I've just been reading a post on RQS, and I'm debating trying it out.
It was basically saying, that now that the weather is getting better (uk). I could get some decent compost and planters. I could grow some autos outside? I was thinking about doing it in my garden but I've got a neighbour that over looks our garden.
I was looking at the seeds on RQS they look good. I've never tried growing before but might give it a go . Do you think it will work? Cheers

I always get my seeds from seedsman usually go for 00 autos which generally average out at around the 3 month cycle. If you are going for outside and you have a nice area with good sun you will get something out of them try to time it so last 6 weeks get the most daylight hours, a lot depends on how you care for them, it's all goldilocks just enough of everything but not too much or too little, this gets easier with experience so the sooner you start the better you become.
As for being overlooked by nosey neighbours you can take the 'just don't give a fuck' attitude and chance it or if you think they may cause you problems try companion planting with things that provide a screen in their direction, if you grow other plants like tomatoes then your sudden interest in gardening can be explained. Also as a caveat don't expect "cali" type buds as you will soon come to realise that these results are usually manipulated for appearance at the cost of quality imo.
All in all I'd say its worth a go, what else are you gonna be doing?

Check it out a strain called Auto Duck by Dutch Passion. It has a low odour and duck feet shaped leaf formation which makes it pretty stealthy for gardens.

agree re ducks foot , its really doesnt look like a cannabis plant until it flowers and then it does look much more like one. Can smell very strong. there are feminsised autos available which I would recommend for a first time grower.

They genuinely are a good choice for guerrilla grows in the back garden. Decent yield for the size too. Alternate them with some tomato plants so they blend in. The only reason I stopped growing them myself is as the kids got older they started asking awkward questions. My boy still thinks I used to dry onions in the attic!!!

No matter what anyone says here, you wont know until u try it so be careful, give it a go and get the experience ๐ช๐ผ.

Thanks for that mate some great info. Yup never tried this before lol. I've spotted a bit of fence which if I put then behind that it could block their view potentially. Also thanks for the offer it means alot . I'm thinking about doing maybe 3 to start off with to see how it goes. Littlebiggy is in a bad state right now! Sales have dramatically dropped due to the high BTC fees people are going elsewhere come on borgs please add a Litecoin payment option it has very small fees and faster confirmation times than Bitcoin itโs a no brainer! I know this has been suggested for many years but nothing has been implemented and we are paying the price now! There are other markets that accept different crypto once people start finding out they will never come back here for the sake for the future of this place WE NEED LITECOIN TO BE ADDED NOW!!

FOR i feel like BTC is gonna be the death of this site. You dont realize just how many other options there are out there, until you have to look. People are just gonna move on unfortunately
I wonder what the reason is for the admins being so quiet on this? I find it very curious that they don't tell us anything. The silence gives me the impression that they have no intention of implementing a new payment system but don't want to say this in case loads of people go elsewhere because they know a lot of us are holding out hope. I can't really think of any other reason. If it was a case of not being able to find developers to implement it then surely there's no reason they can't just say that. People will understand and hold onto the hope that someday, hopefully soon, they will find someone who can. But as it stands it looks like they don't give a fuck, they know the network fees will come down again, probably quite soon, and they'll be raking it in again.
LB don't address it because they are completely separate entities from the payment processors.
There are definitely teams with ambitions of bringing a new payment option as soon as possible although you can't rush this sort of thing.

I still can't see why the admins don't communicate with us on this. Surely they are up to speed on the latest developments of these teams that are working on implementing a new payment option.
Like probably many people, I fall into both of those groups. Am both a stoner weirdo and have pain to deal with. The latter mostly self inflicted due to extreme sport hobbies for too many years but it doesn't make it hurt less. This hiccup though means it's not viable for me to order right now whereas I was a regular spender here. It also means long term I need a better plan-b in case this happens again. I hope the admins can get it sorted.

FOR - realise this is not the first time this topic has cropped up but would be a good opportunity to address it or as Polly mentioned, any update would be welcomed. I suspect a big drop in usage would not be good for LB. But I am sure local plugs down the road wonโt mind the extra bit of business. that is the boat a lot of customers will find themselves in I think esp. as times are hard enough financially for most.

