me going. But not the same as a really pleasurable smoke. Am going to try some hash (been years and years - at least 30) but when I was a kid that was all I could get and weed was so expensive. Treated myself and got a PS1 by Hamilton Devices. Seen this a while ago but couldnt find a UK dealer. Found one!! It's a double 510 cart/concentrate bubbler. I've never had concentrates before so will be ordering some to use with this beauty.
It comes with 2 ceramic screw in bowls, a plug so you can use just 1 cart/bowl, a wee dabber tool, spare O rings for the bubbler and the charge cable.
I've used 2 carts (forbidden fruits and mimosa) and christ this is brilliant.
It's 5 clicks of the button to turn on/off and 3 clicks to cycle through the voltage settings. 1st is 3.2v and has a red light, 2nd is 3.6v and has a white light and the 3rd is 4v and has a blue light.
I've cycled through them all and I can notice a change in temp in the vape. I'm liking the 1st lower setting at the moment. It's nice and smooth and cool.
The draw has a 10 second cut off but drawing for 10 seconds on this is nuts so no issues there. The glass bubbler that sits inside the main casing is filled with a bit of water and away you go!! Can't wait to try some concentrates. Any suggestions?

I've cycled through them all and I can notice a change in temp in the vape. I'm liking the 1st lower setting at the moment. It's nice and smooth and cool.
The draw has a 10 second cut off but drawing for 10 seconds on this is nuts so no issues there. The glass bubbler that sits inside the main casing is filled with a bit of water and away you go!! Can't wait to try some concentrates. Any suggestions?

It works a treat. I'm waiting on some wax and live resin to land so I can try out the concentrate bowl. I don't think it is a ceramic bowl now, I think it's a wax coil but to be honest, I've no chuffing idea 🙃 New to all this so learning as I go 👨🎓 I think I've found a ceramic concentrate atomiser with a 510 thread that might work. Need to do a bit more digging. Enjoying the possible varieties using this as well as my Dynavap gives though.

Hits very well. The cloud you can pull into the chamber is thick. It obviously depends on the quality of the cart/concentrate, but it hits very well 👍

Hey hey! Yes, saw that you had the Tombstone which reminded me of the PS1, so I went looking for it lol It's very smooth. All 3 voltage settings I find smooth. I'm not sure if it's just in my head, but I find the higher setting does give a slightly warmer vape even though it's through the water. i found cheaper ones didn't do the herb justice, read up on volcano. pricey but will last forever and get more vapor feom your herb amounts :)

Sometimes it can just be the wattage, I find if I dilute it more I get more flavours and a hit due to being able to withstand more vapour, check out our tinctures theyre sweet

I find it to be more coughy when smoking pure or vapes compared to a J with baccy. Depending on your vape id suggest getting a waterpipe adapter and running it through a bong for smoother hits

Thanks. It’s just a cheap vape BLK Nova. But it’s fine for most weed, surprisingly good really. But I have this 8th of Alien Dawg I bought on here just before Christmas that I still have. I barely smoke it because it’s always really harsh on my throat.

Thanks Jayboy, I have it stored in a resealable black Mylar bag with all the air squeezed out, same as all my other weed. But it’s been harsh since day it arrived, which is why I never smoked it. My vape, although cheap, is fine. It’s fine with all the other weed I have. I like it a lot. It’s just this little batch. Maybe it’s just not to my taste.
I can't speak for that vape as never heard of it but if you've used it successfully with different bud it may well be that particular weed. Have you tried smoking it in a joint and seeing how it smokes/burns?

Sooo I’ve tried a few edibles from this site with absolutely no effect been told by all of them I mustn’t be able to process the thc in my liver or something but last night I tried to do it my self in the oven with lots of shake it ended up working although the high wasn’t very nice , does this mean they lied? I really want to cut down and use edibles as I have asma and it costs a lot smoking 4oz of of premium
There is really no question that some are more susceptible to edibles than others. I don’t enjoy anything over 20mg and on that I’m flying. In a room full of friends on a Stoney’s Chocolooney bar that dose can have no effect on several of them and they take 3 times as much and never get as high as me (and yet I have years of usage behind me).
Perhaps try Cannacaps. Hashishin’s Moroccan caps are amazing if you like interplanetary travel 🤯…Northern Organics will be a trip to the fair..😉

Your stomach/liver/bowel will convert THC to 11-hydroxy-THC which idms far stronger.
I would steer away from anything that says it had or looks like it has been imported, in the USA the maximum allowable dose per pack Is 100mg, nine times out of ten they are just sweets.
This list is not exhaustive but I will give my go to vendors, I only really eat THC with the odd vape cart.

