Only way to lose weight effectively long term is slow constant cardio (exercise basically) calorific deficit and plenty of water. Everything else is just a gimic.

It's about changing your entire lifestyle, not popping pills or drinking some magic formula.

Cardio is not the only way. Any thing that enables you to have a calorific deficit is key. The type of training and your diet will determine whether you lose muscle or fat. I would personally be more concerned with my body composition as opposed to my actual weight

Clenbuterol can effect your respiratory system. I found that smoking excessively at night cuts your appetite during the day so you’ll eat less through out the day

Low carbs and sugar, plus excersise to boost your metabolism. The weight will drop off you.

My postie messed up a parcel, i got offered a third of my order as replacement, so lets see what auto settlement borg gives me, after 15 days.

Your coin is held by escrow for up to 16 days after you have paid before it is released to the vendor. If the vendor does a bunk in this period (two of mine have) then your coin is very much ‘protected by escrow’ because you’ll get it straight back (as I did both times).

Not all disputes are so black & white. If a seller insists that product was sent, correct weight, quality as described etc and the Bigga disputes such things then auto settlement Borg offers a resolution based largely on reputation. Obviously with this not everyone will be happy every time but at least a proportion of your coin will be protected.

I think we all need to accept that there is always going to be at least a slim element of risk when buying drugs🤷‍♂️

You have every right to dispute your order if it doesn't arrive, although there's no harm trying to resolve it with the vendor via messages either. You can then dispute it if you're not getting anywhere; or if you're running out of time.

There seems to be a few posts about orders not arriving from this vendor recently, hopefully it just RM being slow

The admins actually advise you to dispute the order, don't listen to the vendor.

If DIUK are stating their rep is affected due to the dispute, it's not on you for raising a dispute, it's on them for not delivering the products you've paid for. Don't let any vendor try to talk you out of a dispute, you pay 20% in fees on every order for that protection.

Same here - I am an EU buyer and made my order on the 16th of September. Messaging back and forth constantly - they say they shipped thrice already and keep asking for my address which I do provide and nothing. Sitting here with no product and minus BTC.

after just 3 days of drying weed is still wet so if you put your buds in plastic bag, probably you will have mold on them

Me. Tried my first indoor grow last year and although I fucked it up royally, I learnt a lot. The most important thing I self learned myself was that cannabis is one hell of a fighter when comes to poor cultivation. I went into it pretty much blind, I over watered at first and underwatered later on. My nutrients didn’t make a difference and I couldn’t get the humidity right, right through the grow and I still yielded 14g of ok weed so I’m guessing il do better outdoors without interfering at all.

I agree with cannabis being a he'll of a tough plant. I live up in Scotland and was still able to get 1.5 oz from 3 plants in the garden... they didn't need any help at all. The buds were very airy and didn't look like your typical dense indoor buds but I was happy to smoke this for personal use and it was fun to see them grow!

I've scoped out a few areas near me that I plan to do some guerilla growing... but from two seasons in the garden, I now understand how important good quality seeds are... those free seeds they send you with an order are bollocks.

This will be the first true guerilla grow. I found a spot near fresh water at the edge of a south facing tree line... I plan to spread them out a bit so it doesn't stand out. I'm currently looking for seeds, Northern lights seems an obvious choice - grateful for any other strain suggestions

That’s really cool mate, my friend in Scotland has had some great outdoors grows up around Stirling. It’s all about location, but once you’ve found a spot you just need to get started and make sure to transport all you will need to the site early. As you said…northern lights or Durban poison I’d recommend as they’ve been tried and tested in the UK for decades now 💯

When growing guerrilla my genetics will depend on the terrain. if growing in a difficult / not very private terrain my go to will be autoflowering strains for small-medium plants that are hardy, sturdy and fast finishing (less than 3 months, regardless to light regime). if receiving enough light and water, today's genetics offer very high quality & productive, potent autoflowering strains with all the big breeders. when growing in a more private terrain, when the season is right and time is less of an issue and/or if trying to grow bigger plants - photo period strains will be preferred. I don't know how you guys have it but here I'd have to protect my plants from wild life when planting in nature. also needs camouflage for air patrols if growing large scale. all of which have very creative solutions of course. best of luck growing mate :-)

Frisian Dew and Frisian Duck are a good choice for our climate mate. Very resilient and nice all round strains.

We experimented with a guerilla grow last year just out of curiosity and they were the best of the bunch. I think Dutch Passion does the seeds.

The Frisian Duck is a freak of a plant, the leaves are shaped like duck feet lol. Perfect for stealth, you'd never guess what it was before they started to flower.

We have some pics on here of our grow somewhere on here. It's addictive as fuck when you start seeing progress, it can turn into an obsession pretty quickly!!