I reckon all vendors and buyers should strike till LB actually kick there ass into gear to sort out a new payment method, with how volatile the state of bitcoin is right now I do think they should add a payment method for XMR which is more anonymous also for security and opsec reasons for all buyers and vendors alike!

I'm sure had the owners known the trend of ordinal minting would be so relentless, they would have gotten to work sooner on something else.
I think this is a bigger problem in that there is no reason that BTC should be so valuable given how volatile the fees are.
Given that the mining reward halving will send transaction fees much higher anyway, I think the future is looking bleak for BTC.
1mb blocks were such a terrible idea.
Holders have an exit strategy is all I'm saying.

Completely agree. Bought ยฃ1k-ish just before halving when it dipped under $60k, and there's no way on Earth I'm spending that in the near future. I'd imagine that it'll drop in value before I can spend it, as that's about 90% consistent.

I think they would if they could but it seems they've not been able to find people that can do it for them. There was a push a few months ago to create an alternative payment system, which was led by Blockhead, but I don't think he could find developers that could do it. I might be completely wrong about that though, but that's how it came across to me. It doesn't help that the people who run LB have virtually nothing to say on the subject.

I mainly use it to keep my stress levels under control. I would find myself getting super stressed about silly things. So much so that I could feel my blood pumping around my body. I've never been aggressive or violent, but I would constantly be stressed out. To start with I was trying to control it with Stella and super string cider. Then I found myself with a constant acid burning feeling in my belly.. then 4 years ago my misses suggested I made the change to weed and I have never looked back. Although it does make me lazy sometimes haha. But I'd rather have that than have a heart attack at 46 lol
lol, defitenely alcoohol in the long run wouldn't have helped you much, it would have really destroyed body and soul. thank god you listened to your misses, wise change. don't forget the simple things, walk barefoot in nature once in a while with your misses, quality time in nature. she saved you with that suggestion lol.

TLDR: shit happens and weed helps.
Had back problems for years due to a protruding disc, that was mis-diagnosed because I started with psoriatic arthritis around the same time(2009ish).
Weed helped me with pain relief alongside co-codamol, but I also found it good for appetite, sleep and just my all round mood and mental health while I went through the methotrexate, sulfasalazine, leflunomide, humira ordeal trying to free up my joints so I could get back to work.
MRI scan found the dodgy disc around 2015, had surgery to shave off the protruding bit but that didn't work very well so it was 4 years or so of epidural steroid and nerve blocking injections (evil procedure to go through ๐), NSAIDs, gabapentin and sitting on the waiting list for fusion surgery.
Life got interesting when I had the fusion done at the end of 2019. Initially it was amazing.
Sciatica gone.
After a couple of months of recovery and rehab, I was in a lot less pain, cutting down on the co-codamol and thinking about starting to come off the gabapentin, and just using the weed to relax and ease the remaining aches and pains, that were a lot more manageable, at the end of the day.

So may 2020, middle of the initial covid meltdown, I've been back in work full time for 3 and a half weeks working on home extension, already worried about the possibility of being banned from working ("they wouldn't close the entire country down, would they?" ๐ท๐).
5am. I'm in the kitchen doing stretching exercises and drinking tea while I wait for my morning round of pills to start working.
I'd been giving myself a couple of hours to get get my body in gear every morning before being picked up.
I was leaning over the breakfast bar, using it to lift most of my weight up off my feet to stretch the bottom of my back out. I lowered myself down and took a step towards the kettle on my right and SNAP!
Left leg gone ๐
tibia and fibula both completely separated and my foot/ankle wobbling about whilst I lay on the deck screaming.
9 days in hospital with no visits allowed waiting for a surgeon to glue me back together and I'm back home with a bottle of morphine and an 18 inch titanium bar with 16 screws stopping the wobble.
The surgical wounds took a loooong time to heal up and I wasn't discharged until January 2021. Took me a while to start trusting my new bionic left leg, but by March I was back on light duties at work and starting to feel a little bit more positive about the world.
This time I managed 2 weeks of being a productive member of society before a flipping egg yolk size blister appeared on my shin, burst and carried on leaking what I thought was blood.
It actually took them nearly 4 weeks to get me in for an "emergency" xray that showed osteomyelitis had travelled along 3 of the screws, into the bone and along the titanium, which basically required removal of all metalwork, a tablespoon size chunk of bone scraped out and one of those fancy pico dressings for a month while the massive hole on my shin tried to close up.
Mean time, the sciatica is back due to "irritation" of the nerve, and I'm hobbling around on a leg that i trust less than I'd trust Michael Jackson to babysit my kids.
My head is fooked.
I think I may have ptsd.

