Hey Guys!Fun-Gal Cate here, I love everything to do with mushrooms; wild, gourmet and especially the magic variety! ๐
Self proclaimed natural hippy; I am the sole Mycologist and I grow my own organic potent mushrooms. I have been solo growing for about 7 years. I consume what I grow and would only promote and use good product for myself and others.
From start to finish I know exactly what process my shrooms have gone through and what has been used to help them grow; I.e organic coir, organic rye, reverse osmosis water, etc.
I am passionate about mushrooms and the entire lifecycle from spore drop, to spore germination, mycelium growth to hyphal knots to eventual fruiting body back to spore drop! The whole process is so fascinating, the fact that the life of a mushroom is happening all underground and spreading out like a collective until it is ready to fruit on top is a magical process to witness.
Apologies for droning on but I love my shrooms and Iโm a total nerd for this shizzle!
I always and only package and post discreetly via RM (Royal Mail) tracked delivery, so peace of mind for you and me!
I strive in all I do to maintain clear communication so you will be aware of when your order has left me to the moment it hits your door.

I did 0.5 and the effects were quite strong: I had a good body buzz, good visuals (floor was moving gently!) very nice friendly buzz, wasn't on edge at all calm chill vibes. Please bear in mind that I was only doing 0.5, so until I do a bigger dose I can only suggest to dose down as I can imagine this one is going to be quite potent! perhaps she will give stargazers a run for her money?!

Lovely product and vendor! Had some questions which Cate promptly answered, packaging, stealth and delivery time was perfect.
I've only tried a 0.2 microdose so far and it was surprisingly potent compared to other 0.2 microdoses Iโve tried with a very apparent uplifting vibrant feeling, perfect for a day of gardening with some headphones on. Thanks Cate Iโll definitely be back!

Ive only taken 0.5 but wow I thought stargazers were potent! These baddies hit in a different way but they sure bring the visuals and body buzzโฆ.remember that was me only doing 0.5! Full Moon party is a Thai Cubensis isolation found by Myco-Cowboy in 2019.
There is not much info on these shroomies, but what I did manage to find out was:
๐ Full Moon Party is the isolated precursor to the MycoCowboy wild collection, Thai Elephant Dung Cubensis (Landrace).
๐ John Allen is rumoured to have discovered the Thai elephant dung strain on the island of Koh Samui.
๐Thai strains are also known for their intense creative effect, which can also become quite a visual trip.
๐ Theyโre relatively easy to grow and can be highly productive, making them perfect for those that donโt have much experience in taking care of mushrooms.
๐Effects can be a lot more potent,

The Full Moon Party is a monthly beach party that occurs on the island of Koh Phangan in Thailand.
It all began in the late 1980s; Although the true origin story of the festivities are unclear; some say the original Full Moon Party was a small gathering of backpackers who would gather on Haad Rin beach to celebrate the full moon; However it hasย also been said that the full moon party beganย when a groupย of backpackers got sick of the growing commercialism of the party scene in Thailand. Soย they decided to hire a boat and headed for the sleepy Koh Phangan island; Accompanied with alcohol, copious amounts of magic mushrooms and a dream of dancing until sunrise! The party started out as a small event, but it quickly gained popularity among backpackers and travellers alike and soon became a well known must-see party.
Since its humble beginnings the party has grown to become a worldwide festival. Currently it draws between 5,000 โ 30,000 people to the quiet shores of Haad Rin Beach.
Party goers often accompany the Full Moon Party with a mushroom shake; The party features music from a variety of genres, including techno, trance, and house music. The beach is lined with bars and clubs. People are scattered about dancing and enjoying the rhythm of the music, fire dancers and performers entertain the crowds throughout the night.

Stargazers are quite potent and one of my personal faves to grow, i haven't yet tried FMP as I'm still currently growing them, however both Stars and FMP passed my Agar trials and were clean and viable! ๐๐

Tried some of these as part of my rotation (every 8 to 10 weeks have a handful with my meditation) and they are lovely.
Such a great high with mellow visuals and just a really positive vibe. Felt euphoric for a day or 2 afterwards as well.
Will be back for more when the time is right.

I left a lot of steps out of course, (only had so many collage squares to work with!) but a good starting point to research or binge watch ;) is to look into Agar plates and agar slants. I believe phillygoldenteacher and boomer shroomer (a few at top of my head) discuss this topic in a more in depth way than I have!

