There is actual crumble and sugar on this site for cheaper than this. I simply don’t like this product, firstly this is not crumble secondly something is off with the colour taste and high….

For those NOT in the know, Ganja is the former vendor known as Gamechanger, who was banned previously for doxxing customers and for the past few months, has been posting these shit troll post through alts on near every vendors page. Recognise this title? ŪDA TÈRRORISTS ŃSA WARNING

Just to counter that review, I have had three different cheap crumble samples from new vendors over the past month, and the Dosidos from Ganja was easily the better stuff.
Not tried the gelato yet, but no reason to think quality would be any different.

Do about what? Not what I'd call trolling. Clearly you disagree, but reviews are subjective: "I simply don't like this product".

And given that practically none of the terms we use, have a universally agreed definition, perhaps this isn't crumble, *in their experience*.

And perhaps the colour, taste & high are "off", *in their experience*.

I understand that as a new seller, you're keen to keep a clean slate, but that won't happen: just take a look at some OG accounts.

If you can figure out who the buyer was, you might get in touch to try and understand the issue.

But TBH I would just move-on: it's all part of the game(changer).

Accept the criticism. Maybe reach out to see if they can get in touch with you and tell you exactly what they thought was wrong with the product. You could maybe try to compensate them In some way. Or like gungadin said just keep doing what you're doing. You can't please everyone all of the time
