Look at items, check sellers profiles, if you have questions just message the seller, theyโre generally absolutely sound people who will answer any questions you have, thatโs all I did to get started buying on here. Just an update to the situation.
Iโve been in contact with the bank today and access to my account has been reinstated.
Time to properly look into monzo / revolut / chase and no looking back innit!

Just a heads up...Not sure if its just me but for the last few days revolut wont let me send to any exodus wallets or direct to lb anymore (worked for months before this) its like that want to keep hold of the coins lol

Just a heads up Monzo can be a bit iffy with some exchanges and block the payment. Kraken and Paybis are a few I've found that work though

Alright so Iโm new here.
Tried to buy some BTC from an app called Changelly where supposedly no verification was required (waiting on passport.)
Bank needed to verify the payment so I opened the banking app, accidentally misclicked (my bad I know) and thus failed the verification.
Card blocked.
Call bank to clarify that the transaction is not fraudulent
Transferred to fraud department
Standard procedure so far. My bank block random transactions on the odd occasion and I have to call to clear things up.
So I call.
Immediately suspicious before I even get a few words out
Soft interrogation about
โWhy are you trying to buy BTCโ
โDo you have a wallet?โ
โWhat were you planning to do with it?โ
โWhy are you interested in crypto?โ
โWhat was that Xbox transaction about?โ
(I tried to buy some digital currency in Mortal Kombat 1 before I knew my card was blocked.)
โCan that digital currency be transferred between accounts?โ

This goes on for a while.
Eventually, the phone call ends with them asking me to provide screenshots of the app I used.
And my bank account is now totally frozen until they โconclude their investigation.โ
On the phone, I basically said that I wanted to dip my toe in the water with crypto at some point when the time is right, never tried it before as didnโt have ID, came across an app that said I didnโt need ID, so I figured I may as well try it out, buy a tiny bit and see if it actually requires verification or not.
Seemed perfectly reasonable to me? Millions of people buy BTC all the damn time.
Been with this bank for 20 years lol. Never done anything remotely suspect. Never purchased anything dodgy or illegal. Never purchased crypto. Good, clean, normal bank account.
Is that not completely ridiculous.

Know itโs not much help now but get yourself a monzo / revolut account and when you want to buy btc just transfer funds to one of them and then buy from there , been using monzo for crypto for over 3 years and not had an issue, hope it gets sorted for you soon

My experience is if you are paying with a card Mastercard or Visa, then you'll probably get some hassle. Natwest and Barclays didn't like this and blocked any payments I tried to make. However I started to do bank t r a n s f e r s instead and haven't had any problems since.

I'm still with the same banks when I switched to transfers and through same crypto provider Bittylicious
This is the way๐โฆ.I was using Visa through Lloyds and they kept blocking it and getting the same fraud investigations as you despite banking with them since dinosaurs roamed the earth. Basically told them to fuck off because if I want to โinvest small sums in cryptoโ then I will. So sure enough they blocked it again ๐ and when I really went to rip them a new bumhole they insisted it wasnโt the bank blocking it now but Visa. So I switched to transfers and never had a problem since. Good luck๐

Itโs not so much as a u thing. More about crypto. On the surface the banks are dead set against crypto and will make u jump through hoops to get a bit all because ur taking money out of the system. Put the wheels in motion that ur taking ur money elsewhere.
On a side note if itโs a small regional bank they may have a liquidity issue & it might be a good time to pull ur funds regardless

merely because I wanted to purchase a pitiful amount of legal currency
Iโm not pissed off really although I probably should be

The bank ๐ฆ will not unlock your account because of a number of factors, you failed to verify the transaction, add in the fact that you were buying crypto.
When you called the bank apart from making sure you pass verification. They will also be looking for markers and this by accident did not help
On the phone, I basically said that I wanted to dip my toe in the water with crypto at some point when the time is right, never tried it before as didnโt have ID, came across an app that said I didnโt need ID, so I figured I may as well try it out, buy a tiny bit and see if it actually requires verification or not.
The amount is also an added factor because that is a tester type of transaction to see if they can gain access without raising any flags then they work from there.
From their side I would assume they are profiling you more than looking at the answers because you donโt need to give them details of the conformation.

This happened to me on my first crypto buy (but I also stupidly selected that that's what I was doing in the banking app). Transfer didn't happen. Rang the bank. Asked to hold for the fraud team. Spent about 20 minutes talking to some guy with similar questions as they pitched to you. I'm interested in crypto, I set up the wallet myself, I'm aware it isn't an investment and would only ever put in what I can afford to lose, no I've never taken a loan to buy crypto or bought crypto on credit , etc, etc. Eventually he said he was 'mostly satisfied' and released it, and I've never had any issues since. This was between night shifts, when I wanted to order ASAP, and was really something I could have done without.
I didn't, however, tell them very specifically that I wanted to buy without any identification to myself as I'd imagine that would set all sorts of alarm bells off for bank fraud teams with regards to money laundering and crime and whatnot. Probably best avoiding that in future.