So with the month of love just around the corner, what better time to discuss and promote the wonder shroom that is Cordyceps! And in this case Cordyceps Militaris!
Cordyceps is the sex, stamina and endurance mushroom; well known for its boosting libido and rekindling passion abilities; it is no wonder that Cordyceps garnered the nickname โHimalayan Viagra!โ
Before I jump into the sexy properties of Cordyceps, I would just like to mention adaptogens.

Nice on all the Mushies mentioned! love lions mane for its cognitive abilities, its a neuro-regenerator so Alzheimerโs and dementia sufferers alongside people who suffer mental health issues like depression and anxiety can all benefit! (Apologies if you know all this already, I love anything mushroom related so I may go off on a tangent!) Reishi is another great shroom for general well being and improved mental state. Love chaga too! I love them all! Maybe I should do a separate post for each mushroom? Give them the glory they deserve!
Have you tried chicken of the woods? Ive only come across it when foraging (but it was so old and I was so new to mushies at the time I didnโt get to try it, typically havenโt seen any since!)
All the mushrooms you mentioned are adaptogenic which is great for the body! (I believe all mushies are adaptogenic but donโt hold me to that!)
I totally agree, the winners for me are Lions mane, cordyceps and of course magic mushies! however all mushrooms are great and all offer an abundance of various benefits! Have you tried maitake? That is another mushroom great for protecting the body from cell damage, creating a functional immune system, well being and improved happiness as well as more! I canโt remember which shroom it was but I heard either maitake or shiitake is a great health all rounder, so is chaga if Iโm not mistaken.
All that being said though, if you eat terrible and continually consume toxins nothing will really help until you detox, but thats for another meeting!
I personally supplement with my microdose caps which have lions mane and psilocybin and separate 1g of cordyceps caps daily, that has helped me maintain focus, helped me manage stress (a lot of it right now!) and my overall general health (including mental!)

You really get a sense of their contribution to the world and their healing properties
Youโre so right though, most important thing is to sort out your health first and use mushrooms as a supplement to a healthy life. iโm very lucky in that i was playing sports to a decent level for my whole life so iโve been very good with looking after my body in terms of food, exercise and nutrition. Itโs just looking after my mind is where iโve struggled and thatโs where i need to focus more of my energy i think. but itโs a work in progress and a never ending journey of self awareness, introspection, and reflection, and iโm very happy with everything iโm learning about myself and where iโm at on my lil journey of life ๐

Going to be journaling my thoughts and feelings throughout and hopefully itโll be an amazing addition to my life ๐ Would you recommend continuing the lions mane and cordyceps whilst on the micro dose course, or would it be best to stop taking them when i start? I totally understand about the mental side suffering; one of the reasons I started growing in the first place was to find a natural remedy (and hobby) to help with my own depression etc I found as I changed my diet as well as introduced more of mother natures miracles (that includes cannabis as well as mushies!) everything sort of fell into place; until all my loved ones started dying off! Making it worse again! But thats trauma for another day!๐ (sometimes the only way though trauma is through humour!)
I wish you all the love and success with your inner journey! Have you looked into mindfulness and meditation? My bestie swears by it, might be something of interest?

With my microdose caps, I use 0.20g of magic and the rest of the cap has lions mane (I have it on my store somewhere for reference) and my intention was to create a rainbow cap if you will, using cordyceps with lions mane and magic, however the capsules I have are on the smaller side (I canโt stomach those horse tranq looking mofoโs!) and the amount of cordyceps needed per day was too much to fit in with the other ingredients, In fact the correct dosage fills one of my caps to the brim, so I take my separate cordyceps capsule alongside my microdose, so Iโm consuming them together technically as if they were in the same capsule if that makes any sense!
So to clarify; I canโt see why taking cordyceps alongside your microdose with lions would have any negative affects or counteract it in any way, the more mush the better I say! However everyone is different and what works for you may not work for sue ! But Iโm waffling now so I will leave you be with your sanity still intact! ๐

I know its crazy isnโt it?! The insects donโt even realise they have been assimilated by the cordyceps sinensis until its too late! theres about 600 known species of cordyceps! (I only know two in depth however ๐) have you seen the tv show last of us? Its really good and based very loosely on cordyceps!