have you ever looked into any alternative/integral medicine or holistic treatments as well? neural therapy with procaine shots are amazing to regenerate the nervous tissue, many times our scars contribute for pain in other parts of our body. seems like a small detail, but could bring you more life quality in the long run. I would look into accupunture as well, or even deep tissue massage.

Massage is very good for relieving tight muscles and the different buzzing, tingling, aching sensations that I get down my left leg and groin. Only problem is that relief (in my case) is very short term.
I have a spot on the top of my foot, along the first 2 metatarsal bones, that feels like I'm getting text messages on vibrate all the time. Aches like a mofo constantly.
But when I get some oil on it and give it a good strong massage, it's like flipping a switch!
All the sciatica pains down my leg stop, the vibrating sensation stops texting me and the mental relief is amazing.
The trade off though, is that the foot ache goes from constant low to mid level nagging pain, to a super localised stabbing pain right at that one spot.
The mixture of instant relief and whatever endorphins and stuff that gets released, and the new, sharp pain from the massage is very hard to describe. I'll just say that the kids find the noises I make absolutely hilarious ๐คฃ.

Of course I read it I'm baked rn too! i feel ya pain buddy (literally lol) its places like this that give us a chance to post stuff like that and it be totally cool so good on ya cos mine was a lot shorter, one day at a time well sometimes one hour at a time but theres always hope in the smallest of things and weed enhances that so much, lost count of the times i cant take any more meds and im chain smoking weed and throwing in some booze for good measure and then I find the right music to make me forget for just a little bit and then the drink gets put down and the smile widens as the THC has met with my wanna be dancing music part of my brain and ganged up to kick the hell out of the pain part for a bit! Boy weed rants are good lol, peace bro and hope you're not in too much pain atm
I use cannabis to help me switch off and unwind and ultimately sleep.. always had a problem relaxing and falling asleep ever since I was a kid and younger according to my mother.
wow, really serious issue. lack of sleep in the long run can cause so many harm to our health. alongside mary jane, some mineral reposition is key to a great quality sleep. sleep is physical as it is metaphysical, I mean, it can have a lot to do with our biochemicals. it's good to look for a doctor who works with mineral/vitamins reposition. mineral and vitamin absorption is a complex thing, many times our body needs a substance to be able to absorb another substance. I know that magnesium citrate and potassium can help, but this means nothing if your system lacks another substance in order to absorb them. have you looked into that yet?

Thanks for that insight but I donโt think itโs a serious issue.. a little herb a couple of hours before bed and make sure I donโt go to bed stoned out of my head then I can switch off easily and have a restful night.

I use it to alleviate anxiety, depression, BPD and PTSD symptoms. It's not a miracle cure, but it most definitely helps. CBD every day, THC on the weekends. The CBD helps me with the every day anxiety, panic attacks and sleep problems. Vaping bud on the weekend helps me to feel normal, able to concentrate and like I'm not going completely insane with the flashbacks and emotional outbursts.

As a younger me I had an accident on a bike breaking my arm and damaging my back, have used it since I was a teenager (alongside cocdamol) and find it helps massively with IBS and the cramping as again doctors would rather shrug it off and say crack on.
it's easier nowadays to listen to a doctor prescribe a drug that in the long run brings more risks to our system than a doctor who stands up to the medical council and recognises the efficacy of plants or is aware of the languages of the body.
if your IBS is not related to family history or bad eating habits, as is the case of my cousin, it is very much related to our mental health or even to the use of antibiotics in the long run without the essential supplementation of good bacteria (probiotics and/or prebiotics).