Ha, no! He'll then ask you about investments and how that looks with regards to your account... It's not an investment. You're just prepared to speculate a little with money you're prepared to lose, as you understand that with crypto you can lose everything. No, you're not buying drugs with it...

I can't say anything about this specifically other than my own experience. I felt like I was being fed loaded questions by the fraud guy and that set my mental alarm bells off, so I decided to use (I felt) less contentious wording in my responses. It seemed to work. You should always be able to get decent advice on here mate, hopefully.

For me it has to be some Bruce Banner #3 from 1e hulp in the dam all the way back in 2017. I've never been able to recapture that one. It was a skunky, kind of gassy & fruity type all rolled into one with such a unique flavour profile to finish. The high was second to none. Wiped me right out. Left me looking at the world with my eyes so bulged they were basically closed. They say you'll never recapture that first high, this one took me above and beyond.
For sure! It flew under the radar quite a bit and I think it's unique musk and it's face melting is why.
I donโt know if itโs the best, but my favourite strain is Sour Diesel. Iโve been a fan since I tried the East Coast cut that Grey Area used to sell in Amsterdam. Some of the best tasting weed Iโve ever had.

ESB - extra special bud , Old times #2 and S4 - Skunk 4 ways. S4 by far was the best I have ever had even to this day sadly it was a special made breed so will never have the oppurtunity to try it again :(

got an oz like that in the late 90's, had the potent lavender smell and taste. think it was a bit on the indica pheno side. very dark purple and when you snapped the buds in half the core was almost black. amazing bag appeal. really strong and tasty stuff too

The best strain I've ever smoked was Skywalker OG about 5 years ago. It was my first time smoking a strain I knew the name of and it was every bit as good as I thought it would be. I wish I could go back and get Zs off them
It's a toss up between bubba kush and amnesia haze for me. Had some bubba for the first time a few months back and it was a gorgeous body high. Delicious body rushes from it. Bought some again recently but doesn't have the same quality of effects unfortunately. Maybe because of different phenotypes ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ.
Amnesia haze almost always gets me to a place of euphoria that's unmatched by other strains. Would love to find a strain that's more euphoric but out of the roughly 20 strains I've tried so far nothing has been more uplifting than ami.

I'd go with either MAC by citizen stash or wedding crasher by BLKMRT both outstanding. I also had a bit of alien sin mint cookies by BLKT, I kid you not the bud was bluish instead of purple, all these strains were from a couple years ago when I was living in Canada.

I remember when I first started smoking (good 15+ years ago) me and my mates would take the piss out of the older lads for using silvers , it would take me a few years to realise we were the clowns with our blue rizla bedsheets. Thank the lord for raws and elements , although I think ocb black are up there , just harder for me to find locally

I'll chip in 20 bucks for a real comparison with winners and losers instead of the infomercial shite you get around here.
I would encourage online video reviews of the strain - it is really useful to get a rough idea of how something hits. Heck, small things like "this one has an unusual aroma" or "not the strongest, but smokes like a dream" are always good to learn.
The only thing I would advise against is naming the the seller and/or this website. I appreciate that weed might be perfectly legal where you live, but that isn't the case for everybody. We rely on this site staying a little off the beaten path.

I want to do it for the love of weed. All I want is a good quality product, from a good quality vendor. I want to review the vendor and their products. I am happy to pay for everything myself, I have been buy cannabis products for over 30 years. So to review what I buy is no problem at all. The only thing holding me back. Is the vendors them selves. I am honest and straight to the point. My reviews will obviously not be anonymous there will be upset vendors Iโm sure. My question is will this then affect me from buying from vendors that arenโt to happy.

Sorry to bug you guys again so soon, but I really want to know about this quite quickly. I've heard that this mix is amazing, but some conflicting information - that it's a bit of a no, no. Candy flipping is obviously a thing and I've seen mention of 'jedi flipping', which I understand is lucy, shrooms and ecstasy, but nothing on Lucy/ shroom hybrid tripping. I find that in therapeutic terms mushrooms help bring old, forgotten but really significant stuff to consciousness that's finally ready to be processed, but Lucy helps me figure things out and think better. I was hoping to possibly get both benefits by mixing the two during assisted therapy. Does anyone have any experience or thoughts? I was wondering if one substance would do something weird to the other..how synergistic they might be together.., if one might potentiate the other..Best ratio of one thing to the other, stuff like that.