So as the title suggests, this is an update from my Liquid culture post! I totally forgot the promised pics of the agar Petri dishes; my bad! however the results were good hence why i've gone forward and syringed them up!
which is a great segue into my request... so I only have a few syringes up for grabs but I need a mushroom guinea pig to test them out for me, is there anyone out there willing to test my spore syringes out, for free?
I don't want anything in return but private feedback; feedback of the packaging, spores everything worth mentioning. and of course if the syringes are viable when they eventually fruit if you could let me know how the mushroom trip goes; I would be so grateful!
I really want to get my spore library up and running and this would be a great help and step forward!

Sure I can include some basic instructions (print out) with the syringe. However you will need some vital equipment before you start; most you may have laying around at home but I wouldnโt personally invest in any new equipment unless you are a keen grower or can make use of said equipment.
I will supply you with 1 mushroom bag with the syringe (those hoes are expensive!๐)
Equipment needed for each stage:
Prep substrate:

I think you'll be lucky to see a laminar flow cabinet outside a Containment Level 3 facility in 2024. No pressure or anything with equipment! Looks like I have some work to do...
ive just checked laminar flow hood stock and ive seen some for sale second hand on eBay but brand new ones all out of stock, so weird!
There are loads of guides on how to make your own DIY hood out there too but as long as you have either the flow hood or a still air box you will be fine; its all about making the area as sterile and contam free as possible.
and to clarify a laminar flow hood is not a necessary item especially for beginner growers was just if you happened to have one laying around! (I would go SAB all the way)

I'm still looking at it and seeing a lake, which is clearly why it's a thing as a visual processing trick. What we see as some effect in the water of the lake is the poor paint job that's run on the wall, I think? The chimp is just chilling, doing chimp things.
I thought the bad paint job/mould was the tree reflection too! you just made me think/remember a thing called trompe l'oeil it means to trick the eye and is an artistic term to confuse and trick the viewer!

My first time....
My first time....
sooo its my first time properly experimenting with Liquid culture! for those of you that aren't mush nerds its basically a nutrient sugar based broth that contains mycelium, you use it to inject rye grain to make mushrooms. but I digress, I have carried out 3 experiments, 1 LME, 1 Honey, and 1 with honey and peptone and here are my results after 2 weeks! I have prepped them on to agar Petri dishes and will see if they are viable! so excited!! I will update when things change. but here are my lil beauties on the stir plate.๐ ๐ โฎ๏ธ

I wish it did make it more magic! Although watching the mycelium spin and whizz around on the stirrer is almost magic! (Well to my nerdy ass anyways!) lol
The mag stirrer is used to break the mycelium/spores up so it doesnโt congregate at the bottom of the jar, it should in theory make inoculating quicker and would enable me to create a library/archive of all the spores and genetics that I have grown/ found! etc ๐

Iโll go first, (itโs literally impossible to just pick one thereโs sooo many!) My fave cannabis strains are super silver haze and orange bud.
And my fave shroom strains are JMF (Jedi mind fuck) just for the amazing trip sessions I have had with them and Colombian rusty spore (god thereโs too many shroom varieties to pick from too, I hate my own question all of a sudden! ๐ )

And ive had blue cheese which was nice with the fruity blueberry but then gross with the cheesy flavours coming through!! Still very strong and amazing body buzz though!

I would suggest Mexican dutch kings, for a first time as they are more milder and softer so to speak (of course depending on dose!) or mazatepec they are also very beginner user friendly but amazing in my opinion anyways! In other news I will be stocking my store with Mexican dutch kings soon and after Christmas I will have mazatepecs, otherwise if you cant wait for my shrooms, I have heard some good things from customers regarding Dr. Shroom!

Anything haze for me, specifically amnesia haze. That funky smell is worth more to me than a few extra percent of THC, It is the coffee shop experience and will forerver take me back to my teenage years.

Weed, like you say so many to choose from. I really liked the Jamaican from dam as a nice lazy trippy high, but going in powerful it would have to be super silver haze, old school white widow or powerplant.

But by far the best for me was good old Lucy.. had some amazing experiences, including a point where I literally felt like id left my body and was a needle with my head on, out in amongst the stars looking down on myself in my hotel room..it was utterly surreal and a very special feeling.. that same night me and my mate were convinced we could read each others minds..and did a test where we had to write down one word without saying it.. it was fucked up, we both wrote down the same word ( and as far as I know we never actually spoke that word). It was beyond incredible and I thought after that I'll never ever get a trip that good again so stopped and now only ever take a smoke.
Great to look back on though.