I get relief from anxiety, and also muscle cramps due to being on my feet all day working. And it helps when I'm feeling a bit down. I think things would definitely be worse without it.
weed defitenely helps in this situation. if I were you I would pay attention to the cramps, they can mean lots of things. even dehydration because if you spend long times up in your feet, you need to guarantee good blood flow. low mineral depletion could also be a factor that enhances this kind of pain. since I started to replenish magnesium citrate in my body (1 pill during the morning and 2 at night) i've slept much better and felt much less muscular cramps. things we eat interfere a lot in our blood supply as well. just avoid dehydration as much as you can. i'm no doctor but, wish you all the best.

Ur totally right dehydration happens a lot due to not stopping and having liquids enough at work, sometimes find myself at 5pm having only had one drink for the day but that's my fault, but something I'm gonna improve see if it helps. Cheers guys.
It helps just about everything for me, pain relief for both diabetic neuropathic and back injury pain. It reduces apnea:(it started when I had a five year break) and insomnia. And the main one for me is anxiety, although I must say the munchies do not help the diabetis!
I am not sure I'd be alive without cannabis today. A lot of people like to paint daily use as an addiction, but for me its medicine. When I stop using cannabis, withdrawal is not new symptoms due to addiction, but a return to the stress, grief, and nightmares the holy herb alleviates for me.

I'm an amputee...lbk. I get terrible phantom limb pain...burning/ intense pins and needles...permanently! Have tried everything to control it and I really don't sleep much...tbh the best way to sleep for me us to get absolutely wankered so I pass out...obvs this is not a good life choice! Weed/ hash helps me cope and keeps me relatively sane...also helps me sleep...sometimes.

18 year ago I de gloved my lower right leg. I am in severe pain everyday due to been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, cannabis helps my pain. Without any bad side affects unlike prescribed medication from doctors. That make you feel terrible.
Im not able to get upstairs due to my house that cant be adapted. Im on a waiting list for an adapted property so im able to have a proper shower as i havent had a proper bath/shower since july 2021.
Upon all of above it has affected my mood by having these life-changing effects. Before I had 6 jobs n now Iโve been medically retired!
Cannabis also helps me sleep and get a good nights rest, without it I donโt sleep.
It also helps with stress to help me concentrate better. And stop me from been scratchy.

It helps me with massively with migraines. I've been suffering with really bad migraines since I was 7, have been going to doctors about it for about 15 years now and I still haven't found a medication to work as well as weed.
It is quite astounding how much of a difference weed makes, there's times where it makes it dissipate completely. I have yet to even get close to getting such relief using the prescribed medication doctors give me. I experienced weed in College and haven't looked back since.

