This customer purchased 10x 3.5g Trainwreck promos at $15 each/

He was sent 35g and now he is claiming he only received 3.5g, this is quite simply IMPOSSIBLE as I packed it myself and quite significantly remember his 35g order, he is trying to scam us after ordering 10x 420 promo offers of 3.5g for $15, shows you this persons character.

Beware other vendors.

I made my first purchase with yourself (Herb) I had 2x 3.5 promo, arrived within 2-3 days bang on weight and the bud was good quality even at the normal price. Sucks to hear someone doing this to you straight out the gate hopefully it will best sorted in a just manner.

I don't wish harm upon anyone but this also isn't right and needs to be addressed properly.

I am 100% sure that they received the entire 35g so what happens next? They just get to hit dispute and steal our money/product?

What is their history? If they are a noob then this is why vendors approach noobs with extreme caution especially with large orders like this - it’s a real 🚩. They’ll dispute it but hopefully won’t get all their coin back …

The postie did not open the parcel and vacuum seal to take 31.5g and then re-vaccum seal it to then deliver the last 3.5g.

I explicitly remember packing this scumbags order, there is no other possibility other than Sidd3rz being a scumbag liar and should be banned.

I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and hoping someone is going to come forward and be honest. its either an honest mistake or a genuine new vendor who's trying to pull a fast one but didn't realise there's a dispute system or how it works.
