Tracker only provided in case of dispute. If item has not scanned in for 7 days after label was issued then in true City fashion we will honour a full reship. Products stuck in Mailing Centre or Delivery Office are subject to a 12 day wait, if there is no movement 100% reship of your City goods will be provided.

Tadalafil is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), resulting in relaxation of blood vessels and improved blood flow. In ED, it enhances blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. In BPH, it helps relieve urinary symptoms. For PAH, it reduces pulmonary blood pressure to improve exercise ability.
We have 40mg Cialis, the ideal strength imho after trying 10, 20, 40 and 80mg doses... ;) at the current cheapest price on site!