Recently discovered ice cream cake and oh what a lush strain that is. Not had anything like it before. An absolutely beautiful indica. The best mix of head and body high I've ever had.

For weed it will have to be Hindu Kush as its the best sleep aid for me, however I have tried Gentlemen Dealers Candy Krush for the first time and its been a long time since a strain has given me the giggles and sleep so that might be a close contender for me.
Shrooms though i'll probably still stick with Golden Teachers. I've tried the Mckennai, Enigma, Maztapec, but Golden Teachers seem to be the ones for me that is focused on having a good time watching shows compared to my other experiences.

So I decided to leave food outside for them on a regular , and brought them a little cat house which they have stayed in most nights.
When the weather turned ice cold I built in a cat flap in the entrance for them, so they can enter the cottage any time.

LILO ( the black one ) is still so nervous with me, she really has trouble getting use to humans , or Maybe just me ๐

Not sure if it will help you and Lilo, but I bought this spray which is a natural anxiety stress relief spray (well supposedly) it stinks of feet, but can be sprayed on cat beds, carriers, scratch posts etc. meant to be good for all animals and humans. Its called pet remedy.
And I have also used a high strength cat nip, (pets at home) they seem to work in non stressful situations.

It can certainly get quite hectic and noisy at times. All of my cats absolutely love to be cuddled and scratched, but I always feel bad stopping since my hands seem to cramp before they are done๐

Zorro sounds like one of my old cats. She eventually got a bit better as she got older, but unfortunately passed before she could shine.

Hey Everyone!
So the Christmas season is bittersweet for me. My big brother, Cousin and family dog died 2 years ago, both grandparents died a few months ago and everything I used to do at Christmas has drastically changed, mainly those we would visit not being around and of course my big bro and dog not sitting around the family dinner table, joking, messing around and opening pressies together.
I guess I just wanted to say to anyone who is going through a similar situation, grieving/missing loved ones at xmas; I understand/ empathise with what you are going through and here if you need to chat or vent! Remember no matter how hard things get our loved ones are always with us.
Tears are the language of grief and grief is the language of love.
Merry Christmas in heaven or beyond to all of our lost loved ones.
And hope you are all doing okay too!

So the question on my mind..after a lovely dose of MDKโs (which are steadily becoming my fave btw!) and staring at the Christmas tree for what felt like an eternity, does anybody decorate their tree with blue baubles? or decorate the tree/house with any colour that isnโt necessarily traditional? does anyone do religion based stuff or mainly Santa or maybe your own spin on things? I would love to hear how you guys get into the festivities!

At least with Mary Jane you can rough her up a little, tear leaves here and there and she only gets stronger! If it wasnโt for the ridiculous electric bills I think I wouldโve stayed with flowers too as much as I love the fungi kingdom!

Stargazers have mixed reviews but the general consensus is that they are quite potent, so I would advise dosing down for the 1st trip!

So yesterday I tried all of my abort shrooms (I tend to keep the less visually cosmetic ones for myself.) and personally I found them to be rather strong. In fact in the past when I have done the same I had the same results.
So have any of you guys experienced the same?

My theory is that it seems to be potent but doesnโt change as much per individual mushroom. I reckon the psilocybin amount stays the same but the shroom swells with water adding size and weight. Does that make sense?

To me the little aborts are stronger. I'd say the mushroom starts with all the goodness and grows. I'm no professional though

So mini update, I am nearly out of stargazers, but fear not, I have shrooms colonising and more being prepped ready for inoculation.
Im just waiting for the rest of my Mexican Dutch Kings to finish fruiting and then those will be available, I reckon another 2 weeks then they should be ready.
After Christmas I will have some new shroom varieties to try, plus more stargazers.
Has anyone tried full moon party shrooms? If not watch this space ;)

As much as I love shrooms, I cannot deal with the taste or the texture, unless smothered in food or disguised somehow; I know im a pussy. however with capsules I can pour the powder out and drink in my smoothie without even realising im doing and most importantly tasting the shrooms! so what do you guys prefer? and do you see any difference in potency dried, wet or capsuled?

Dry is best for me, more versatile and easy to store, saying that might be nice to have a fresh option for popping on pizza's.