I was groggy for like 12 hours even after sleeping it felt more like I took lots of sleeping tablets than “high” , I really want to get in to edibles but it’s starting to being really expensive for me as nothing works

This sounds a bit strange. THC edibles should hit within 40-80 mins. And then you will feel an intense period where the effects come on.
You should be able to set your watch with each dose. And usually the edibles high will last 2-4 hours.
Also, we recommend taking edibles on an empty stomach, or at least 2 hours before eating. This will stop the high spreading over several hours.
Waking up groggy, can be two things. Either delta 8, not saying it is but D8 causes that effect. Or, you didn't process the edibles fully before you fell asleep, meaning it slowly worked in while you slept.
Keep trying and stick to accurately dosed edibles.
Also, if your liver is not processing the THC efficiently, then try a tincture as this will have fats in it that will aid absobtion.
Certainly worth it as you will get much better value from edibles / concentrates always.

Going off what Weedstar has already pointed out about the absorption had you had any alcohol? Your body will switch to processing this before scything else, so drinking with edibles is a balancing act, and you will feel them the next day.

You need work out which dose and strain work best for you. You also need to decarb properly before even cooking with it. I do bud at around 230f fie about 45-50 minutes. It can get very intense. I have been involved in all of the mainstream drugs at different points over the years, the only thing that has given me any trouble is eating cannabis. I had a mate that got so messed up one day we used him as a door stop!

anyway just wanted to bring this up for probably the 10th time this year, we NEED the site to switch from the use of dollars to the obviously more sensible option of british pounds, the conversion rate right now is so fucked and it's costing vendors lots of money and costing buyers shitloads of money having to deal with this!

my understanding was, in the case of vendors, the overall price of orders is unnecessarily higher than it needs to be (because of the exchange rate) which will lead to a loss in sales during a time where sales are likely to be down already due to the current economy, just another lose lose situation
just a quick tidbit, but transaxe, LB's payment processor, works in BTC not £ or $, and the fees are a fixed percentage, so i cannot see a reason for this change not to be implemented ASAP

dollars is just a denomination, anyway you slice it the sellers will need to explicitly lower their prices if buyers are going to realise any gain here.

Sounds like they need to get on top of it before somebody else dives in and a creates a modern lb type platform with all of the good features and things we wish for here. I can't be too critical of lb though. They are my only platform for buying my medicine. I don't know any real life dealers as I was late to the weed game and none of my friends partake. We all want everything cheaper in life and ultimately somebody usually loses out but this currency change we are after is a win for all three parties involved, vendors, customers and lb devs.

My understanding is the dollar price next to items is a guide price only, the real price is the bitcoins and it doesn’t matter if your in the UK or the US the bitcoin price is the cost regardless of what currency you are buying bitcoins in.

Let's use a simplified example..
Vendor uploads new item and wants to sell it for £10.
The exchange rate is £1 = $0.50.
Vendor sets a price of $20.
Pound weakens and now £1 = $1.
This means the vendor has to change the price or the buyer has to pay more for the same thing.
As vendors usually sell more than 1 item and the value of the £ is changing so rapidly, it either costs the vendors lots of time to keep the prices accurate or lots of money in lost sales because people don't buy due to increase in price.

I do keep an eye on the btc prices of items and I see them change quite often as much as 10 times an hour, as the price of btc moves.
Do those vendors have to manually adjust their prices or is there a sql script do it?
Seems sensible to have a scriot that’ll adjust the retail price as coin value moves

