Please note CCEL half ml cartridges are filled at minimum 0.5ml oil using medical grape syringe which is very accurate and 0.5ml will not fill the cartridges to the top, after the oil sets into the ceramic heating chamber of the cartridge there will be a gap at the top specially the CCEL cartridges. Some will have more as we top up slightly with remaining oil. Also note the manufacturer recommends not to overfill the intended amount to avoid leaking

Inside the coil there's space for maybe 0.1-0.2

If your cart is "under filled" it just means that your cart is fully saturated

Is it because this is a site that sells a product which is illegal in some countries and therefore we should expect to be treated more like shady drugs users than customers deserving respect and a consistent service. LB generates millions every year so the moneys there to improve the quality of service and a big improvement would be to dump the chancers who chase the money and serve up poor service.
