No delivery and ignoring messages

Ordered a large amount which is now coming up for a week late on a '24hr tracked delivery' service. No response from seller. Can see from other comments I'm not the only one who has had issues with LV, looks like I will have to dispute for the first time on LB

The parcel has just been dropped in by an elderly neighbour but the postman had not left a card so either mixed it up with their mail or just didnt think to say he'd left it elsewhere. I do not know how to delete this post so for clarity the seller not responding is just a coincedence and had done everything expected on his end but not getting congirmation of the parcel being delivered meant I didn't want to go knocking neighbours doors. But today is the day I can dispute it. Which I have. And I have discovered this site is a waste of time when it comes to dispute and I highly doubt I will get my money back at all. I placed an order on Wednesday night 6pm with other vendors aswell lV has been my go to on LB and has been spot on with a lot of products I've bought of him now an all spot on but with my order the black runtz arrived on Friday as always next day as wouldn't of been posted till Thu but no hash I'd ordered 50g pilot pollen and 28g of la moose so I messaged and got reply saying "I will fix this it didn't say why or awnser of the questions I asked and today Saturday its still not here which is a first with LV so now I notice his page items gone I'm bit worried as it'd £285 roughly,Does anyone no IF this happens ,a glitch of some kind,I've no clue with computers it's not my intention to blacken LVs name in any way more concerned just offline over a day now aswell seems odd?or am I overthrowing?by the way black runtz is great buy for the money ,buds are very nice size and beutifull colour smell an stone,I hope all is ok LV,and can u get in touch plz mate when u are back on,anyone's help appreciated 👍

Don’t worry too much as your coin is protected by escrow. A Dispute tab will appear on your order page at the end of next week. If LV haven’t resolved this by then, click to initiate a dispute. They will have a further 16 days to resolve….

If you dispute then your coin won’t be released to the vendor. He will be informed you are disputing and be given a further 16 days to resolve it. If he resolves it you click ‘resolve’ to end the matter. If he doesn’t resolve it then auto settlement Borg applies a refund % based on reputation and pays you a refund amount. It does take a few weeks in total to get your coin back…

If all items have been taken down, either LB forced them down or he manually did it himself.

Either way, hes not actively selling anymore so he likely wont be sending it out.

Wait for the dispute option to appear, and go through the process (ive never had to raise a dispute)

If its happened with more people the bot will favour the buyers over the seller and youll get a refund

Never got post on a Sunday before, it was sent 24 hour tracked on Friday. I think they do sometimes deliver parcels on a Sunday that were sent out special delivery but weren’t delivered next day?

Not looking good. Placed only my 3rd order with these guys. 24 hour tracked. Previous 2 orders arrived next day. This one hasn't shown and with the items now disappearing, unanswered message and offline, I'm doubting it will arrive.

On Wednesday about 6pm i ordered 1 oz of black runtz,a 50g bit pilot pollen and a 28g bit la moose(amongst two orders with different vendors aswell) the black runtz arrived but no hash on the Friday but all others arrived and LV 6 orders in the past all came next day no problem but i asked on Friday why and he said "I will fix this" ,I thought ok and asked few questions straight away and no reply nothing again today and not been on in over 24hours.Shoukd I be worried he's always been spot on "apart from comms" tbh and I get they are busy but can't help worry mate does anyone no how to handle it?(just wait is what I'm thinking as I believe he will come through but just noticed his page has no items on it is my main concern an hes been ofline over a day?🤔

I hope so mate I'm waiting on hash that didn't arrive with the black runtz but hope it's just a glitch or something as he's always been great with me apart from bad comms tbh,never awnsers questions.I no he will be busy but his page is worrying me,would I get refunded through the escrow or transaxle do u no how it works if came to worst?I'm problay overworking it's just its £285 or something like that,if its in his power I'm sure he will send it,I'm not trying to blacken his name here just asking opinion folks?

I havent seen many complaints from people on here but, my experience with LVcannabis as been horrible (partly my fault but also theirs). I ordered 7gs of some haze and paid for 24 hour tracked shipping. After 2 days i was suspicious and asked for the tracking number, after that i realised i put the wrong postcode for the address (postcode is in the same town just a few streets over). Since then hes been delaying and not sending the tracking info. Now he is just ignoring my messages even though I can see that he was online. He said that he sent it on the 1st august and now i have been waiting for 16 days and nothing. Opening a dispute and hoping I win it, because he will not refund me or show me tracking info to see if the package has been lost. Do NOT buy from him, he is just a dropshipper anyway.

Seen a lot of comments on LV’s page recently about poor quality and subbed items.

Everything on LV’s page is Pistash’s stock. They simple drop ship from their off site platform. LV have no stock of their own. Pistachio even confirmed this on Reddit.

This is why you are being sent random items whenever they feel like it.

never had any issue with Pistach and i used him a lot, but then i was just buying his hash as the pineapple express and cookies were excellent smokes and cheap at the price.
Though i did see some other guys complaining about missing parcels think they were all from Cornwall and it must have been their postman that was stealing them.