I use hash only for migraine prevention. I have suffered for more than 10years with chronic, debilitating, pupil piercing pain, every other day if not daily. I'm on Triptans for the pain and anti-psychotic preventatives after no other preventative medication would take. The preventatives i take are in the main for people with epilepsy to prevent seizures, amazing really! Anyway, I found my regular source of hash when I found LB and my migraines have been all but absent for the past 18months, but ove the last 4 odd weeks, due to forced T breaks and dry days here and there, my migraines are creeping back in, and the pain which was all becoming but a distant memory now are becoming all too real again. I have stockpiled quite a few Triptans but I still have to wait for the migraines to set in before i can take them and endure a hell of a time with pain before they take effect. I don't want to start taking the epi pills again. The ridiculously good quality of hash available on LB is what has made my quality of life so much better and TGT were the firat vendors I used on here and was blown away with their Ketama Gold, remember that one guys...if you get any back in i would just love some! I smoke to treat long-term C-PTSD symptoms. It is the only thing that relieves the physical stress held in my body. Research shows mushrooms are one of the best treatments for alleviating symptoms and regenerating atrophied receptors in the pre-frontal cortex, but I have too much anxiety to hold my shit together on mushrooms so they are a no go for me. When I was around 11, I was diagnosed with a number of muscular diseases, triggered by an aggressive virus. This whole process also led to me developing anxiety and stress epilepsy. Nothing really helped, painkillers can have a minor effect and keeping yourself fit and healthy definitely makes it a bit easier, but there was never any true relief. I have a back injury from the military and ADHD and OCD, so nowadays when I'm a bit older that's pretty much why I smoke cannabis in the evening for. I'm leaning more for the Indicas/Kush to be honest, but it's also nice to have some good old haze on a nice summer day. If this was US, I would be 1st. I started taking medical cannabis about a year ago due to having severe bowel malabsorption since 7 and anxiety to where I never leave the home due to my stomach issues so after 20 years of suffering I turned to cannabis and haven't looked back. honestly the laws are stupid it should just be a medication and see as that even with years of Dr's tablets I was in the bathroom 6 hours a day all my life until now where I can just have like 2 js or some other form of thc a day and my stomach is completely fine weed honestly took me from wanting to step of the railing every day to having somewhat of a life even though my heath still isn't perfect it's a damn lot better thanks to using this medication.
It calms down my whole world, keeps me cool. Used all sorts of drugs to get rid of my anxiety/depression but never weed alone. Now at 48 I have used only weed for the past two years and what a difference. Tried the medical weed but itโs shit in my opinion. I found the green team and have discovered the perfect smoke. ๐๐ป๐๐ป

I have wet macular degeneration caused by VERY high myopia, so I'm basically losing my sight. There's no cure, but Cannabis helps with my mental health. (keep it light lol).

I've finally gotten around to playing High on Life. I'm enjoying having humanity in the palm of my hands a bit too much ๐
In 2013 Jagex who own Runescape found backups of the game before they screwed it up basically, and it was files from 2007.
A small team took over it as a side project and itโs amazing itโs constantly updated and is Oldschool RuneScape that runs alongside RuneScape 3 which is the updated game that has a lot fewer players.

I keep seeing this creep back up on Steam. I played this waaaaaaay back when it was an ARMA 2 mod and it still stands out as one of the most interesting online experiences. Like 99% of it was utter shit, running around an enormous map, janky as fuck zombies, not seeing a single person, randomly breaking your legs and then getting killed by someone you never even saw. But fuccck when it was that 1% it was something really special.
Wellโฆ..funny question. Its never been fully fixed it has constantly been getting fixed and updated and patched and what not. Its looking better than it ever has. If you havenโt played for years you would be shocked as to what its become now. I only play on console but I am moving to pc soon so I can get all the maps that the main streamers play on. On console dayz we only have chernarus and livonia to explore.
On pc you have like a near enough unlimited number of some amazing maps now.
For example, deer isle,
takistan, esseker. Theyre just to name a few. Its quit insane. Never known a game like it ๐คฃ

I printed like a 6ft by 6ft (way bigger than I realised) copy of the map onto canvas. It was absolutely beautiful......and no real help whatsoever aha!
What route you going with on the PC front Finbar? Building or buying? Is the whole graphics card shortage over yet? I'd seriously recomend taking a look at the STALKER mod - Anomaly when you do get one. It feels like the single player ancestor to a lot of these style of games IMO.

The best shake I've found is from Justweed great product great price for the quality and also free next day delivery!
Aye itโs good hands down one of the best Iโve had but like you both have said the price point is at the high end shall we say. It was real shake. Not some popcorn and trim. This was all crushed buds ๐จ

Budget shake wise? Green cat is always a good bet and most of the time itโs strain specific.

Best shake I've had is GameChangers by far and it's not even close. I didnt post a review topic but put a pic on my actual review, and plenty others have posted testimonials too.
In terms of price though I paid $215/oz which was a push for me, now it seems to have gone up again to $260/oz. Out of the grinder its just as good as most bud you'll find on here.

I'll second this with the disclaimer that I reviewed at a price point of $160-190/oz of the 2nd and 3rd listings of the previous drop. I haven't bought at the higher price point, but it's no doubt still worth it, and is selling well. I bought so much of the last lot that I'm sorted for months, and I smoke a shitload.