Hey thatโs a great question, Iโve never mixed the 2 before, however I have candy flipped with a small dose of Lucy but that was purely recreational rather than for any therapeutic reason. I hadnโt heard of jedi flipping until i read this post but itโs an interesting idea to add psilocybin into candy flipping.
With shrooms and lucy, theyโre both serotonin binders so iโm assuming taking both together would mute the effects of each, but iโve got no anecdotal evidence, itโs just an educated guess. Taking multiple serotonergics could potentially be dangerous and lead to serotonin syndrome but i think thatโs more for things like combining ecstasy and ssriโs, that releases a lot more serotonin.
With doses and ratios, I donโt have a scooby iโm afraid.

With shrooms and lucy, theyโre both serotonin binders so iโm assuming taking both together would mute the effects of each, but iโve got no anecdotal evidence, itโs just an educated guess. Taking multiple serotonergics could potentially be dangerous and lead to serotonin syndrome but i think thatโs more for things like combining ecstasy and ssriโs, that releases a lot more serotonin.
With doses and ratios, I donโt have a scooby iโm afraid.

Id love to know the answer to this too, a combo of the two is called Soul Bombing and there's really only anecdotal evidence out there that i can find about methods and effects, seems like good advice might be to go steady with the doseage on the first one, hopefully there is a psychonaut among us here on LB that has first hand experience that can help!!

Something I'd wondered myself ShaunyBoy, and what I understand after researching and asking on here is that, because it's the same receptor things that get used ( I can't elaborate on that any better I'm afraid), but basically to all intents a purposes the two substances are the same in some kind of way that means you couldn't do Lucy on your shroom days off and vice versa.

I love mixing shrooms and lsd, weโve always called it hippy flipping, with or without weed. Maybe a few light beers (I donโt drink anymore, but a good beer when your just being amazed by the world is glorious)
Many people wax lyrical about the differences between lsd and shrooms, Iโm not sure I could point any differences out, apart from the duration of the trip. I think shrooms make me happier with a bit of after glow for a few weeks afterwards.
Last time I did this I started with a 250ug tab then reupped later with a150ug followed by another 150ug. Over maybe 12 hours. All during this eating a few shrooms every couple of hours. Ending on probably around 15g of shrooms. This part was the exception rather than the rule.
I have more experience using shrooms to just release emotional stuffs. But not a mix of the 2 for the same, only recreational use of the combination.
Depending on the strength of your shrooms and how you like to feel. For me 4g is quite a bit in one go, not a social dose more a chill in need, or on couch or in bath, I canโt do anything massively productive, but great for catharsis.
I think 180ug is great for just chilling.
If you have 180ug of lsd, sand 4g of shrooms. Iโd suggest taking the lsd (maybe smoke a tiny bit of weed if youโre having anxiety)
Then when youโre feeling settled in the trip, after say 1 to 2 hours start thinking about taking a bit of shrooms. If youโre after major catharsis, chomp em all, if not maybe do 1 to 2 g then give it 2 or so hours before deciding if you want more shrooms.

I've finally gotten around to playing High on Life. I'm enjoying having humanity in the palm of my hands a bit too much ๐
In 2013 Jagex who own Runescape found backups of the game before they screwed it up basically, and it was files from 2007.
A small team took over it as a side project and itโs amazing itโs constantly updated and is Oldschool RuneScape that runs alongside RuneScape 3 which is the updated game that has a lot fewer players.

I keep seeing this creep back up on Steam. I played this waaaaaaay back when it was an ARMA 2 mod and it still stands out as one of the most interesting online experiences. Like 99% of it was utter shit, running around an enormous map, janky as fuck zombies, not seeing a single person, randomly breaking your legs and then getting killed by someone you never even saw. But fuccck when it was that 1% it was something really special.
Wellโฆ..funny question. Its never been fully fixed it has constantly been getting fixed and updated and patched and what not. Its looking better than it ever has. If you havenโt played for years you would be shocked as to what its become now. I only play on console but I am moving to pc soon so I can get all the maps that the main streamers play on. On console dayz we only have chernarus and livonia to explore.
On pc you have like a near enough unlimited number of some amazing maps now.

Ohhh man the map! I forgot about the map. I remember I was working at a place that had a huge printer capable of printing on canvas for construction signs etc.
I printed like a 6ft by 6ft (way bigger than I realised) copy of the map onto canvas. It was absolutely beautiful......and no real help whatsoever aha!
What route you going with on the PC front Finbar? Building or buying? Is the whole graphics card shortage over yet? I'd seriously recomend taking a look at the STALKER mod - Anomaly when you do get one. It feels like the single player ancestor to a lot of these style of games IMO.

