I ship Mon-Fri, every week with no shipments over the weekend, if you order on Saturday/Sunday, your order will be sent on Monday morning.
If in the unlikely event your order does not arrive, please contact me once 7 days from sending has passed, to give it every chance of arriving before taking it further.
If after 7 days you still have not received your order, please get in touch immediately and we can handle it on a case by case basis.
