Making your own with some RSO might be the ticket - as this is a full spectrum extract. You can always cut RSO 50:50 with delta 9 distillate to spread the cost even more.

The escrow process used to be a real person ('Escrow Suisse') but there really is no way to 'prove' most claimed issues one way or another. There are exceptions- if a vendor simply buggers off, exit scams or engages in obvious site fraud then escrow pays out 100% without the dispute process being necessary.

The algo employs 'reputation' because otherwise it would be too easy for rogue buyers to join with multiple accounts and fleece sellers. Reputation builds with time on the site, number of purchases vs disputes, community involvement and voting history and is the same for sellers. So yes, a noob disputing his first order is unlikely to get a full refund against a vendor with a long history.

But there is no stigma to having disputes on your account. Logically the very biggest customers on here will simply due to the number of orders be more likely to have disputes recorded eventually. Vendors should not discriminate against a buyer who has a reasonable number of disputes.

Overall the system is loaded in favour of the buyer rather than the seller and simply means that if you are fairly new ie with little 'reputation' you may not get a 100% refund but are still protected to a degree.

You should always be prepared to make a fair and honest dispute. Most are resolved between the two parties before auto resolution anyway. Its a process we all pay for (part of what you pay goes in fees) so its nuts not to.
