Are you sure the address you sent it to was the newly generated one for that order? Sometimes my exchange defaults to the previous used address unless I change it…

When you say "no joy" from transaxe, do you mean they haven't replied yet or they say they have no record of the transaction?

You need to supply them the address that the coin was sent to. If its an LB address, even one previously used, they will locate and refund you.

Although delays and hiccups can often occur on the blockchain its very rare that transactions are not eventually completed.

Basically cancelling does nothing other than send a message to the vendor to cancel your order. It's designed like this as your order may actually have been sent, but not marked as such. Spend your money elsewhere in future. If you're mainly into hash I'd be looking at Dr Green Thumb as a reliable vendor of excellent hash. If you want to go super premium then get some $100/g stuff from THC23.

This is why the review system is important. Everyone needs to score only AFTER it's been delivered, and tried. People that score 10 for something arriving are the problem. Biggy will only deal with him if he gets enough disputes. Other than that, use only trusted vendors.

Unfortunately some of the users of this site ARE "shady drug users" just as some vendors are "chancers who chase the money and serve up poor service". With cross allegations often flying left right and centre between the two camps its hardly an enviable task to have to moderate.

Remember that in most respects LB is just a host platform with a payment processor and escrow/dispute resolution algorythm. Is it too much to ask for buyers and sellers to show a little respect to each other and play by the rules themselves?

It is to some extent the nature of the product that Biggas get particularly stressed and hateful when they either don't get what they expect or by the time they were expecting it. Even good vendors doing their very best can take a lot of abuse for the failings of RM or traffic on the blockchain. And sometimes vendors simply make mistakes.

With over 100 vendors at any one time its inevitable that there will be some here that shouldn't be and Admin remove dozens every year. Yes it certainly seems too easy to set up a store here, I guess thats just part of the hippie-vibe. But then perhaps Biggas shouldn't so keen to leap on every new deal or freebie that appear too good to be true?

Clicking the cancel button just sends a message to the vendor to cancel, as there's a chance they may already have shipped when you do click cancel.

If they cancel it you have to go through Refund Borg, and it can take a week, sometimes less, sometimes longer.

Its nothing to do with LB, all Santander can see is that you are sending frequent amounts to a crypto exchange. Its a fraud alert- they think you are being scammed by someone for crypto payments or in an investment scam. You should be able to explain this to the fraud department. I had this and told them I was buying cannabis and they took the block off. You can just as easily say you are drip feeding a small crypto portfolio and doing it of your own free will of course.

Thats what I thought but they decided to de-risk and it's easier to give me the boot. Scandalous really....

Get yourself a non-KYC wallet like Exodus. Choose a platform to purchase Crypto (Bittylicious is ludicrously named, but super efficient). Tell the platform that you are sending to your own wallet (which you are). Send this from Exodus to LB. It'll cost you about £1-5 more, depending on fees. Most likely the lower end of the scale.

I had my account frozen when sending money a few months ago. It wasn't drug related, but that highlighted to me how easy it is to lose access to something you rely on so much, especially with physical bank closures everywhere. It was relatively easy to sort out, but still, it happened.

I had my bank account from a major UK lender locked a couple of months ago. Nothing to do with drugs. Had to go through the fraud department, but this is the only time my account was completely locked. No access whatsoever. So, you can be easily de-banked. Don't think it's something that happens to other people.

I just do Exodus -> Vendors Wallet.

Lloyds blocked mine after 2 transactions, had to call the fraud team. They then blocked it again, had to call them again and they've whitelisted the payments.

I've never heard of an account being completely frozen or debanked, wtf?
