Just to counter that review, I have had three different cheap crumble samples from new vendors over the past month, and the Dosidos from Ganja was easily the better stuff.
Not tried the gelato yet, but no reason to think quality would be any different.

What do we do about you, Gamechanger. You're complaining about trolls, when you've just doxxed multiple of your customers who ordered from you in good faith. We know who you are "ganja". It's not hard to figure it out.

Accept the criticism. Maybe reach out to see if they can get in touch with you and tell you exactly what they thought was wrong with the product. You could maybe try to compensate them In some way. Or like gungadin said just keep doing what you're doing. You can't please everyone all of the time

Do about what? Not what I'd call trolling. Clearly you disagree, but reviews are subjective: "I simply don't like this product".

And given that practically none of the terms we use, have a universally agreed definition, perhaps this isn't crumble, *in their experience*.

And perhaps the colour, taste & high are "off", *in their experience*.

I understand that as a new seller, you're keen to keep a clean slate, but that won't happen: just take a look at some OG accounts.

If you can figure out who the buyer was, you might get in touch to try and understand the issue.

But TBH I would just move-on: it's all part of the game.

Ganja has some lovely crumble in,

he sent me a 1g sample freebie in exchange for a fair and honest review.

What can I say? Damn this stuff blows your head off, terps on it are amazing.

From the opening of the jar you get a sweetness from the crumble, which is amplified when consumed on peak temp through my puffco.

As far as crumbles go I’d have to give this a solid 10/10

Great comms with the seller too which is always a bonus when it comes to vendors, my tracking was also provided same day as dispatch which I find to be a nice touch