Yeah, I think it has a synergistic dependency on grass to survive or something like that I recall reading about it. Would definitely give it a go, but it won't be the same procedure as with cubes and it has a high failure risk. I'm guessing you actually enjoy mycology though, so you might enjoy the project nevertheless. Best of luck mate

I wonder if a bucket tek might be possible and using animal feed grass, mixed with straw and hpoo? Def on my list of things to accomplish and experiment when I have some spare time!

honestly raw shrooms taste very dutty like a wafer but with a weird acidic taste..
the first time I did shrooms was eating over a hundred freshly picked liberty caps they were soggy and tasted like a toilet but it was definitely worth it.
mushroom chocolate is my favourite way to consume, but the majority of the time I just on chew them raw for 10 seconds and distract my mind then swallow with water makes it come on quicker ๐

I'm one for "maxi dosing" normally, but a friend made some micro dose mushroom chocolate truffles and they tasted super, couldn't taste the shrooms.
Had fresh truffles, it's an acquired taste, acquired by people with no taste buds!
But yeah, strong mushroom tea is my preferred method of consumption.

Hey everyone, I have shrooms for sale; stargazers to be exact and I am in the process of setting up my little Biggy seller page. However I donโt know if Iโm being a ditzy blonde or if it really is rocket science, but Iโm in a little bit of a pickle with the transaxe /btc /accepting money side of things.
So here is my list of probably very obvious questions I need answering, thank you all in advance, and for reading this train wreck of a post, you all deserve copious amounts of shrooms and Cannabis!! And apologies if all this has been asked before, I have looked though the forums but as said im a noob who also needs spoon feeding!
1: on the payment processor section in settings, I have clicked on the transaxe token option and created a transaxe account and have been generated a long code, which I assume is my transaxe token to input on the previous payment processor page. (I know seems obvious but Iโm just clarifying, ya girl is a worrier!)
2: back to Transaxe account page; another very obvious question, on the add bitcoin option, the bitcoin address is my usual Btc address? For example the one (only one) that I use to purchase goods from little Biggy. I ask this as there was also an option to add another Btc address for referral streams and that has seriously confused me. I also created this selling account separate from my buying account.
3: On the same Transaxe page, i am confused by what receive first payment and make 1st referral buttons are for. (I assume I have to actually make a sale first but I like to know all the ins and outs.)
I am also confused by the *sales and referrals pending release in the next 30 days* and what all that means.
4: On Transaxe settings, the terms are very perplexing to me; for starters I have no clue about referrals, (I assume its sharing links and people clicking and purchasing through my link? And if so do I just write random posts etc with the link in hopes people will click?)
5: The part regarding sales and 16 day hold 9.85% fee (NO referral token)
16 days hold 14.85% fee (OTHER referral token)
7 days hold 5.85% (MY referral token)
payments within 2.9% are considered paid invoices
referrals 1% of transaction.
Wtf does this all mean?!
What does MY, OTHER and NO referral token mean and am I correct in assuming that if I donโt use my referral link I will lose more money due to transaction fees etc?

Growing is my passion. And I respect the medicinal value it brings to those in need of it. Unfortunately our country still does not share the same views, and see it as more harmful then beneficial. I got into growing not as a hobby, but more on a deep sentimental matter of mine.
On a personal note, a few years back in 2021, I had got serious about growing for the sake of my dad, who was suffering from chronic pain and had to take more then a dozen tablets every single day which the Doctor prescribed to him, but weโre doing jack all for him. Instead they were only making him feel weaker and weaker.
Seeing your dad deteriorating in front of your very eyes is disturbing.
Not eating,
Not moving,
Just lying there waiting to die
He wouldnโt even go to his check ups in hospital because he was in so much pain.
I considered bringing over some medicinal herbs for him in order to try and ease the pain he was going through, as he was chain smoking cigarettes and drinking whiskey to help numb it instead.
So one day I rolled him up a fat jay, and after the first few hits he started coughing,
A second round of a few more hits the painful moanings had turned into giggling and laughter
A few more hits after that and he was lying down like the green gods were giving him a sacred massage ,and taking out this terrible pain from his body. I had forgotten how relaxed and calm he use to be.
Dad hadnโt eaten the whole week, but he was soon munching on everything and anything I could fine in the kitchen for him, to cook up.
The last few months I got to spend with dad was a happy one. Although he was still in pain , that pain was greatly reduced due to the medicinal effects of cannabis.
All I know is it could have been a hell of a lot darker if my dad had just stuck to tablets cigarettes and whiskey.
My dad had died of stomach cancer soon after. One day I walked into his bedroom and he wasent moving and breathing. I had hope he had one last spliff before he slept, so that I I know he had died peacefully in his sleep, and that he was stoned on his journey to heaven.
Because of this incident my knowledge and passion for growing had continued.
I had witness from first instance of how cannabis can help those that are suffering, and I really wanted to pursue this as a main goal in life.
But also being busy with life can also make you forget spending time with your loved ones. So Last month of April 2024, the recurrence of death again had occurred to a childhood friend of mine, which had sadly given me the opposite feeling this time.
I didnโt have any inspiration or motivation putting me off growing completely.