All in all great games if you love the zombie apocalypse scenario. The last of us story mode is the best story I have ever watched. Iโve been in a weird stoned rabbit hole tonight researching ai and emps. I saw a lot of videos talking about the possibility of high level artificial intelligence some day in the future possibly taking over the human race, surely it would be fairly easy for humans to defend their selves by just using multiple EMP devices across the earth to damage all electrical equipment on earth, I know this would set the human race back a considerable amount of years but I think it would be worth it if it prevented an ai take over. Thereโs also the possibility that ai could try and defend its self using faraday cages or potentially moving itโs self off planet, but I think EMP may be are best hope. Any thoughts?

No, EMP is not a targeted thing, any EMP over a specific area will kill all technology in that area, including power and infrastructure we need to fight against AI. It would be a very clear example of cutting off your nose to spits your face. Unless somebody invents EMP that can target only specific devices, this is dead in the water.

Super facinating article and coincidence or not ;-) we are just finalising a way to bring DMT to LB. Due to the nature, power and the respect we have for this medicine we most likely won't list this item just yet. We are trying to find a way to offer this safely...but yeah its a tough one. What's nice is you could micro-dose what we have in vape form...but how do we make sure that everyone is safe for those who for instance don't listen to us and take it slow. We ourselves have had life changing experiences with this medicine but it is surely not for the faint hearted and requires a level of respect that one might only find when working with master plants like ayahuasca. We would love to heare your thoughts on how we can safely provide this community and option to experience DMT

Safe environment is definitely advised. I'd also highly recommend getting into your chosen reclining position before you kick off.
First time i did it was in my mates kitchen. The plan was to take a couple of hits and swiftly walk the 9-10 steps to the sofa in the lounge;
2 steps into the middle of the kitchen and it was a case of "nope, we're going to lie down right here, right now"
On a non breakthrough hit ( so the ones with "only" visuals and sound effects) I found i was still vaguely aware of having a body - on a big one? Good luck with that...

From my understanding the trip lasts averagely 5-15 mins. Some can go on for longer, it just depends on the person and dosage.

Thanks again for the samples, I had the Qwet in a couple of bongs on a bed of TGT's Rainbow Sherbet and it didn't disappoint,
I've been smoking a lot of concentrates lately so my tolerances are through the roof and the bong hits haven't really been touching the sides but with the Qwet in the mix they really hit the spot.
I was mashed potatoes.
Though I will say I think to get the best out of this you might want to dab or vape it.
I think its quite impressive to get that out of shake, it really makes me want to try Qwet made with quality bud.
The Qwet Infused vape juice also works well, i switched from 50/50 Shatter/D9 to this for a couple of days and didn't really skip a beat, personally I'm not a huge fan of the taste of vape juice and when I went back to my normal cart I felt a kick so there's maybe a bit of room for improvement in future batches strength wise but there's no denying this stuff works, I use for pain as much as enjoyment nowadays so I would've noticed pretty quickly if it didn't.
Ill definitely be back for more extract.

So I was lucky enough to be sent some Olympus mons hash and a sample of qwet.
I tried the hash with some herb in a container in a vaporiser and was pleasantly surprised, nice indica high but what really helped is Iโve been struggling with a bad tooth ache and this stuff sorted that out!
As for the QWET, so I planned on tripping on some shrooms last night so I thought I would try some before I blasted off. Tried a grain size amount on a dab rig and was pleasantly surprised, nice sativa high which ended up with me playing on the PlayStation and getting carried away until I remember to take the shrooms.
Anyway upon returning to earth I decided to dab the rest of it and it was a really pleasant way to get back to earth, a nice sativa high and a few stoner movies.
All in all a fantastic product, vendor has been fantastic and I love the comms really unique USP.

Apologies on my part, I had a busy week at work and yesterday was the day I finally got round to trying. Firstly what can I say, I've only just managed to touch back down on planet earth. The silver haze was outstanding! The QWET was a whole different level, at first I wasn't sure if it had done anything to me. That was until 10 mins later when I became very aware of the fact I couldn't feel my hands. This I found absolutely hilarious ๐. Essentially, you can 'claim' anything. In the cryptoverse there is really no way to prove anything. If people choose to buy 'Cali' weed online, they take the rough with the smooth as far as I'm concerned. It's the buyers responsibility to follow up and ask questions of the vendor. It's up to the vendor to address any buyers' objections. This may be done with or without proof. It's then up to the buyer to decide if the vendor stands up to scrutiny or not. Banning the term 'Cali' essentially opens up a can of worms. Buyer beware and sellers back up your claims. It's simple as that. I won't risk 'Cali' weed because I cannot verify it. Seems like a pretty simple and logical buying methodology. Belief is down to you. Proof is the vendor's business.

