I would like you all to first pay attention to the new policy Cloud-Nine imposed on himself and assured us he would gift us with : 2 days delivery or either a reship or a refund.

I placed an order on the 2nd for gummies.
I was literally the first purchase and honestly, it was pretty exciting (trying a new product AND having edibles after I don't even know how long. Are you kidding me? That oughta put some juice in the old defective dopamine machine up there!)
I messaged him. Got a reply, I gave the wrong postcode.
My bad.
Corrected it and messaged him again.
Hurray! The order about to be sent on the same day, on the 4th of February!
Let me get my comedy and movies ready. Led Zeppelin, TOOL, Michael Jackson and Steely Dan here we meet again!


But I'm sure you probably know what comes next.


The 5th comes and goes.
The 6th replaces it and waltzes away.
The 7th and 8th frolic by and away hand in hand (it was the weekend).


The 9th comes.
I'm by my door.
No parcel.

So I drop a little message to the initially prompt to respond vendor. "Hey there, it's your rule. May I be compensated for the wait?"
To which I get no replyšŸ‘€



The 10th comes. Still no reply.
"Hey, ermmm it's still not come, it's getting long."

Both messages pending.


BUT

JUST WHEN ALL HOPE WAS LOST

"Cloud-Nine is online!"

Hallelujah!
Praise be the GoodbLord, who on the 10th day r-

Cloud-Nine logs out.


No response.
No reship.
No update.
No package.


And it's now the 11th.
What a journey.



Look Cloud-Nine. You probably read these more than messages.
Why didn't you reply, I don't know you may have your reasons.
I don't want to leave this post.
All I want is to receive my parcel, and to have this rule you've made for yourself be respected and just have a reship of that product.

And honestly, I believe that if you've put this rule it means you actually do mean to try to lower your average delivery time.
If you send me this and a reship, and reply to my message I'll put the delivery time of the reship in the comment instead of this one, and I'm also willing to delete this post and write a positive review.
I don't want to hurt your thing you have going on.

I just either want you to reply to me and have this straightened out if you actually do just mean to run a clear business with clear transactions. Mistakes happen and us customers should encourage a vendor making an effort and not shoot them in the foot.

Or if you actually just do do that to many people and you don't reply and all, then I just want the customers to see it and of course I'll leave it and a bad review for the next people to avoid wasting their time.
But this one is if you're honestly just unwilling to just conduct a normal business transaction with a paying customer.

The choice is yours, Cloud-Nine.

Even harder to feel sorry for biggas that chose a vendor with a below 9.0 rating, consistent 5/10 ratings with some of the worst reviews I've ever seen going back weeks

I cannot begin to fathom how naive one would have to be, even seen a long term bigga bigging them up....

Completely agree. Also to give an incorrect delivery address for an illegal transaction genuinely irritates me.

Despite the very reasonable post I just cannot sympathise with someone who

a) chose a bad rep vendor when there are literally so many 9.7+ vendors selling edibles

b) is careless enough to part with BTC to an unknown person while providing incorrect delivery info.

I have made mistakes in life that lead me to face consequences that lasted me a decade of repayments. To this day I don't regret it, I could have filed bankrupcy and had it all taken away but it was my mistake I owned it and paid every penny back and I think that is the only reason I learned from it.

My point to the OP is, after the anger from this ordeal has started to dissipate. Take some time away to self reflect on the several mistakes you made that could've prevented any of this happening rather than focusing your energy on what a bad vendor he may/may not be.

I am forgetful and clumsy, without fail every time I leave the house I physically pull my keys out of my pocket and wave my door key in front of my eyes(just feeling them in my pocket is not good enough) I triple check the address on every order I place, hell I even load up the individual vendors page as some of them ask for addresses to be formatted in a specific way.

Personally, I could only walk away from this transaction being annoyed at myself, nobody else. I am genuinely sorry you have been treated like shit by another human, ultimately it is on you to reduce how often shitty humans can ruin your day.

Had a similar story as you actually,
First buy of this sample was sent out a day after ordering and according to Royal Mail was delivered the next day,
I thought grand, can’t wait
Got home and nothing was there, did some digging through royal mails tracking and it seems the parcel was sent to the wrong address
Gave the benefit of the doubt, it happens, messaged cloud and he assured me he’d reship it asap

2 days passed and nothing,
That is until I get a message from mr cloud
Smthn along the lines of ā€˜apologies for the wait, genuine mistake I forgot abt you, I’ll send an extra bag as a sorry, ill create the tracking and send tomorrow’

Well tomorrow has come and almost gone, currently 8pm, and still I do not have this tracking I was promised of AND I’m still edible less

Regardless of whether these edibles do actually arrive or if I have to dispute, I do not think for the time being I’ll be using cloud again solely for the fact of the comms and shipping

Sad to see this happen on this site and to so many people.

How hard can it be to stick something in an envelope and post it. 😳

I've got the same issue, order placed 16 days ago. Initially it took 7 days for RM to deliver to the wrong address so the seller said they would re ship and provide tracking. I'm still waiting for this and seller is ignoring messages and last used messenger more than 4 days ago. Shocking service will not be ordering from this seller again.