On a personal note, a few years back in 2021, I had got serious about growing for the sake of my dad, who was suffering from chronic pain and had to take more then a dozen tablets every single day which the Doctor prescribed to him, but weโre doing jack all for him. Instead they were only making him feel weaker and weaker.
Seeing your dad deteriorating in front of your very eyes is disturbing.
Not eating,
Not moving,
Just lying there waiting to die
He wouldnโt even go to his check ups in hospital because he was in so much pain.
I considered bringing over some medicinal herbs for him in order to try and ease the pain he was going through, as he was chain smoking cigarettes and drinking whiskey to help numb it instead.
So one day I rolled him up a fat jay, and after the first few hits he started coughing,
A second round of a few more hits the painful moanings had turned into giggling and laughter
A few more hits after that and he was lying down like the green gods were giving him a sacred massage ,and taking out this terrible pain from his body. I had forgotten how relaxed and calm he use to be.
Dad hadnโt eaten the whole week, but he was soon munching on everything and anything I could fine in the kitchen for him, to cook up.
The last few months I got to spend with dad was a happy one. Although he was still in pain , that pain was greatly reduced due to the medicinal effects of cannabis.
All I know is it could have been a hell of a lot darker if my dad had just stuck to tablets cigarettes and whiskey.

That Blueberry Muffin they have is outstanding quality though if you like fruity bud don't miss that its another stinker and strong too will take you back to the good ol days, both banging as are all the imports I'm trying to work my way through them all had the Biscotti, Sherbet and Jungle Mints all are top value and just got the Vanilla Ice and Oreoz land today so think I might go give one of those a try now actually time to move off the mimosa but its too tasty though!

So Iโve never done shrooms before and really want to try them. Whatโs a good variety, amount and seller to start with?
They are such a beautiful tool in life and honestly, if you respect them, they will respect you too! The times I've went too hard are the most humbling times so take it easy! Same principle with most psychedelics tbh!
It's going to be a somewhat different experience for each individual due to our own neurochemistry, so you will need to research and experiment to find your sweet spot, however there are a few points which are useful to consider!
Firstly, start low and slow! Definitely get yourself a set of scales that are as accurate as possible to around 0.01g to be as precise as you can be for peace of mind. Depending on the genetics of the mushrooms you get, they can be either on the potent side, or on the more mellow side. I'd be inclined to suggest, for a beginner, it's definitely worth just starting with 1g to 2g, maybe less if you have stronger variety like PE or APE or maybe ever so slightly more depending on your weight etc.
The lower the dose, the less likely that you will feel nausea which is common, but the lower the dose, typically lower the affects so its a tightrope to walk on how far you want to go!
There are many ways that you can consume them, from making tea to simply eating them raw or making capsules. Each route is great but I'd recommend having as much ginger available as possible! I love eating the candied (crystallised ginger) to help combat any nausea bad vibes alongside some soothing (yet stinky) Valerian Root for calmness.