When I need an ounce of solid budget smoke in a rush I usually hit Pistash with that being said I've found a few other great vendors while trying out LB;

A Scanner Darkly is a great pic. I only learned recently that Phillip K Dick wrote this (along with the book Bladerunner is based on - 'Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep' and also 'Minority Report' to name but a few. He is the Don of sci-fi.
Some of his early stuff that hasn’t been made into a movie or a tv show is amazing. Think he found god around the early 70s (the acid and weed was good back in the day) and his later stuff is very spiritual. He is the Don !
I recommend Abre Los Ojos (Open Your Eyes) which was inspired by Ubik and remade as Vanilla Sky.

New buyer here and would prefer not to use any form of id for buying bitcoin this meaning it's even more difficult, I've been thinking about using paxful and their spending limit before needing to give an id.

I just tried there and they take you to moonpay who require id verification and i tried switchere which also says it does in its terms how are you doing it?

Is anyone else experiencing problems with RM 1st class at the moment? I had an order a few weeks back that arrived the next day. Since then Iโve placed two order with different vendors, one was sent 9 days ago and one 4 days ago and no sign of either. I know theyโre planning a strike but I wanted some reassurance from others that theyโre experiencing delays before I start getting paranoid about the postie stealing my Mail.
From a vendors prospective we've seen a slow down in our delivery times.
Majority were landing next day but now our customers are waiting longer, 3 days + at times.
Whether that's Royal Mail our end, theirs or somewhere between I'm not sure but there is delays!

I second this most were 1 day now up to 5 days I think itโs just RM strikes n the backlash , should be back to normal after Christmas ๐ค๐ปโ๐ป๐ญ

Fudgin agree with you there with tolerance . Kicking me in the head abit tho not having clue where it is. I worry if mine is stil stuck also and not budged, just want my vendor to sort me tracking, spent quite alot on order and just painful not seing the flower yet

They are massively delayed, I ordered 29th and still nothing.
Last strike I did the same and it took 5-6 working days 1st class.
This is from a vendor who usually gets them to me in a day or 2

yes my post is a bit erratic ,somedays no post at all,staff shortage, train strikes,covid all still in the mix.
I m based in London. And yes, their servise is awful, they just work with NDD, and tracked, the rest goes most of the time in their bin.

Lots of pressure on posties at the moment - they're apparently threatening redundancies in my sorting office (when they dont have enough staff to deliver letters as it is).
Also, Royal Mail is no longer Royal Mail! As of Tuesday - it's now International Distributions Services PLC.
LB orders taking at least a week for me, when 3 months ago it would be under 24 hours. Sure yours will arrive eventually too

Yeah i'm new to this site and put an order down on 01/09 and still aint arrived as of 05/09 but that's 4 days including a Sunday so I'm just bein patient although I'm gettin serious cabin fever and may kill someone...lol jokes...but I contacted the vendor so maybe he can shed some light on it. RM is not doin good right now and it's only gona continue. Spoke to m8 who used to work for them and he said "4 days! Ha it could take a week the way things are!" so yeah I'm just twiddling the thumbs until then...
Also from my vendor green cat having problems with givin tracking numner to me. Orderee thursday sent friday . So coming up to 5 days now i belived today is coming to me but no tracking at all or replys from my vendor . Only posts from him to see. Have no smoke and hoping it gets to me today . Mine was 24 tracked service, i got letters yestrday but no parcel was gutted . Hopin praying today ! Some vendors cant even message

Huge numbers of those CD keys are the result of credit card theft/fraud. Whilst you can grab yourself a bargain, the developer ends up paying. It is encouraged to use piracy over shadey resellers, even by some developers.
as much as i'd love to stick it to EA i would hate to enable a thief so i looked at this and the site claims the codes are basically greymarket re-distribution. i'm not sure i believe this but i also don't see how they are in business without the tacit consent of Microsoft, Sony and a half dozen others that could crush their ass.
It's also hard to see how there could be a mass scale of game code theft. Unlike credit cards there aren't millions of databases holding your details.
The keys are not stolen. They are paid for with fraudulent means in some cases ( credit card theft, account phishing etc)