I understand the point you're making, but the French wine laws and export are incredibly stringent, and there are harsh penalties for offenders. The laws regarding labelling of Champagne are so strict that if you have wine made within the region and that wine is put in a barrel, transported out of the region and back again, then it can't legally be labelled as Champagne any more. We need something that stringent for Cali imports and then there'd be full confidence in the supply chain. Maybe when the French get into legal weed production in the future?

Purchasing from an established company, I would imagine, it's more likely to be authentic because there's accountability. You could also ask the producer to provide proof. But of course it's not foolproof, nothing is, and there will always be knock offs.

The best marker on here are the reviews, then I go by what I can afford vs what I would like to try/buy. There are some prices on here that means I will never go near that product and if I do try that vendor it doesnโt fill me with great confidence that I will be getting anything decent if it is the lower end of that expensive vendors product lines. Yeah I'm opposed to it, I find it ludicrous that it's such a big thing that people are making threads over it. If your not interested scroll past. Oh and I'm gonna put a proper thread up later but it appears using the cannverify app that the Cali I got today is actually from California. As for the codes being easy to fake one Reddit post (which is all the proof I have seen so far) does not a 100% factual statement make. So yeah I'm opposed to this suggestion ;)

Your shake to smoke is very good but just because your not on the wall doesn't mean you should support the above posters. It's more likely that the products you vend are niche and due to that and the lower engagement you get on posts because of the goods will likely translate into no wall time. Have you considered perhaps offering a budget conscious but less shaky and more bud like offer as that's something LB could always do more with (in my opinion)

It just depends on who you shop with, we believe marketing as a difficult topic since there may also be import products sold, if you have had issues regarding import or cali flower on LB you should start a topic about the vendor issues. Caliweed is something sought after, in general it is just weed grown with higher standards. If the weed doesn't check the boxes of smell, taste, high aswell as appearance it should not be cali. Obviously if vendors sell from USA it might be hard to distinguish if something really is from Cali, in the end only the vendors truly can have information about the destination of production.

There are barcodes and serial numbers on legitimate cali packs. Though, I guess even those could be refilled and resealed. But any cali pack without dates/serial numbers are fakes.

Unfortunate news thats for sure but have you looked into alkaline dieting and fully veg diets. I had a friend that fully reversed lymph node cancer.. he had a lump on his right side next to the liver and wasnt aware of it until it was very late stage. I told him of alkaline diets and how acidic conditions in the body allow cancerous cells to thrive. He researched and found promising evidence to support that, he instantly stopped smoking bud and started taking full spectrum cbd oil (orally) to counter the pain. He never went down the route of chemo and 6 months later he went back for tests and they were shocked as to how quickly the cancerous cells had dimished.
He swapped a full meat diet for full veg, he started drinking distilled water with spirulina with ph @8- 9, he started juicing alkaline veg mixed with fruits and hit the sauna and steam room almost every day for the next 6 months.
He went cold turkey with smoking bud and cigs 2 days after finding out the news.
By far the biggest noticable change was that in 6 months he went from a 6ft3 140kg to 90kg healthy lean athletic body with insane amounts of energy and bounce.. ( he didnt work out one bit) only hit the sauna and steam room + diet change.
I have seen much promising research with the use of alkaline diets and think it is definitely something to consider as its not difficult to do. Only requires willpower to continue.
I will say this, it took him a month to get used to the change and he was weak for that month, but i figure its due to the body adapting to the new ph of all the food ingested and hormone levels being corrected from the lack of bud.

Iโm no doctor nor expert, but latest research suggests fasting and absolutely no sugarโฆof any kind. Look in to itโฆcosts nothingโฆand it may slow the spread/ growth. Seems most cancer cells thrive on sugar and fasting helps trigger autophagy ( bodies own way of clearing dead or damaged cellular material)

Yeah I've seen that too. My good friend took RSO when first diagnosed it helped with symptoms but didn't get rid of the cancer. Reluctantly he went onto radio and chemo which worked and he was given the all clear. 3 years later and it came back hard and he died last week. He never stopped dosing himself with lots of cannabis products but they only offered pain relief and a form of distraction. Love you Tony K. In our hearts you live on brother.

There have been studies into the use of thc to help cur cancer. I watched a documentary about parents who used it on their children who had brain tumours, it worked the doctors couldnโt deny the tumour was shrinking at a rate much quicker than chemo etc alone.