Food recipes using Hashish
Just thought this might be an interesting topic. I myself am looking for recipes where I can add hash in measured doses. I got audi stamp from Morocco and I want to share it with my sisters in a tasty recipe. Please add your tested recipes..
Here are some of the most basics and easiest ones I know in case somebody didn't heard of yet:
1) Kif Cafe - melting hash chunk in a pot with hot milk adding coffee after it melts / dropping piece of hash in to black coffee pot straight.
2) Nutella Hash Spread - melting hash chunk in butter/oil and mixing into the nutella jar.
3) Majoun - which is a (very) old school moroccan classic infused candy. many different recipes available online but the easiest is: melting hash in butter/oil, adding to a bulk of dried pitted dates, adding some honey and broken nuts, kneading the mass well, divide into pieces or make a long roll so you can cut a slice every time, coat in broken nuts.
4) Raffaello balls - melting hash in butter, adding hash butter to condensed milk, add dried coconut
chip into the mixture until stable enough to make balls of, divide to balls (you can add one hazelnut in the middle coating around it), coat with dry coconut, enjoy!
there are endless recipes obviously and if making hash tincture you can of course infuse any food by dropping some on it. I guess there are differences in the taste combinations and the bio-availability of the hash according to what it was digested with.
ganja & shrooms edible sounds like a blast, never tried this combination as edible.

Just made some chocolates infused with Moroccan hash and PƐ mushrooms. Very tasty and will set you free of the ego mind.
When I’m using hash for edibles I use any recipe with butter and make sure to fully decarb the hash first. Can take a while on the double boiler but you get full effect
Canna butter is the way!
When I grew I made a block of this green butter from about 2oz of high grade buds 😂
I put it in a whole day's of dishes and cakes, I was fucked for 3 days straight and the missus banned canna butter there and then 😭😭

Had to write this as an opposing point of view to the 7/10 review above
Me and the missus have been enjoying the benefits of microdosing lately and wanted to try the raw product itself.
Grabbed some of these beauties from the funguy and took 0.6 of a gram thinking we’ll get nice and mellow for a few hours.
We got that and more the visuals we were getting after 2 hours were brilliant considering what a small amount we had taken. Absolutely fucking awesome
Noobs beware these are strong

Do look out for Oilman if/when he has new grow and comes back on here. His RSO is legendary. A bit too strong for me but you can have complete faith in its purity👍
It's drugs inc UKs one, I've had it many times and absolutely love it, mix about a rice grain or two amount with a little peanut butter and you're off!

I recently provided the 1000th course with hundreds of satisfied customers and plenty of feedback to share here are my TOP 4 TIPS when taking the Microdose course!
1) KEEP A JOURNAL
With any journey we embark on it's important to have a clear picture on the route. With no map of the inside of our heads, it's a shrewd move to track our progress and have it available to look back on and review later. If you are not great at writing maybe voice note? If you are not used to keeping a journal make it simple....
Sleep quality 1-10
Mood 1-10
Energy Levels 1-10
Creativity 1-10
Anger levels and so on
2) MENTALLY PREPARED
This has been a great spring board for many suffering and or lacking in something that was once felt complete.
I have had the best results from those who are prepared for change.
This might be as simple as changing eating habbits or the time you wake up or go to bed if you feel you lack sleep. It might be that you are looking to cut down on weed and so the course coupled with a pre meditated plan of improvement should be the most beneficial.
3) SHARING IS CARING.
A problem shared is a problem halved, I am a firm believer of the origin of sayings and this one is one of my favourites. Seek professional help if you can or feel comfortable doing so, otherwise choose someone to share the experience with. Friend, family or stranger it's a great boost to find someone to listen and give a trusted opinion, to help keep you grounded.
4) EXPERIMENT
After the initial course it's upto you how to proceed, some like to wait a short period before going another round, some take the course every quarter and some feel that only on certain days or periods they like to take the supplements. The time of day they are taken can also changes things so it's important once you feel comfortable to think about how to optimise this wonderful medicine.
I really hope this helps everyone, especially anyone who has purchased or considering purchasing the Microdose course, suffering from depression and or lacking some inspiration. I am here as always to help guide and answer any question any of you may have.

I’ve yet to indulge…I wonder if I will, I’m often tempted. I’m probably held back by naff experiences from LSD blotters in my youth that left me thinking that ‘trippy’ isn’t really for me.

My missus and I were a bit nervy about taking the course but finally decided to take the plunge and Im so glad we did.
No trippy effects We just felt calm, chilled and chatty. Anger and stress levels are down and able to get things done. I can’t recommend the course enough. I’ve just put an order in for another batch