It's going to be a somewhat different experience for each individual due to our own neurochemistry, so you will need to research and experiment to find your sweet spot, however there are a few points which are useful to consider!
Firstly, start low and slow! Definitely get yourself a set of scales that are as accurate as possible to around 0.01g to be as precise as you can be for peace of mind. Depending on the genetics of the mushrooms you get, they can be either on the potent side, or on the more mellow side. I'd be inclined to suggest, for a beginner, it's definitely worth just starting with 1g to 2g, maybe less if you have stronger variety like PE or APE or maybe ever so slightly more depending on your weight etc.
The lower the dose, the less likely that you will feel nausea which is common, but the lower the dose, typically lower the affects so its a tightrope to walk on how far you want to go!
There are many ways that you can consume them, from making tea to simply eating them raw or making capsules. Each route is great but I'd recommend having as much ginger available as possible! Thanks for all the advice :) had my first try last night thanks to Spacemenโs $5 intro offer. Went for 2g of GT, although that was a little too high. Not unbearably so but Iโll go 1-1.5 next time. I lemontekโd it!
I'd say amount depends on strain. if you look at something like golden teacher then maybe up to 1.5g on the other end of the scale a penis Envy variant around 0.5g would be a good starting point. As mentioned already underwhelming is better than overwhelming for your first time. There is a real psychological barrier to stepping into the unknown so treading lightly is wise. You can redose during your trip too. Its not as potent as doing your total for the night in one go but feeling safe is more important.

Hello Ethically living, really hate to bring some doom and gloom, but I really want to reiterate what NuclearTreeFrog has said about respecting the shroom. I only began my mushroom journey this June, had around six / seven amazing experiences ( I did it too much really), and got cocky thinking I was just really 'good' ๐ at taking mushrooms..
Recently I took 3.5g - less than I usually would, my head and house were a mess, I just wanted them to 'fix me'. My God. What a mistakatomaka. I didn't think it was possible to feel so bad, and I've been in some dark places. I'm not religious, but I feel God, and this was the most terrifying thing, I couldn't feel God at all, it was like I was being consumed by darkness, almost like I was being possessed by evil.. seriously. I actually wanted to kill myself. I really, really don't want to put you off, I have had some of the best, most God affirming, beautiful and fun experiences of my life with mushrooms, and have seen unprecented healing, but fk me, the flip side is not cool and very real. It's easily avoided by ensuring you come to the experience with the right intention and good set and setting. Don't underestimate it ๐
On a massively positive note, when it finally ended, it felt like i was living my every day life in heaven, with a new found appreciation and respect for life and love. Really made me reevaluate a lot of things.
In my limited experience I've found b plus be the 'easiest', shroom, kind of 'forgiving'. I have always got mine from the fun guy on here. Dr shrooms APE were amazing as were the spacemens trinity caps. All really kind, helpful vendors.
I've found a few spoonfuls of honey and fresh ginger after taking really helps with nausea.
Really hate to have been negative, but seriously, take it seriously. You can't have light without darkness, and they have shown me unparalleled beauty, but that bad one taught me the most. I feel blessed to have had it happen, the relationships with my brother, sister and friend who all saved me that day are in another stratosphere now, and I have a whole new reverence for shrooms. They seem have an intelligence beyond our understanding.

I like golden teachers, might be a bit strong for your first time but if the dosage is small then you will be good. usually a 1 - 1.5g to start with for your first trip, be in good company and in a positive comfortable environment, plenty of vendors on here to choose from just check out the forum, plenty of vendors posting about their wares and recommendations.
Hi from personal experience start with a strain like Golden teacher. Very forgiving to anyone new to shrooms. Now for dose. If your sitting alone go for 1.5 if with someone go for 2. Now trip sitter. Someone you trust but also someone who is not going to impose their experiences or expectations into your journey. You need someone who will provide support when you need it. Set and setting are very important I canโt tell what that is but it should be somewhere you feel comfortable. As for taking mushrooms. These are ancient medicines so they demand a little respect. Ask for their protection and wisdom before taking. At any stage you feel overwhelmed. Just say thank you for showing me this. Gratitude goes a long way. If you have any questions at all just ask. So like the rest of you I understand the RM has fucked us, however after crimbo I've placed orders with The Resistance, to which I have just received a refund because, unknown. And Greentech to whom sent me black weed, rotten and mouldy. I wasn't the only one, so much so that LB has removed their selling site from LB. I can't reply to their request for my postcode. So I've been fked. My ex used to live in Salford and loved to go outside. A lot. Walked 25km with Edale as one of the refreshments spots (banana, cereal bar and water, if I remember correctly) a number of years ago. Pissed down most of the way. Lovely views, I'd imagine, if you weren't thinking of how wet and cold and tired you were. There was a reservoir, and that and the area around it was spectacular, even in the rain. That pasta bake and other stuff in the field canteen at the end was the best meal I've ever eaten, and I've eaten at multiple Michelin starred restaurants over the years. Would have been even better if it had ended at that pub though.

My Stargazers, really pack a punch and are very potent, so is advised to start with small doses.
